origen, prevalencia, definición, causas y problemas asociados.
In the present work Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is implemented as a teaching method for
a class with a cerebral palsy (CP) pupil. The main goal is to benefit thus all the student body, not
only this child. The secondary objective is to evaluate inclusive values, basic knowledge about
cerebral palsy, expectations and autonomy level of this child with CP and, lastly, play-based
interaction regarding him. A simple 20 item survey is provided before the UDL implementation and
after it.
In order to achieve it, a theoretical cerebral palsy framework is developed first, studying its origins,
prevalence, definition, causes and related issues. Afterwards the concepts of disability, diversity
and inclusion are reviewed; and the laws on that subject. Later three matters are explained: the
UDL’s neuroscientific basis, the digital media advantages for customising learning and the UDL’s
principles. All this previous knowledge is used in order to implement those principles. Provide
multiple means of: contents representation, implication and expression of what they have learned.
Finally, a critical reflection has assessed the obtained goals. First with an observational and
experience-based method. Thereafter a higher degree of precision is added. The results of the
methodological implementation in class are analysed by means of the surveys
Probabilistic Galois Theory -- The Square Discriminant Case
The paper studies the probability for a Galois group of a random polynomial
to be . We focus on the so-called large box model, where we choose the
coefficients of the polynomial independently and uniformly from . The state-of-the-art upper bound is , due to Bhargava. We
conjecture a much stronger upper bound , and that this
bound is essentially sharp. We prove strong lower bounds both on this
probability and on the related probability of the discriminant being a square

A SYSTEM FOR REMOTE MONITORING OF THE HUMAN BODY PARAMETERS
We present an invention (pending patent number A 201100939) related to a system that monitors human body parameters, such as heart rate and blood pressure, and when they are out of the regular range, it transmits a remote warning signal along with the GPS coordinates of the patient to the special intervention services, or to the tutors, so that they can take action in the shortest time. The most important aspect of the system is its mobility, the patient being able to live her normal life, not having to stay in a fix perimeter, as it is the case for most monitoring equipments. The scope of the invention is the health of people, both individually and at the institutions involved in health insurance, such as clinics, hospitals, emergency services, rescue, SMURD, social settlements, etc
Doubly isogenous genus-2 curves with D₄-action
We study the extent to which curves over finite fields are characterized by their zeta functions and the zeta functions of certain of their covers.
Suppose C and C are curves over a finite field K, with K-rational base points
P and P
, and let D and D be the pullbacks (via the Abel–Jacobi map) of the
multiplication-by-2 maps on their Jacobians. We say that (C, P) and (C
, P
)
are doubly isogenous if Jac(C) and Jac(C
) are isogenous over K and Jac(D)
and Jac(D
) are isogenous over K. For curves of genus 2 whose automorphism
groups contain the dihedral group of order eight, we show that the number of
pairs of doubly isogenous curves is larger than na¨ıve heuristics predict, and we
provide an explanation for this phenomenon
