Keterampilan Guru Dalam Pengelolaan Kelas Pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Di SMA Negeri Se Kabupaten Kebumen

Pengelolaan kelas yang efektif adalah syarat bagi terciptanya pengajaran yang efektif, yang bertujuan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara optimal. Keterampilan pengelolaan kelas yang baik seharusnya memberikan pengaruh yang baik pula terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka permasalahan yang penulis angkat adalah bagaimanakah keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas pada mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMA Negeri se Kabupaten Kebumen. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari satu variabel yaitu keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, metode observasi, dan metode wawancara sebagai pendukung kelengkapan dan klarifikasi data, sedang metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keterampilan guru pada mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMA Negeri se Kabupaten Kebumen sudah menunjukkan kompetensi pengelolaan kelas. Guru mampu menciptakan dan memelihara kondisi belajar yang optimal, serta mampu mengembangkan kondisi belajar yang optimal

The Effect of Family Environment and Internet Usage on Learning Motivation

This research aims to identify the effect of family environment and the internet USAge as learning source simultanly or partially on economics learning motivation. Population was Senior High School 5 students (IIS/Social Program) Semarang. 192 students were analyzed as sample. Data collecting method used questionnaire. While data analyzing used descriptive and double equal regression analysis. From the descriptive analysis, it was found that the learning motivation is high (62%), good family environment (61%), good internet USAge as learning source (67%). Findings show that family environment and the internet USAge as learning source simultanly give positive effect and significant to motivation in learning economics by 39.8%. Partially, family environment gives positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation by 17.2%, the internet USAge as learning source gives positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation by 8.6%. It can be concluded that family environment and the internet USAge as learning USAge give positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation at Senior High School 5 Semarang simultanly and partially. Hence, it is suggested that family environment should be kept in good condition, the internet USAge as learning media should be provided more optimal, family hopefully always keeps condusive, calm, comfortable and enjoyable condition, and the last, students should improve the intensity of accessing economics information through the internet

A Modelling Framework of Sustainable Supply Chain Management for Organic Vegetables in Rural Area with Narrow Land: An Action Research in Indonesia

As a developing country, food security is still an important issue in Indonesia. The increase in demand for organic vegetables products over the last couple of decades has created one of the fastest growing sectors within the fresh produce industry. The low productivity of housewives in villages and their lax spare time are well positioned to take advantage of existing sustainable and profitable opportunities, specifically in organic vegetables production even they only have narrow land. This study aims: (1) to demonstrate the hidden potency of rural housewives community to apply modern technology in cultivating organic vegetables for narrow land, and (2) to develop supply chain management modelling tools of organic vegetables for supporting food security system in rural area. The subjects of this study are housewives in rural area of Semarang City in Province Central Java, Indonesia. By employing an exploratory sequential mixed methods research design, this studys results show that the proposed supply chain management model is proven as an appropriate model to secure supply chain of organic vegetables in rural area. Using this model, organic vegetables cultivation sustainably maintains the familys food self-sufficiency and lead to semi-commercial needs of the surrounding communities

PENGARUH PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI DAN PENGUASAAN MATA DIKLAT TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA SMK DI KABUPATEN KENDAL

The objective of the study was to investigate the influence of industrial work practices and accounting productive mastery toward students’ work readiness in 12the Grade students of accounting program vocational schools in Kendal district both simultaneously and partially. The population of the study was accounting students in state and private vocational school in Kendal, they were 368 students. The samples were 192 students chosen by proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by documentation and questionnaires, then analyzed by descriptive analysis. Furthermore, hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that industrial work practices and accounting productive mastery influenced simultaneously toward students’ work readiness by 56.6%, and partially, the influence of industrial work practices was 45.02% and the influence of accounting productive mastery was only 18.15%.</em

Strategi Kemitraan Smk Dengan Stakeholders Dalam Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Lulusan

This study aims at finding a synergetic partnership model between vocational high schools (SMK) with stakeholders for the educational implementation of SMK in developing their graduate entrepreneurship. The study employed Research and Development as research method. The first-year results of the study are as follows: (1) a synergetic and sustainable partnership between SMK and stakeholders in developing the graduate entrepreneurship is very essential mainly in the aspects of curriculum development, implementation of learning strategies, utilization of human resources, evaluation, and distribution of graduates; (2) the existing partnership between SMK and stakeholders has not specifically developed graduate entrepreneurship, but more in the form of implementation of industrial working practices (prakerin) which includes learning activities, utilization of human resources, and evaluation of learning; (3) partnership between SMK and stakeholders is very necessary, starting from the planning and development of the curriculum

