Komunikasi Matematis Siswa

Penelitian eksperimen dengan randomized control group only design yang melibatkan siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Batang Anai dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendekatan Matematika Realistik (PMR) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Teknik random sampling digunakan untuk menentukan kelas sampel. Kelas VIII3 terpilih sebagai kelas eksperiment dan Kelas VII6 terpilih sebagai kelas control. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan RME memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan matematis siswa. Hasil Uji-t berada pada wilayah penokkan Ho, dimana thitung = 2,27 dan ttabel = 1,6603 pada taraf nyata 0,05. Analisis mendalam dilakukan dengan melihat efektivitas RME terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan menggunakan uji proporsi (uji- z) pada setiap indicator yang diamati, menunjukkan hasil yang sejalan dengan hasil analisis uji-t. The COVID-19 outbreak has spread to all parts of the world, one of which is Indonesia. This COVID-19 virus has claimed many lives, not only claimed lives, this virus also claimed the happiness and economy of the community. The spread of the virus is very fast on March 2, 2020. The purpose of this activity is to provide information about vaccinations and to invite residents to comply with health protocols and be willing to be vaccinated. Student's Concept Understanding and Motivation to Learn Through Flipped Classroom Learning Integrated with Nested Model

This research aimed to describe the effectiveness of the flipped classroom integrated with nested model in student's concept understanding and motivation to learn. The research type is quasi-experiment with one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was given to 20 students in VII-D class of SMPN 21 Surabaya. The effectiveness of the flipped classroom integrated with nested model was obtained from the results of a concept understanding test and a motivation to learn questionnaire. The student's concept understanding test showed that there was an improvement in gain scores between the pretest and posttest scores which is medium category and 90% of students were declared complete. Meanwhile, the gain score on the completeness of the concept understanding indicator was high category. Then the results of the student's motivation to learn showed that there was an improvement in gain scores between pretest and posttest which is medium category. The data obtained that flipped classroom integrated with nested model was effective as a learning instrument to improve student's concept understanding and motivation to learn during the Covid-19 pandemic
