This study aims to analyze a significant the effect of the current ratio on the growth of the profit; a significant the effect of the total debt to total assets ratio on the growth of the profit; a significant the effect of the return on assets ratio on the growth of the profit; a significant the effects of the current ratio, total debt to total assets ratio, and return on assets ratio as an simultaneous on the growth of the profit. It was secondary study use annual finance report documentation. They were analyzed using the multiple regression technique. There is a no significant effect of the current ratio on the growth of the profit; there is a significant effect of the total debt to total assets ratio on the growth of the profit; there is a significant effect of the return on assets ratio on the growth of the profit. Mediasi Penal sebagai Upaya Penyelesaian Kasus Salah Penangkapan oleh Kepolisian (Studi di Wilayah Polres Jombang)

Kebijakan diskresi yakni mediasi penal sebagai upaya penyelesaian oleh Kepolisian Jombang yang di wakilkan oleh Kapolda Jatim dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang telah dilakukan oleh aparat kepolisian dalam salah melakukan penangkapan. Dengan terdapatnya fakta dan bukti baru setelah proses perkara dilimpahkan ke pengadilan dan telah diputus oleh hakim maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Kepolisian telah melakukan salah penangkapan. Sedangkan Pasal 17 KUHAP menjelaskan bahwa perintah penangkapan dilakukan terhadap seorang yang di duga keras melakukan tindak pidana berdasarkan bukti permulaan yang cukup. Pasal ini menentukan bahwa perintah penangkapan tidak dapat dilakukan dengan sewenang-wenang, tetapi ditujukan kepada mereka yang betul-betul melakukan tindak pidana. Maka dari itu sanksi yang harus diberikan kepada anggota Kepolisian yang salah melakukan penangkapan dan penyidikan yaitu sanksi tegas seperti Demosi atau penundaan jabatan, di mana Kapolsek dan Kasat Reskrim tidak diberikan jabatan (non job), lalu anggota yang melakukan penyidikan dipindahkan dari fungsi reskrim. Dengan adanya kasus tersebut selanjutnya kepolisian harus teliti dan tidak terlalu gegabah dalam melaksanakan tugasnya

Attrition from an internet-based treatment program for female sexual dysfunction : who is best treated with this approach?

The current study evaluated the attrition from an Internet-based treatment program for female sexual dysfunction (FSD), and determined factors that contribute to this attrition. Of the original, 26 women who were allocated to the treatment group, 12 provided post-intervention data, and of the 27 women who entered the wait list control group, 22 provided post-intervention data. Of 14 control participants who then elected to enter treatment, five provided post-intervention data. Therefore, a total of 40 women entered the FSD program and 23 dropped out. Reasons for attrition included: relationship factors, lack of motivation, and time commitment perceived to be excessive. Significant differences were found in levels of relationship satisfaction and intimacy for those who dropped out and those who completed treatment. These findings suggest that participants with high relationship satisfaction and emotional intimacy with their partner are suitable for treatments of this type
