The Ecranization of Dewi Lestari's Supernova Novel Becomes Rizal Montovani's Supernova Film

This study is descriptive qualitative in nature. 1) What is the nature of the intertextual link between the book and the Supernova film Episode Knight, Princess and Falling Star? and 2) How was the novel adapted for the Supernova film Episode Knight, Princess and Falling Star? This research examined 1) the intertextual link between the book and the Supernova film Episode Knight, Princess and Falling Star, and 2) the process of ecranizing the novel into the Supernova film Episode Knight, Princess, and Shooting Star. This study's data include of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences from the book and movie Supernova Episodes of Knights, Princesses, and Falling Stars. This research uses the books and movie Supernova Episodes of Knights, Princesses, and Falling Stars as its data sources. Reading, recording, visual, note-taking, and library approaches are used to acquire data. Researchers studied the data via data reduction, data display, and conclusion drafting. The findings of the research indicate that the intertextual link between the book and the Supernova film is permutative via comparison, juxtaposition, and comparison. The comparison encompasses topics, characters and their portrayals, location, storyline, and mandate. The alignment of character and characterisation, as well as the narrative style. The book Supernova by Dewi Lestari serves as the hypogram for the Supernova film directed by Rizal Mantovani, so that the film undergoes an adjustment known as innovation

Comparation of Discovery Learning Model and Cooperative Model on Writing Procedure Text of Vocational Students

The purpose of this research is to examine how the skills of writing instructional texts and the learning results of Indonesian topics differ for students who are exposed to the Exploration Learning learning model versus those who are exposed to the Collaboration learning model. SMK Negeri 1 Pinrang served as the study site. Using a quasi-experimental technique with a pre- and post-test setup, samples from two groups will be randomly assigned to receive one of several therapies. About 30 pupils make up a typical classroom. We used a random selection method to collect our data. Class XI MM 2 served as the experimental group's implementation of the Discovering Learning model, while class XI MM 3 served as the control group's implementation of the Collaboration model. Final exams, comprised of multiple-choice questions, were administered to pupils in order to collect data for the study. The findings of the data analysis (t test), specifically tcount = 0.476, suggest that when it comes to teaching Indonesian topics, the Exploration Learning model yields superior results to the Collaboration model. After comparing them to a significance threshold of 0.05, we conclude that H0 cannot be supported. Students who engage in the Exploration Learning approach to education have higher learning results (average score of 85.66) than those who engage in the Collaboration approach (average score of 84.83). On average, students who are instructed using the Exploration Learning approach perform better than those whose education is based on the Collaboration approach

PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH TUNGGAK KAYU JATI DALAM PEMBUATAN KARYA KRIYA KAYU BERTEMA IKAN HIU DAN BUAYA

Pemanfaatan limbah kayu dapat menjadikan barang-barang tak berguna menjadi karya yang indah bahkan bernilai jual. Sebagai contoh, tunggak kayu jati di Desa Mbrayu - Nganjuk. Benda ini hanya dipandang sebagai limbah, karena tidak indah maupun tak memiliki nilai jual. Di Desa Mbrayu, Nganjuk, pohon jati merupakan pohon yang cukup banyak ditanam oleh masyarakat, karena tanaman ini dapat menghasilkan kayu dengan kualitas yang baik. Selain itu hampir seluruh bagian tanaman ini dapat dimanfaatkan seperti daun jati dapat digunakan sebagai bungkus makanan, batang jati yang harganya cukup mahal dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan pintu dan furnitur rumah tangga. Sayangnya penebang dan penduduk sekitar selalu meninggalkan tunggak/akar kayu jati didalam tanah. Sehingga tunggak tersebut dibiarkan begitu saja oleh penebang dan menjadi limbah. Atau terkadang menggunakannya sebagai kayu bakar. Hal inilah yang meresahkan penulis, akhirnya penulis terinspirasi agar memanfaatkan limbah tunggak kayu jati tersebut menjadi sebuah karya yang lebih bernilai seni. Dalam merespon tunggak kayu jati tersebut, penulis mendapatkan rangsangan bahwa bentuk yang cukup ideal tunggak kayu jati itu adalah bentuk yang menyerupai kepala buaya. Kemudian penulis berimajinasi perihal kesatuan bentuk yang berhubungan dengan buaya. Akhirnya penulis menggabungkan bentuk buaya tersebut dengan bentuk ikan hiu yang ditambahkannya bentuk efek visualisasi air untuk mempercantik karya tersebut. Perpaduan hiu, buaya, dan air merupakan usaha untuk menyajikan keharmonisan yang sesuai dengan alam yang sebenarnya, karena hiu dan buaya binatang air. Tujuan penciptaan karya kriya kayu ini antara lain: (1) Menciptakan karya kriya kayu yang terinspirasi dari bentuk visual Bertemakan Ikan Hiu dan Buaya. (2) Sebagai media yang dapat menginspirasi masyarakat bahwa limbah tunggak kayu jati dapat dijadikan sebuah karya yang bernilai seni tinggi dan lebih bermanfaat. (3) Sebagai media eksistensi mahasiswa seni, berupa ide kreatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk karya. Seni kriya kayu yang dibuat berjumlah 2 buah, karya pertama berjudul “Sura” dan kedua berjudul “Baya”. MENGUNGKAP IDEOLOGI TEKS BERITA COVID 19 BERDASARKAN PENDEKATAN ANALISIS WACANA KRITIS THEO VAN LEEUWEN

