    Development of University Students’ Motivation with the Help of E-learning

    The relevance of the study is due to the orientation of the modern model of education to the formation of a competitive creative personality with the need of continual self-improvement and self-development. It is possible due to the high level of the learning motivation of students and the motivation to acquire a future profession. It should be emphasized that e-learning has a considerable potential in this aspect. In this regard, this article is aimed to reveal the specifics of the use of e-learning means in the development of university students motivation. The article presents a series of lessons designed to develop students’ motivation, implemented by e-learning means. We elaborated a series of webinars (“I want to be an engineer – I want to be taught!”; "Information crystals" (effective information processing techniques), "Time Management Secrets," "Kaleidoscope of discoveries", "Jolly mathematics"); chats ("The engineer of the third millennium - the future engineer, who is he?", "Physics, Chemistry for Engineers: Myth and Reality"); the virtual round table - "The heritage of the past" (about great scientists, inventions and discoveries) and others. The article presents the ways of applying e-learning in the development of university students’ motivation.     The Development of Model and Measuring Tool for Specialists Accreditation in Area of Public Health Services

    The main purpose of the paper is to present some theoretical approaches and some methods providing assessment optimization in specialists' accreditation in area of public health services. The results of research presented in this paper, include the model of multistage adaptive measurements and two methods for reliability and validity analysis, providing high justice decisions in accreditation and corresponding to requirements in High-Stakes Testing procedures. The assessment optimization intends for minimization time of assessment and for reliability and validity data increasing. For optimization the special model of measurements based on multistage adaptive testing is offered. The using of offered model in assessment design allows to realize the advantages of traditional adaptive testing and linear testing, while minimizing their disadvantages. So, this model is recommended as dominating for assessment in accreditation

    The changes in the socio-economic and spiritual spheres of modern society, trends in the renewal of the educational process put forward new demands to the level of modern teachers professional and pedagogical communication culture formation. The solution to this problem objectively requires the development of more flexible curricula of professional growth, aimed at the efficient formation of their professional and pedagogical communication culture.     The development of a training model for the formation of positive attitudes in teachers towards the inclusion of learners with special educational needs into the educational environment

    The relevance of the problem presented in the article is based on the implementation of the rights of learners with special educational needs for obtaining an education. They must have architectural and methodological access to education, and also benevolent, tolerant, non-judgmental attitudes towards them on the part of teachers. This phenomenon determines the formation of learner’s necessary competencies, as well as the success of their socialisation and adaptation. The purpose of the article is to examine the attitude of teachers towards the inclusion of learners with special educational needs into the educational environment and to subsequently develop a training model for the formation of teachers’ positive attitudes towards the idea of inclusion. The leading method of research into this research question and aim is a survey presented to teachers in order to identify their attitudes towards the inclusion of learners with special educational needs into the educational environment. The results showed that teachers’ attitudes towards learner’s inclusion into the educational environment is determined, above all, by the level of teachers’ personal and professional commitment, as well as by the constraints of a learner’s performance. The authors suggest a training model for the formation of a positive teacher attitude to the inclusion of learners with special needs in educational environment. The model is a training project comprising methods that could be implemented to develop positive teacher attitudes to the idea of including learners with special needs into an educational environment. The findings of the research and the model developed on the basis of the findings of this research project may be useful for teachers, inclusive education practitioners and for training institutions preparing student teachers for inclusive environments.Keywords: inclusive education; learners with special educational needs; model for the formation of a positive attitude; teachers’ attitude
