Single crystalline nano-sized multiferroic BiFeO3 (BFO) powders were synthesized through simple chemical co-precipitation method using polyethylene glycol (PEG) as capping agent. We obtained pure phase BiFeO3 powder by controlling pHand calcination temperature. From X-ray diffraction studies the nanoparticles were unambiguously identified to have a rhombohedrally distorted perovskite structure belonging to the space group of R3c. No secondary phases were detected. It indicates single phase structure. EDX spectra indicated the appearance of three elements Bi, Fe, O in 1:1:3. From the UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectrum, the absorption cut-off wavelength of the BFO sample is around 558nm corresponding to the energy band gap of 2.2 eV. The size (60-70 nm) and morphology of the nanoparticles have been analyzed using transmission electron microscopy (TEM).   Linear M−H behaviour and slight hysteresis at lower magnetic field is observed for BiFeO3 nanoparticles from Vibrating sample magnetometer studies. It indicates weak ferromagnetic behaviour at room temperature. From dielectric studies, the conductivity value is calculated from the relation s = L/RbA Sm-1 and it is around 7.2 x 10-9 S/m

Background: Stem cells are undifferentiated cells with a potential for self- renewal and differentiation into multiple mature cell types. PRP is blood plasma that has been enriched with platelets and multiple growth factors that can stimulate cellular processes and activate multi-potent stem cells to generate new, younger tissue and new blood vessels relevant to ovarian rejuvenation and endometrial regeneration. Methods: This study was to evaluate the effectiveness of ABMDSC and PRP application in patients with thin endometrium refractory to treatment, premature ovarian failure, infertility and menopause. 37 symptomatic women between age group 18 years to 56 years were selected for ABMDSC and PRP instillation in endometrium and/ or ovaries. PRP was instilled in endometrium in 8 patients, in ovaries in 5 patients and in both endometrium and ovaries in 24 patients. Results: There was significant improvement in endometrial thickness, along with improved blood flow to both endometrium and ovaries. FSH levels decreased and ovarian volume increased. There were three confirmed pregnancies with one delivery.  Menopausal symptoms decreased in 2 patients and spontaneous resumption of menses was seen in 1 patient of POF.Conclusions: Stem cell therapy serves as a game changer with their unique properties, offering solutions for scores of women suffering from POF, poor oocyte quality, endometrial degeneration/ damage or menopausal symptoms.

Prenent we are having virtual technologies these are failure on quality of services. The development  of IPTV service delivery through cloud services  is of temporary  interest in many applications such as failure finding iptv services. However, achieving similar advantages with period of time services are often a challenge. For construct the problem as an optimization formulation that uses a generic cost function. The concept of cloud streaming targets at providing the video over the cloud as a service, so that end users can satisfy their varieties of streaming demands as long as it can access to Internet.Users of different terminal can obtain the same high quality of service, with no special software or hardware required to enable streaming media.Internet content roviders can stream their videos to end users, by replying on public cloud streaming platform, instead of building their own streaming media server.ICPs then can share the cost and become rather scalable in serving users

Cloud Computing is an emerging technology, which relies on sharing computing resources. Sharing of data in the group is not secure as the cloud provider cannot be trusted. The fundamental difficulties in distributed computing of cloud suppliers is Data Security, Sharing, Resource scheduling and Energy consumption. Key-Aggregate cryptosystem used to secure private/public data in the cloud. This key is consistent size aggregate for adaptable decisions of ciphertext in cloud storage. Virtual Machines (VMs) provisioning is effectively empowered the cloud suppliers to effectively use their accessible resources and get higher benefits. The most effective method to share information resources among the individuals from the group in distributed storage is secure, flexible and efficient. Any data stored in different cloud data centers are corrupted, recovery using regenerative coding. Security is provided many techniques like Forward security, backward security, Key-Aggregate cryptosystem, Encryption and Re-encryption etc. The energy is reduced using Energy-Efficient Virtual Machines Scheduling in Multi-Tenant Data Centers

MST of each group containing six mice was monitored by recording the mortality daily for 6 weeks and % ILS was calculated. The hematological parameters and biochemical assays were also measured. Results: Extracts of GG showed a significant reduction in % increase in tumor induced body weight of the mice. The % increase in life span was also significant in the higher dose of GG (500 mg/kg). The combination of GG with standard drug cisplatin had better efficacy in terms of % ILS, hematological and biochemical parameters. The results obtained were statistically significant. Conclusions: The antitumor activity studies measuring the viability of cancer cells when exposed to the ethanolic extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra showed a potent cell-killing effect, indicating the presence of anti-cancer principles in the preparation

Resource allocation in the cloud for video-on-demand applications using multiple cloud service providers

Abstract Video-on-demand (VoD) applications have become extensively used nowadays. YouTube is one of the most extensively used VoD application. These applications are used for various purposes like entertainment, education, media, etc., of all age groups. Earlier, these applications were supported by private data centers and application servers. Sufficient infrastructure had to be bought and maintained, to support the demand even during unexpected peak times. This approach caused huge loss of resources when the demand is normal as a large portion of the resources remained idle. To overcome this, VoD application providers moved to the cloud, to host their video content’s. This approach reduced the wastage of resources and the maintenance cost of the VoD application provider. The problem is to determine the number of resources to handle the demand while maintaining QoS for every instance. We have designed two algorithms in this paper, namely the multiple cloud resource allocation (MCRA) algorithm and the hybrid MCRA algorithm. Most of the cloud service providers (CSPs) basically provide two types of resource allocation schemes: (i) the reservation scheme and (ii) the on-demand scheme. The reservation scheme provides time-based tariff prices, where the discount is provided for the resources depending on their quantity and reservation time. This scheme is used in the MCRA algorithm to reduce the cost of the VoD application provider. In Hybrid MCRA algorithm both the reservation scheme and on-demand scheme are implemented, to overcome the drawbacks of the MCRA algorithm which are under-subscription and over-subscription. We have analyzed both the algorithms in terms of cost and allocation of resources. These algorithms can help allocate resources in of cloud for VoD applications in a cost-effective way and at the same time not compromise on the QoS of the video content
