Динамика развития индийской медиаиндустрии в мировом медиапространстве: итоги 2016-2017 гг.

The Indian Media and Entertainment (M&E) industry is a sunrise sector for the economy and is making high growth strides. Proving its resilience to the world, the Indian M&E industry is on the cusp of a strong phase of growth, backed by rising consumer demand and improving advertising revenues. The industry has been largely driven by increasing digitisation and higher internet usage over the last decade. Internet has almost become a mainstream media for entertainment for most of the people. This article analyzes the main indicators of IMEI (Indian Media and Entertainment Industry) development in 2016-2017 years with the help of analytical comparison; also there is a dynamics of the Indian media industry development in the Asian and world media space; moreover, this article demonstrates initiatives taken by the Government of India in the sphere of the national communications system development.В данной статье рассмотрены основные статистические показатели развития ИИМР в 2016-2017 гг. в аналитическом сравнении; выявлена динамика развития индийской медиаиндустрии в азиатском и мировом медиапространстве; показаны инициативы, предпринимаемые правительством Индии в сфере развития национальной системы коммуникаций

The formation and development of journalistic education in India in the rapidly growing media sector of the economy is a topic that has not been adequately disclosed in the Russianscience studies. Against the backdrop of existing problems in the field of freedom of journalism as a social institution, the rights and position of journalists in this Asian country, the study of the system of training journalistic cadres is of undoubted interest. Journalistic education in India is a unique phenomenon, heterogeneous in its structure, goals and objectives.The article examines and analyzes the key provisions of the system of professional journalism training in India, the role and place of a journalist in the country, the problems of his safety and social security. The attention is also paid to the professional ethics and qualifications of media workers.Становление и развитие журналистского образования в Индии в условиях быстрорастущего медийного сектора экономики - тема, не получившая достаточного раскрытия в отечественном науковедении. На фоне существующих проблем в сфере свободы журналистики как социального института, прав и положения журналистов в этой азиатской стране изучение системы подготовки журналистских кадров представляет несомненный исследовательский интерес. Introduction of advanced information technologies in agriculture

The digital transformation of Russian agriculture is considered as one of the most promising areas for the development of domestic and global agricultural sector. The implementation of it will allow to overcome the existing global challenges arising from the growth of population and improvement of the quality of life, including: an increase in food demand (by 60% compared to 2050), increasing anthropogenic pressure on the environment (70% of water consumption and 30% of carbon dioxide emissions currently come from global agriculture), reduction of agricultural land and soil depletion. Also, the digitalization of agricultural enterprises will stabilize the situation in agricultural markets through the production and marketing of agricultural products that meet consumer preferences, formed in the process of development of a model of conscious and environmentally friendly consumption

KEY ASPECTS OF MEDIA FORMATION IN INDIA

There is no doubt that Indian media play an important role. Every sixth person consumes their information. For example, even with a low penetration rate, Indian newspapers reach a larger audience than any other newspaper in any other country in the world. Other Indian media show the same high results in terms of content production, audience reach, revenue, and so on. Индия - Китай: повторение территориального спора через полвека

