This research aims to know the relation between Prima Tani media communications and accessibility of farmerinstitution with farmer perception about technology introduction of Rural Agribusiness Industrial. In this research tofind characteristic personal, Prima Tani of media communications and accessibility of farmer institution influencingfarmer perception about technology introduction of Rural Agribusiness Industrial in province of West Java and SouthSulawesi. Result of research indicates: nonformal education has correlation with perception of cooperator farmer inWest Java. Ages, formal and nonformal education has negative correlation with perception of noncooperator farmerin West Java at economic and social aspect. In South Sulawesi, formal education and experience of farm hascorrelation with perception of cooperator farmer at economic aspect, average income and land use field hascorrelation with social aspect. Average income and land use status has negative correlation with noncooperatorfarmer perception in social aspect and land use status at social aspect, land use status has correlation withnoncooperator farmer perception at economic aspect. In West Java, spread out technology and clinic agribusinesshas correlation with perception of cooperator farmer with biophysic and economic aspect. Tugas Dan Fungsi Wakil Presiden Di Indonesia

Secara konstitusional, peran dan kedudukan Wakil Presiden dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Republik Indonesia, baik sebelum maupun sesudah amandemen UUD 1945, belum mendapatkan kejelasan. Setidaknya ada tiga hal yang menyebabkan tidak jelasnya peran dan kedudukan Wakil Presiden, yakni kedudukan Wakil Presiden adalah sebagai Pembantu Presiden, Wakil Presiden tidak bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden, dan dalam tradisi dan praktik ketatanegaraan belum pernah ada Wakil Presiden yang menyampaikan pertanggung jawaban kepada MPR atau kepada rakyat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif atau penelitian hukum kepustakaan, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder belaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tentang bagaimana fungsi dan wewenang wakil presiden berdasarkan Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945 serta bagaimana kedudukan wakil presiden dalam sistem pemerintahan Republik Indonesia. Pertama, tugas, dan wewenang Wapres sangat tergantung pada keinginan Presiden dan kinerja Wapres tergantung pada kemampuan dan kemauan pribadi yang bersangkutan, bukan karena aturan yang baku dan jelas. Menurut Pasal 8 ayat (2) UUD 1945 hanya dinyatakan bahwa Jika presiden mangkat, berhenti, diberhentikan, atau tidak dapat melakukan kewajibannya dalam masa jabatannya, ia digantikan oleh wakil presiden sampai habis masa jabatannya. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu penyebab bahwa pertanggungjawaban wakil presiden menjadi kurang jelas. Kedua, sistem presidensial tidak mengenal adanya lembaga pemegang supremasi tertinggi. Kedaulatan negara dipisahkan menjadi tiga cabang kekuasaan, yakni legislatif, eksekutif, dan yudikatif, Sebelum terjadinya Perubahan terhadap UUD 1945, Presiden dan/atau Wakil Presiden dapat diberhentikan dengan alasan-alasan yang bersifat politik, bukan yuridis. Hal ini tidak lazim diterapkan di negara dengan sistem pemerintahan presidensial. Oleh karena itu, Perubahan Ketiga UUD 1945 memuat ketentuan pemberhentian Presiden dan/atau Wakil Presiden dalam masa jabatannya yang semata-mata didasarkan pada alasan-alasan yang bersifat yuridis dan hanya mengacu pada ketentuan normatif-limitatif yang disebutkan di dalam konstitusi

Influence of Systematic Risk and Persistence to Earnings Response Coefficient with Corporate Social Responsibility as Moderating Variable: The Case on Oil Plantation Company in Indonesia and Malaysia

This research aims to analyze the impact on Systematic Risk, Persistence on Earnings Response Coefficient with Corporate Social Responsibility as moderating variables of all the Oil Plantation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and Malaysian Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2016. There are many oil plantation companies that had breached business ethics and environmental harassment. This research is conducted on plantation companies because the they have certain characteristics, both in terms of magnitude of the required investment and the risks and responsibilities to the environment and community. The population of this research is 14 companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and 35 companies listed on Malaysia Stock Exchange during 2012–2016. This research uses absolute residual to analyze moderating variables. Analisis Pengungkapan Informasi Corporate Social Responsibility Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Return Saham

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan informasi CSR dan pengaruhnya terhadap return saham. Sampel sebanyak 176 Perusahaan yang mempublikasikan laporan tahunan tahun 2009 pada website BEI, yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa ukuran Perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris, dan profil Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan informasi CSR pada laporan tahunan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan informasi CSR berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Sistem Informasi Pencatatan Material Untuk Pengadaan Barang Masuk Dan Keluar

Manajemen material pada proyek konstruksi sipil yang kurang baik seringkali mengakibatkan keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek. Dapat ditemukan beberapa masalah di lapangan seperti pembuatan dokumentasi data pembelian & penggunaan material konstruksi dan laporan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sulitnya di lapangan untuk mengecek ketersediaan material konstruksi dan dibutuhkannya proses autorisasi untuk mengeluarkan material konstruksi dari gudang. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah di atas, dibutuhkan bantuan dari bidang ilmu lain, dalam hal ini Sistem Informasi untuk membantu memanajemen material pada sebuah proyek konstruksi. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi dapat ditemukan masalah pada sistem di lapangan yang dinilai dapat dirubah, kemudian dibuat sebuah sistem baru untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Knowledge Management, the Role of Strategic Partners, Good Corporate Governance and Their Impact on Organizational Performance

Abstract. This study aims to examine the role of knowledge management, the role ofstrategic partners, and good corporate governance and their impact on the performanceof hospital organizations. Knowledge management consists of knowledge managementenablers (strategy and leadership, organizational culture, information technology, andorganizational information systems), and knowledge management processes(socialization, externalization, combination and internalization). An approach that refersto agency theory and knowledge-based theory is used to explain the performance ofhospital organizations. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to thelevel of managers and directors at the hospital. The data analysis technique used is astructural equation modelling (SEM) approach. Developing an Android-based Screen Lock Application for Arabic Vocabulary Enrichment of the Tenth Graders at the Madrasah Aliyah

This research aims at developing an Android-based screen lock application for Arabic vocabulary enrichment of the Tenth Grade Students at the Madrasah Aliyah. The research design used is the research and development model proposed by Borg & Gall, with some modification, according to the research needs. The Data are gathered through scoring sheets and then analyzed using descriptive and percentage techniques. The end result of the research is an Android-based screen lock application that consists of seventy sets of Arabic vocabulary, containing three hundred Arabic words. These vocabulary items are presented randomly on the handphone’s screen as a set of questions whose correct answers will allow students to have access to their phones. The results of the research demonstrate that according to the expert and field test the application is valid, with each of the content and appearance experts scored 82%, and both teacher and students at the school scored 95% and 81%, respectively.     Keywords: Android, screen lock, application, Arabic vocabulary, tenth grade, Madrasah Aliya
