CS 470/670: System Simulation
There are :several goals in CS 470/670:
1. Learn basic tools and theory of simulation.
2. Understand how simulation can be applied to solve real problems.
3. Complete a substantial simulation project.
4. Have some fun
CS 400/600: Computer Science
This is the initial course in the understanding of data structures. This course focuses on data structures with abstract data types, such as trees, stacks, queues and graphs. The course will use projects, developed on UNIX, to create a deeper understanding of data structure and their use
CS 141: Computer Programming I
This course provides a general introduction to the fundamentals of computer programming.Examples from and applications to a broad range of problems are given. No prior knowledge ofprogramming is assumed. The concepts covered will be applied to the Java programming language. (Students must register for both lecture and one laboratory section.
CS 240-01: Introduction to Computer Science
We will develop basic techniques to design, develop and implement programs using the C++ language. This course focuses on basic elements of programming and assumes no knowledge of programming in C++
CS 240: Computer Science I
This is the initial course in the Introduction to Computer Science series. Beginning concepts and programming will be discussed and taught in this course. This course will use Java as the language of implementation
CS 241: Computer Programming II
This is the second course in the Introduction to Computer Programming series. A continuation of CS240. The emphasis is on data abstraction and software development. Prerequisite: CS240
