    Abstract. The goal of current research is considering effect of social capital on knowledge transfer throughorganizational learning regarding moderating role of absorptive capacity. Statistical society of current research is managers of food industry companies of Rasht city that 64 ones were chosen as final sample of research. Applied questionnaire for assessing variables include 28 items that its validity and reliability was approved by using structural equation indexes. For data analysis partial least square method were used. Result of consideration showed that model has proper fitting and observing variables have necessary reliability and validity. Also the result showed that structural capital and Relational capital play the role of mediating variable in relation between cognitive capital and exploitative learning. Also exploitative learning has mediating role in relation between structural and relational capital. Result showed that absorptive capacity moderate the relationship between explorative learning and knowledge transference.Keywords: Social capital, Organizational learning, Absorptive capacity, Knowledge transfer, Partial leastsquar

    Countries need short, medium, and long-term investment plans for production growth and development. Different sources for these investments can be supplied through retained profit, stock issuance, and bank loans, or a combination them. Institutions and firms need huge amount of capitals for their survival, production, and also development of activities. In addition, these institutions and firms rely heavily on financial markets for self-financing. The role of financial markets is to provide the required capitals for institutions and firms. Financing strategy is considered as one of the main areas of financial management decisions in companies seeking to increase shareholders’wealth. Therefore, the aim of this paper was to discuss conventional methods of external financing through debt and stock issuance and explain their associated advantages and disadvantages

    Factors Affecting the Efficiency of Human Resources in Guilan's Rice Processing Industry

    The main objective of this study was to identify and explain the factors affecting the efficiency of human resources in the processing industry (rice) in Guilan Province. The statistical population consisted of officials and personnel working in rice mills that had at least a high school diploma and experts on rice processing industry in Agriculture Organization that, according to the relevant authorities, 3750 people in rice workshops and 130 people were working in the Agricultural Jihad Organization in Guilan Province. Out of them, a sample of 350 participants were selected by stratified and cluster sampling. To collect data, labor productivity questionnaire and ACHIEVE model containing 24 items were used. The reliability of this study was estimated by a Cronbach's alpha, which was equal to 0.90 and was indicative of high reliability of the questionnaire. To analyze the data, one sample t-test was employed using SPSS software. The results of the study revealed that employees had the required ability, understanding, organizational support, motivation, feedback, reliability, and compatibility. The results also suggested that there was not statistically significant difference between men and women in terms of the productivity of human resources. Human resources productivity was different between different age groups. According to the average productivity of human resources in different age categories, the average productivity of human resources among people ranging in age from 20-30 years was more likely than others. Analysis of variance in comparing the average of the four groups (diploma, associate degree, undergraduate, and graduate) with a significant level up to 0.05 showed that there was no statistically significant difference between people with different educational levels with the efficiency of human resources

    ABSTRACT Current era is the age of alternation and speed, and the mankind is the main orientation of this era. The entrepreneur is as an infinite source, center of development and requires a creative space. The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between organizational climate and the entrepreneurial spirit in the Guilan province Islamic Azad University in Iran. The research method is descriptive-analytic, and its type is practical. Statistical society of the Guilan province Islamic Azad University is composed of 759 individuals, and the statistical case which is defined by KehenKerjesai and Morgan formulas is 248. Applied data gathering for the organizational climate is Sasman and Deip (1989) standard questionnaire, and for entrepreneurial spirit is Robins and Kolter;. The research results demonstrate that there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate and entrepreneurial spirit. Correlation coefficient between the two above variables is 53 percent. The results of this study shown that the organizational climate variable can predict 28 percent of entrepreneurial morality. So it is recommended that the person in charge pays adequate attention to the organizational climate for enhancing the Guilan province Islamic Azad University entrepreneurial morality

    ABSTRACT Since one of the key issues in knowledge-based economy is the measurement of knowledge productivity in organizations, this study aimed to examine the relationship between intellectual capital and knowledge productivity given the role of organizational learning in the branches of state bank of Rasht. Intellectual capital is considered as an independent variable in this study that include three dimensions of social, organizational and human capital. Intellectual capital is defined as a set of those knowledge companies are applied to gain a competitive advantage. In the present study, the knowledge productivity as the dependent variable is the ability whereby individuals, teams and units in the organization are receiving knowledgebased development, productivity and innovation. Also, organizational learning as moderator variable is considered as a dynamic process to create, acquisition and collecting knowledge in order to develop the resources and capacity to lead better performance for organization. Correlation method is used in this study and field method is used to data collecting and data collecting tool is questionnaire. In the present study, using a random sampling method, 84 completed questionnaires were received from banks. And finally, research hypotheses testing were examined by Pearson correlation test and multiple regressions. The results suggest a positive relationship between intellectual capital and knowledge productivity and positive role of organizational learning between them

    Service quality effect on satisfaction and word of mouth in insurance industry

    Quality tends to play an essential role in service industries such as banking and insurance services, as quality of service is crucial to count for the survival and profitability of the organization. Today, customer satisfaction and service quality is critical in most service industries. Taking into consideration the competitive issues from observing services quality, the subject also in the insurance industry is important based on administrative reform plan, which is required to provide quality services and meet customers' demands. This study aims to assess the factors influencing the positive words of mouth in the insurance services market. The population is Iran insurance company's customers in Guilan and 409 individuals were selected by simple random sampling. To collect data, a questionnaire was used and structural equation SEM and LISREL software was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate a significant positive relationship between all aspects of service quality and customer satisfaction. The results indicate that there was a significant positive relationship between customer satisfaction and customer words of mouth. Therefore, we can conclude that there were significant positive relationships between the dimensions of service quality with customer satisfaction and customer words of mouth in Iran insurance company in Guilan province