Optimization of Digital Marketing Practices to Improve Product Sales of Inamtes in the Productive PrisonAbstract. Productive prisons are prisons that are not only a place for guiding inmates (prisoners) in a conventional manner, but can also be a means to encourage the production of a good quality products, therefore productive activities in prisons can be a support for fostering prisoners. In productive prisons, inmates are taught to grow crops, raise livestock to gardening. Lapas Terbuka Kendal, one of productive prisons in Central Java, is currently only filled with 23 inmates who are fostered by the independence of various production activities, namely the agriculture, fisheries and animal husbandry sectors. The results of Lapas Terbuka Kendal production activities can be said to be quite good. Even marketing has been done well, one of them through the website. But unfortunately the existing marketing did not produce maximum results in sales. This is evaluated and resolved in the community service performed. The digital marketing training is a solution given. All officers were enthusiastic in actively participating during the training. By this training, it is expected they could maximize the digital marketing implementation to boost the sales.Keyword: Digital marketing, productive prison, prisoners, production activities, sales.Abstrak. Lembaga pemasyarakatan (Lapas) produktif merupakan Lapas yang tidak hanya menjadi tempat pembinaan narapidana (warga binaan) secara konvensional, tetapi juga dapat menjadi salah satu sarana untuk mendorong dihasilkannya produk-produk berkualitas, oleh karenanya kegiatan produktif di lapas bisa menjadi penunjang bagi pembinaan terhadap warga Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP). WBP diajarkan bercocok tanam, beternak hingga berkebun di Lapas Terbuka. Lapas Terbuka Kendal, salah satu Lapas Produktif di Jawa Tengah, saat ini terisi sebanyak 23 warga binaan yang dibina kemandirian berbagai macam kegiatan produksi yaitu sektor pertanian, perikanan dan peternakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan produksi Lapas Terbuka Kendal dapat dikatakan cukup bagus. Bahkan pemasaran pun sudah dilakukan dengan baik, salah satunya melalui website. Namun sayangnya pemasaran yang ada ternyata tidak membuahkan hasil yang maksimal dalam penjualan. Hal tersebut yang dievaluasi dan dipecahkan pada pengabdian yang dilakukan. Pelatihan pemasaran digital menjadi solusi yang diberikan pada pengabdian ini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan lancar, seluruh petugas Lapas antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mereka mampu memaksimalkan fungsi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan.Kata Kunci: Digitalisasi, pemasaran, kegiatan produksi, peningkatan penjualan

PEMANFAATAN INDIGO SEBAGAI PEWARNA ALAMI RAMAH LINGKUNGAN BAGI PENGRAJIN BATIK ZIE

Utilization of Indigo as Eco-Friendly Natural Dyes for Zie Batik CraftsmenAbstract. Batik is a cultural identity of Indonesian society which currently developing dynamically. The use of natural dyes by utilizing plants is being developed by several batik artisans. This service activity aims to facilitate partners to be able to utilize indigo as natural dyes of environmentally friendly batik and be able to compete in the international market. The activities are conducted with Batik Zie as partners in Kampung Malon, Gunungpati District, Semarang, by facilitating partners to negotiate and collaborate with suppliers of natural dye raw materials, conduct training and mentoring indigo pasta making. Besides that, it also promotes products through exhibitions and documentation of activities. While the use of Indigofera Tinctoria L extract, Crusia Strobilantes could produce light blue, turquoise blue and dark blue. The collaboration with UKM ISUGA makes the availability of indigo pasta as a natural dye became well maintained. While indigo has a role in staining light blue to dark blue natural dyes. Utilization of natural dyes is eco-friendly and does not harm/pollute the environment. Partner participation in 3 exhibitions, makes the batik products could compete in the international market.Keywords: Natural dye, batik, indigo, eco-friendlyAbstrak. Batik merupakan identitas budaya masyarakat Indonesia saat ini berkembang secara dinamis. Penggunaan pewarna alami dengan memanfaatkan tanaman sedang dikembangkan oleh beberapa pengrajin batik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk  memfasilitasi mitra agar mampu memanfaatkan indigo sebagai pewarna alami batik ramah lingkungan dan mampu bersaing di pasar internasional. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan Mitra Batik Zie yang berada di Kampung Malon, Kecamatan Gunungpati, Semarang, dengan memfasilitasi mitra untuk negosiasi dan kerjasama dengan suplier penyedia bahan baku pewarna alami, melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan pasta indigo. Di samping itu juga mempromosikan produk melalui pameran serta melakukan dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ekstraksi indigo (Indigofera tinctoria L, strobilantes crusia) dapat menghasilkan warna biru muda, biru kehijauan serta biru tua. Adanya kerjasama dengan UKM ISUGA, menjadikan ketersediaan pasta indigo sebagai pewarna alami selalu terjaga. Sedangkan indigo mempunyai peran dalam pewarnaan biru muda hingga biru tua. Penggunaan pewarna alami tersebut bersifat ramah lingkungan dan tidak mencemari lingkungan.
