    The objective of this paper is to explore the sustainable management approach in film production by examining tangible green film policy solutions in Poland.     Children's film production : limitations on methods and tools

    The article provides an overview of the available film research methods to strengthen film production management for children aged 4 to 6 years. It diagnoses the limitations of currently used methods and identifies new opportunities related to the development of tools in the field of neuroscience, in particular oculography (eyetracking). The subject of the study is a film for children as a medium of social communication of a wide range. For the purposes of the study, the methods of film research for children used so far were analysed, current needs related to market development were diagnosed and the possibilities of using new tools to measure customer satisfaction were indicated

    This article deals with issues of cultural management, and in particular the acquisition of financial resources from European Union funds. It analyzes the possibilities of financing the development of culture with funds allocated to innovation, research and development. Its purpose is to diagnose the barriers encountered by Polish enterprises conducting research and development activity in the area of KIS 13 "Intelligent creative technologies" when designing and obtaining funding.     Celem artyku艂u jest analiza r贸偶nych rozwi膮za艅 prawnych w zakresie wsparcia instytucji kultury w trakcie stanu epidemii. Przeprowadzono przegl膮d dzia艂a艅 Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego wspieraj膮cych instytucje kultury w Polsce w czasie epidemii wed艂ug stanu na maj 2020 r. Na podstawie analizy wskazano wnioski de lege ferenda co do nowych mo偶liwo艣ci finansowania dzia艂a艅 takich instytucji. Autorzy prezentuj膮 rozwi膮zania prawne dotycz膮ce przekazywania 1% PIT, odliczania darowizn, emisji obligacji przychodowych i dofinansowania w formie skarbowych papier贸w warto艣ciowych. Wnioski z bada艅 prowadzonych przez autor贸w osadzone s膮 w obszarze ekonomicznej analizy prawa (Law&Economics).The aim of the article is to analyse alternative legal solutions in the field of supporting cultural institutions during the epidemic. A review of the activities of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in the area of supporting cultural institutions in Poland during the epidemic as of May 2020 was carried out. Based on the analysis, de lege ferenda conclusions regarding new possibilities of financing the activities of such institutions were identified. The authors present legal solutions concerning the transfer of 1% PIT, deduction of donations, issue of revenue bonds and financing in the form of treasury securities. The conclusions of the research conducted by the authors are embedded in the area of economic analysis of law (Law&Economics)

    XR workflows in film production : demonstration for educational purposes

    The use of the XR production technologies has expanded recently in the film industry and heavily influenced the film production process. This paper aims therefore to explore the differences between diverse XR production workflows. The analysis provides criteria for workflow paths of traditional approach to film production and XR production flow, including workflow structure, skills, education, and equipment. Defined XR techniques are discussed for educational purposes. Its illustrations are three case studies of cinematic VR production, computer-generated VR production and Virtual Production. They are the basis for workflow comparison and discussion on artistic decisions and production challenges for film related Higher Education Institutions (HEI) students and scholars
