    KEY TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MARKETPLACES AS A TRIGGER FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF GLOBAL BUSINESS

    This research analyses marketplaces in Europe and some other developed countries in order to determine their impact on global trade and business. The paper aimed to answer an important question - how e-commerce could transform modern business taking into account digital changes, a boom of cryptocurrency erasing trade borders and globalization. Sufficient evidence of this transformation is illustrated. A subsidiary objective of this research involves the building of a logical model describing correlation between marketplaces as integral part of e-commerce and global business development. Statistical data were based on variable indicators describing four categories of trading platforms, particularly online stores, price aggregators, marketplaces and classifiers. In addition, global indexes and macro-economic criteria were used in analysis. The methodology of statistical and regression methods was employed for economic-mathematical modelling. This allowed revealing the most important indicators affecting e-commerce and to create reasonable predictions for global business and trade.     DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FOR A CLIMATE NEUTRAL ECONOMY: INTERNATIONAL FRAMEWORK OF ECO-DIGITAL PROJECTS

    The research reveals practical side of a twin green and digital transition in terms of a global path to climate neutral economy. Digitalization is considered as a driving force behind the transition towards a low-carbon economy. The article focuses on wide international experience of IT implementation for industrial decarbonization. Analytical database of the research covers more than 200 different eco-digital projects in various areas of climate regulations given by international organizations. This allows to outline international framework of eco-digital projects based on geolocation, regional features, IT decisions, level of technological support and climate influence. International differentiation of climate-digital projects was established by region. Comprehensive analysis of these data is provided to identify the gap in digital capabilities and climate targets. The rating of IT applied in climate-digital projects was built. As a result, the research proposes key project ways of the twin green and digital transition that are the most attractive for achieving climate neutrality on a global scale.  

    DIGITAL HUMANIZATION OF EDUCATION IN THE LIGHT OF GEOPOLITICAL CHALLENGES

    The article examines systemic conditions and important determinants of the humanization of higher education in the light of crucial geopolitical challenges. Complex analysis of the international background of educational humanization is provided on the basis of world rankings given by international network of universities for European countries. The research discloses the most highlighting tendencies towards modern knowledge and education system in the conditions of innovation progress, digital transformation and sustainable development. The analysis reveals logical coherence between humanization, national education, and economic growth. The role of humanization of education is also considered, taking into account the requests of the world labor market, that shapes the most demanded personal criteria in different occupation areas. The concept of human-centrism of the educational system and its components are presented towards economic, geopolitical, digital and environmental discourse. It is concluded that higher education in EU and Ukraine quickly responds to crisis situations and becomes a necessary foundation for comprehensively overcoming the relevant challenges. The research represents authors’ vision on the issue of digital humanization of education and reveals its empiric model

    INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY: CASE FOR TERTIARY EDUCATION IN TERMS OF SMART ECONOMICS

    This research analyses information and communication technology as an effective tool and infrastructural basis for tertiary education development. The paper aimed to determine common roadmap of ICT implementation into national educational system taking into account variable factors of smart economics, global digitalisation and conditions of the international environment. Sufficient evidence of European countries’ willingness to ICT transformation is illustrated. A subsidiary objective of this research involves the building of a logical model outlining correlation between tertiary education and level of ICT access by the example of some European member states and Ukraine. Statistical data were based on variable indicators describing ICT infrastructure, education effectiveness and economics. The methodology of statistical methods and GAP-analysis was applied. This allowed revealing complex recommendations for the transformation of education into a smart education. The research highlights key considerations and important trends in the development of European education under the digitalisation

    Academic Mobility as a Key Factor for the Future Development of Education

    The article examines academic mobility as a driving factor for the improving of educational system in the nearest future. It was shown that higher educational institutions in Ukraine seek to improve their brand and reach the European level of educational development. Academic mobility was considered as strategicaly important component for this purpose. Key linkages and conclusions were given by the example of journalism and communication sciences. The level of students' awareness of academic mobility was completely investigated and based on an online survey of 634 respondents. The authors carried out website monitoring of Ukrainian universities in order to identify topical problems of academic mobility implementation and promotion. Analytical database covered materials for 2019, 2020 and 2021. The advantages and disadvantages of academic mobility were considered in the context of global integration of the modern Ukrainian educational system.У статті досліджується академічна мобільність як рушійний фактор удосконалення освітньої системи в найближче майбутнє. Показано, що вищі навчальні заклади України прагнуть покращувати свій бренд та вийти на європейський рівень розвитку освіти. Академічна мобільність розглядалася як стратегічна важливий компонент для цієї мети. Ключові зв’язки та висновки зроблені на прикладі журналістики та комунікаційні науки. Рівень обізнаності студентів щодо академічної мобільності був повним досліджено та базується на онлайн-опитуванні 634 респондентів. Автори провели моніторинг сайту ВНЗ України з метою визначення актуальних проблем реалізації академічної мобільності та просування по службі. Аналітична база охоплює матеріали за 2019, 2020 та 2021 роки. Переваги та недоліки академічної мобільності розглядалися в контексті глобальної інтеграції сучасної української освіти система.В статье рассматривается академическая мобильность как движущий фактор совершенствования системы образования в ближайшее будущее. Показано, что высшие учебные заведения Украины стремятся улучшить свой бренд и выйти на европейский уровень развития образования. Академическая мобильность рассматривалась как стратегически важный компонент для этой цели. Основные связи и выводы даны на примере журналистики. и коммуникативные науки. Уровень информированности студентов об академической мобильности был полностью исследованы и основаны на онлайн-опросе 634 респондентов. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) flows are fundamental to support the economic recovery. Developed economies and developing economies in particular must make a great effort to restore and increase capital inflows, especially in form of foreign direct investment. FDI inflows have long been the largest source of finance investment. FDI is an opportunity to support the crucial economic recovery. An internationalization model of FDI is built in order to be a driver to governments and firms to implement a success strategy to attract FDI to the country
