    We always hear and see much news about protests, demonstrations, riots, and rebellions everywhere around the globe. These protests and riots all have many motives and causes, and in most of these things we always see an initiating reason that provokes anger within the people and forces them into joining these riots, rebellions, and protests. The most important matter is how governments must deal with these issues. What we are considering here is the laws and rules which are applicable to deal with these affairs correctly, and to what extent and under what conditions has “the Human Rights” allowed the governments to deal with such conditions?Siempre escuchamos y vemos muchas noticias sobre protestas, manifestaciones, disturbios y rebeliones en todo el mundo. Todas estas protestas y disturbios tienen muchos motivos y causas, y en la mayorĂ­a de estas cosas siempre vemos una razĂłn inicial que provoca enojo en la gente y los obliga a unirse a estos disturbios, rebeliones y protestas.     A study on the role of skill training in entrepreneurship of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs of vocational rraining centers in Ardebil, Iran

    This study was conducted to investigate the role of skill training in entrepreneurship of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs through a descriptive correlational method. Population included all trainers from vocational training centers in Ardebil province, Iran. To determine the sample content Cochran formula was used, and 400 individuals were selected via classified random sampling method. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed. Reliability of the questionnaire was found to be 89% by Cronbach’s alpha. Data were analyzed SPSS and through Mann-Whitney test. Findings showed that the role of skill training was not significantly different in entrepreneurship of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs. But the role of skill training of graduate entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs was found to be different

    Abstract In the present work, the effect of Ca(NO 3 ) 2 .4H 2 O and (NH 4 ) 2 HPO 4 primary solutions as the beginning materials in synthesis of a calcium phosphate phase, was examined. So, we investigated the wet chemical reactions in solution at different temperatures by a hydrothermal condition aimed at hydroxyapatite (Ca 10 (PO 4 ) 6 (OH) 2 ); (HAp) synthesis. The powders were investigated by XRD, SEM, FE-TEM, HRTEM, EDAX, SAED and FT-IR. It was found that HAp has a length of approximately several micrometres and a diameter of 20-30 nm with different morphologies. As a matter of fact, the method of hydrothermal method guarantees the production of HAs for different applications especially clinical applications