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengungkap ciri ideologi eksklusi pemberitaan Covid-19 mengenai tindak kejahatan dalam media daring SINDOnews.com dan Fajar.co.id model Theo van Leeuwen; (2) mengungkap ciri ideologi inklusi pemberitaan Covid-19 mengenai tindak kejahatan dalam media daring SINDOnews.com dan Fajar.co.id model Theo van Leeuwen; (3) mengindentifikasi perbedaan strategi eksklusi dan inklusi media daring SINDOnews.com dan Fajar.co.id pada pemberitaan Covid-19 mengenai tindak kejahatan. The Use of Power Language of South Sulawesi Women Legislators in Political Discourse Through Vocabulary Features: A Case Study of the Chairperson of the Regional House of Representatives of South Sulawesi

This research is a qualitative research using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis which aims to; (1) revealing the form of using the language of power of women legislators in South Sulawesi in political discourse through vocabulary features, (2) revealing the forms of using the language of power of women legislators in political discourse through grammatical features, (3) revealing forms of using the language of power of women legislators in political discourse through features text structure. The data of this study are natural texts in the form of transcripts of women's legislators' speeches in political discourse that contain the construction of power. The data sources for this research are phrases, clauses, or inter-paragraphs that contain the unity of ideas and ideas that were transcribed from video recordings that aired on the Tribun Timur media youtube channel throughout 2021. This study proves that a female politician is able to exercise power through her speech. The power of the female legislator in South Sulawesi is the implication of the position of the South Sulawesi DPRD as a legislative body that has a control function, budgeting function, and the function of making regional regulations to the executive and the people of South Sulawesi. Kemampuan Mengapresiasi Drama Sinetron Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa

Kemampuan Mengapresiasi Drama Sinetron Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan mengapresiasi drama sinetron siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang mengapresiasi secara kritis drama sinetron keluarga cemara Siswa Kelas Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa yang berjumlah 375 siswa terbagi dalam 9 kelas. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling yaitu kelas XI IPA2 yang berjumlah 31 siswa orang. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah pemberian tugas menonton sebuah sinetron keluarga cemara. Keseluruhan data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui beberapa tahap (1) aspek menentukan tema (2) aspek menentukan tokoh (3) aspek menentukan konflik (4) aspek menentukan latar (5) aspek menentukan pesan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa mampu dalam mengapresiasi drama sinetron keluarga cemara berdasarkan aspek yang dinilai dengan rata-rata 64,90. The problem that is found in the implementation of this research in general is the lack of skills of class VIII-A students of SMPN 16 Mandai in learning to write advertising texts. This type of research is classroom action research using research procedures with this through the stages which include: planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The data of this research are in the form of process data and learning outcomes of writing advertisement text for class VIII A SMPN 16 Mandai.The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student learning activities from cycle I to cycle II, namely the increase in the number of students in listening to the teacher's explanation, asking questions and answering questions, learning outcomes have also increased which can be proven from the results of the first cycle stage, which obtained a score of 570 and in cycle II 677 So that the application of the picture and picture method can increase the frequency of activity and activities by meeting the KKM standards. So that the teaching and learning process is in accordance with the observations of students during the implementation of class actions, it is enough for two cycles. Dalam sistem keamanan sepeda motor pada masa kini, keamanannya kurang terjamin, itu bisa dibuktikan dengan adanya laporan kasus pencurian sepeda motor. Maka dari itu dalam Proyek Akhir ini akan membuat tambahan sistem keamanan pada sepeda motor yang menggunakan sistem Remote yang berguna untuk menghidupkan dan mematikan mesin sepeda motor, GSM modul yang digunakan untuk mengirim peringatan berupa sms dan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi GSM juga bisa untuk menghidupkan atau mematikan sepeda motor melalui pesan sms, dan GPS modul untuk melacak sepeda motor, yang berbasis kepada mikrokontroler Arduino. Pada sistem ini kunci sepeda motor digantikan dengan Saklar Nirkabel pengendali jarak jauh yang dimana jika Saklar Nirkabel di tekan pada tombol A maka akan menjalankan fungsionalitas dari kunci kontak, jika ditekan tombol B maka akan menghidupkan/mematikan mesin sepeda motor. PENGARUH STRATEGI IMAGE STREAMING DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS CERPEN SISWA KELAS XI SMA

Abstract: The Effect of Image Streaming Strategies in Short Story Writing Learning in Class XI High School Students. This study aims to describe the short story writing skills of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Takalar Regency before and after using the image streaming strategy and to prove the effect of the image streaming strategy on short story writing skills. This type of research is pre-experimental, with the research design of One Group Pretest-Posttest. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that the short story writing skills of students before using the image streaming strategy were classified as less skilled and after using the image streaming strategy were classified as quite skilled, and the image streaming strategy had an effect on students' short story writing skills.