The Sino-Indian relationship is a complex system of contacts that are mainly characterized by drastic changes from friendly relations establishment to head-on military clashes. There is a positive trend in bilateral cooperation between India and China; however, the armed border conflict of 1959-1962 stands apart as it has contributed to the development of the Indian Nuclear Program. Apart from the Sino-Indian War, which was remembered by the peoples of two Asian powers and included in university textbooks, there were other border conflicts between them that seemed not to pose a serious threat. In 1967, the constitutional monarchy of Sikkim (that is the most underpopulated and the second smallest state of India today (Goa is the smallest one)) faced the armed conflict between India and China, where about 400 people died. Sikkim being considered as an Indian territory was not de jure a part of the Indian states; it acquired this status only in 1975. In 2017, half a century later, two largest Asian countries found themselves in a situation of serious military confrontation again. The author examines the reasons for the Indian-Chinese border dispute in Sikkim and predicts the development of armed clashes in this region.Отношения Индии и Китая представляют собой сложную систему контактов, главной особенностью которых являются резкие перепады от налаживания дружественных связей до прямых военных столкновений. Развитие двусторонних связей между Индией и Китаем характеризуется положительной динамикой, однако особняком стоит вооруженный пограничный конфликт 1959-1962 гг., который отчасти послужил становлению индийской национальной программы создания ядерного оружия. Однако помимо этой индийско-китайской пограничной войны, оставшейся в памяти народов двух азиатских держав и вошедшей в вузовские учебники, в истории взаимоотношений Индии и Китая были и другие пограничные конфликты, на первый взгляд не представлявшие серьезной угрозы. В 1967 г. в конституционной монархии Сикким (сегодня - самый малочисленный штат Индии, предпоследний по территории (меньше только Гоа), расположен в Гималаях) произошел пограничный вооруженный конфликт между Индией и Китаем, в котором погибли около 400 человек. Примечательно, что Сикким, рассматриваемый как индийская территория, де-юре в состав индийских штатов не входил, статус полноправного штата приобрел только в 1975 г. В 2017 г., спустя полвека, две крупнейшие азиатские страны снова оказались в ситуации серьезной военной конфронтации. В статье рассматриваются причины возникновения индийско-китайского пограничного спора в Сиккиме, дается прогноз развития вооруженных столкновений в этом регионе

Гражданские медиа как фактор социализации племен адиваси

The article deals with the problem of developing the communication capabilities of India under the conditions of total penetration of modern mobile technologies and their usage in alternative civil journalism. The caste system, the language policy of the country not formed enough, religious and ethnic contradictions bring into being an extensive layer of social problems, including the media sphere of India, the study of which is relevant and makes it possible to analyse the communication problems of the Indian society at different levels. The author studies the communication activity of the Adivasis - India's indigenous population, which significantly increased with the help of the CGNET Services International. The article analyses the activities of the American Internet project CGNET Services International that are aimed at introducing the blogosphere rules in Indian states where the Adivasis, the most deprived part of the Indian society, live. The Adivasis are almost fenced off from the participation in the political life of the country; their language is not supported at the national level, that is why the American project trains young representatives of these tribes to record and transmit all the needed information using technical capacity of devices and applications. The Adivasis see the opportunity to assert their civil rights in the Indian society with the help of the American Internet project.В статье рассматривается проблема развития коммуникационных возможностей Индии в условиях тотального проникновения современных мобильных технологий и их использования в альтернативной гражданской журналистике. Кастовая система, не до конца сформированная языковая политика государства, религиозные и этнические противоречия создают в Индии обширный пласт социальных проблем, в частности в медиасфере, изучение которого представляется актуальным и позволяет проанализировать коммуникационные проблемы индийского общества на разных уровнях. Изучается коммуникационная активность племен адиваси - аборигенных народов Индии, заметно возросшую с появлением американского интернет-проекта Международного центра журналистов CGNET Services International. Анализируется деятельность американского интернет-проекта CGNET Services International по внедрению правил блогосферы в индийских штатах, где проживают племена адиваси - самые обездоленные слои индийского общества, занимающие нижнюю ступеньку на социальной лестнице. Адиваси практически изолированы от участия в политической жизни страны, их язык не поддерживается на государственном уровне, поэтому представители американского проекта обучают молодых представителей этих племен записывать и передавать по мобильным телефонам всю интересующую их информацию, используя технические возможности устройств и установленные в них приложения. Эти материалы затем адаптируются, размещаются на специальном сайте и обсуждаются на форуме. Племена адиваси видят в американском интернет-проекте возможность отстаивать свои гражданские права в индийском обществе

The problem of the English language's role and place in Indian mass-media on the background of multilingualism existing is considered in the research article, the policy of the state concerning the decision of a language question in the country is shown as well.
