Musealisation of the cultural heritage of tourist accommodation located in historic buildings. Proposal applied to the Castile-La Mancha Network of Hospederias

[EN] This article shows a proposal to museumize the heritage buildings with a historical and cultural character used by the Castile-La Mancha Network, through an interpretive guide. This initiative aims to offer the client added value to the tourist service of the accommodation, as well as highlight the historical buildings in which these accommodations are located. The value of this research lies in the need of society in general and the tourist in particular who stays in one of these inns, to know the place where they spend the night or visit, considerably improving their tourist experience in the destination. Likewise, it is justified by the great benefits that it can bring to the respect and protection of our heritage, since the aim is to achieve the social commitment on the part of these tourists, to care for, preserve and safeguard the history of these unique buildings.[ES] En el presente artículo se muestra una propuesta para museizar los edificios patrimoniales con carácter histórico y cultural utilizados por la red de Hospederías de Castilla la Mancha a través de un guiaje interpretativo. Con esta iniciativa se pretende ofrecer un valor añadido al servicio turístico del hospedaje, así como poner en valor los edificios históricos en los que dichos alojamientos se asientan.   El valor de esta investigación radica en la necesidad de la sociedad en general y el turista en particular que se aloja en alguna de estas hospederías, de conocer el lugar donde pernocta o que visita, mejorando considerablemente su experiencia turística en el destino. [ES] El presente Trabajo Final de Grado trata de lanzar una propuesta para museizar aquellos edificios patrimoniales con carácter histórico y cultural, utilizados por la red de Hospederías de Castilla la Mancha, con el fin turístico del hospedaje y conseguir ponerlos en valor. El método empleado para la realización de este TFG ha consistido en una revisión de la legislación que regula el patrimonio cultural tanto a nivel nacional como regional, la investigación en profundidad de la red de Hospederías de Castilla la Mancha, así como el estudio de la demanda del turismo cultural. Teniendo en cuenta las características de los clientes que demandan estos alojamientos turísticos, se considera que el tipo de producto que se propone implantar, tendrá una buena acogida pues mejorará la experiencia del turista y contribuirá a difundir, dar a conocer y poner en valor y salvaguardar la historia de estos edificios singulares.[EN] This Final Degree Project aims to start a proposal to museumize those heritage buildings with historical and cultural character, used by the red de Hospederías de Castilla la Mancha, for the purpose of tourism accommodation and get to put them in value. The method used for the realization of this TFG has consisted of a review of the legislation that regulates the cultural heritage at both national and regional level, the indepth investigation of the red de Hospederías de Castilla la Mancha, as well as the study of the demand for cultural tourism. Demographic, clinical, and functional determinants of antithrombotic treatment in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation

Altres ajuts: Alliance Bristol-Myers Squibb/Pfizer.Background: This study assessed the sociodemographic, functional, and clinical determinants of antithrombotic treatment in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) attended in the internal medicine setting. Methods: A multicenter, cross-sectional study was conducted in NVAF patients who attended internal medicine departments for either a routine visit (outpatients) or hospitalization (inpatients). Results: A total of 961 patients were evaluated. Their antithrombotic management included: no treatment (4.7%), vitamin K antagonists (VKAs) (59.6%), direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) (21.6%), antiplatelets (6.6%), and antiplatelets plus anticoagulants (7.5%). Permanent NVAF and congestive heart failure were associated with preferential use of oral anticoagulation over antiplatelets, while intermediate-to high-mortality risk according to the PROFUND index was associated with a higher likelihood of using antiplatelet therapy instead of oral anticoagulation. Longer disease duration and institutionalization were identified as determinants of VKA use over DOACs. Female gender, higher education, and having suffered a stroke determined a preferential use of DOACs. Conclusions: This real-world study showed that most elderly NVAF patients received oral anticoagulation, mainly VKAs, while DOACs remained underused. Antiplatelets were still offered to a proportion of patients. Longer duration of NVAF and institutionalization were identified as determinants of VKA use over DOACs. A poor prognosis according to the PROFUND index was identified as a factor preventing the use of oral anticoagulation
