No full textEste estudio fue realizado en el Centro de Atenci贸n Primaria I de EsSALUD de Pichanaki y consisti贸 en realizar el Seguimiento Farmacoterap茅utico a Pacientes Ambulatorios Diab茅ticos Tipo 2, para detectar, prevenir y resolver los problemas relacionados al medicamento. El objetivo de la presente investigaci贸n es: Evaluar el resultado del seguimiento farmacoterap茅utico en pacientes ambulatorios diab茅ticos tipo 2 del Centro de Atenci贸n Primaria I de EsSALUD de Pichanaki, Por lo tanto, se aplic贸 el m茅todo cient铆fico, cuyo tipo de investigaci贸n es explicativo y el nivel de investigaci贸n es aplicativo.
Como resultado de la presente investigaci贸n se demuestra que el seguimiento farmacoterap茅utico contribuye favorablemente a resolver problemas relacionados al medicamento, mejorar la calidad de vida y su situaci贸n cl铆nica del paciente.This study was carried out in the Primary Care Center I of EsSALUD of Pichanaki and consisted of carrying out the Pharmacotherapeutic Follow-up to Type 2 Diabetic Outpatients, to detect, prevent and solve the problems related to the medication. The objective of the present investigation is: To evaluate the result of the pharmacotherapeutic follow-up in type 2 diabetic outpatients of the Primary Care Center I of EsSALUD of Pichanaki, Therefore, the scientific method was applied, whose type of investigation is explanatory and the level Research is applicative.
