Gay men’s experiences coming out online : a qualitative study
The current study employed qualitative methodology to investigate the experiences of 12 men who came out online, using Facebook. Analysis of coding data yielded several key themes. First, gay men discussed a range of experiences that influenced their online disclosure including homophobia, internalized homophobia, and previous salient sexual identity disclosures. Participants also commonly expressed a variety of goals and concerns about coming out online, including improving relationships and loss of friends. Finally, gay men identified several benefits to coming out on Facebook, including increased efficiency in coming out as compared to face-to-face disclosures, increased authenticity, and decreased ambiguity about their sexuality. Results are discussed within the context of literature on men’s coming-out experiences, men and masculinity and online identity management.Educational Psycholog
Jonathan Edwards\u27 Life: More Than a Sermon
Jonathan Edwards, born, (1703-1758), was a great man. He is often known only for a sermon, Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God. This is unfortunate because followers of Christ should know this man\u27s life. This paper focuses on Jonathan Edwards as a godly family man and on his missiological work.
An emphasis is not carefully analyzed by many. The research for this essay originated from the author\u27s desire to know more about Mr. Edwards. The texts studied are The works of Jonathan Edwards, along with many scholarly books and essays. The main modern books used are from Perry Miller and Elizabeth Dodds. All in all, the following research adds clarity and context to Edwards\u27 legacy and to its enduring value to Christians

Genomic Alteration Burden in Advanced Prostate Cancer and Therapeutic Implications.
The increasing number of patients with sequenced prostate cancer genomes enables us to study not only individual oncogenic mutations, but also capture the global burden of genomic alterations. Here we review the extent of tumor genome mutations and chromosomal structural variants in various clinical states of prostate cancer, and the related prognostic information. Next, we discuss the underlying mutational processes that give rise to these various alterations, and their relationship to the various molecular subtypes of prostate cancer. Finally, we examine the relationships between the tumor mutation burden of castration-resistant prostate cancer, DNA repair defects, and response to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy
