In spite of belonging to different national traditions, their works belong to the big space of neopolicial. Social and realistic, the novels written by Giardinelli, Padura and Taibo II form a critical view of Latin-American present. So, these three writers are doing a contracultural speech capable to show the reality of Argentina, Cuba and Mexico

L’article analyse l’œuvre narrative de Luis Gutiérrez, l’un des membres les plus représentatifs de la génération actuelle d’écrivains du genre noir en langue espagnole. Outre le fait de contextualiser et de mettre en rapport son œuvre avec l’évolution de la littérature contemporaine – et plus exactement, avec le genre noir, lequel connaît actuellement en Espagne une période de splendeur inégalée après plusieurs années d’ostracisme –, l’article étudie deux aspects représentatifs des romans de Gutiérrez. Il aborde, d’une part, sa capacité pour la réécriture des formes et des thèmes fixés comme des stéréotypes du genre noir classique et, d’autre part, sa dimension ironique et humoristique
