ORGANIZATION OF STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AS A FACTOR IN INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
The article discusses the issues of corporate interaction organization between stakeholders, which solution directly affects on the quality of corporate governance. Considering the problems of the organization of interaction with stakeholders, the experience of Russian companies to identify the stakeholders and their ranking, as well as the methods of interaction organization with them, the authors conclude that the most important issue related to the assessment of the cooperation effectiveness nowadays has no methodological support

Phenological shifts of abiotic events, producers and consumers across a continent
Ongoing climate change can shift organism phenology in ways that vary depending on species, habitats and climate factors studied. To probe for large-scale patterns in associated phenological change, we use 70,709 observations from six decades of systematic monitoring across the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Among 110 phenological events related to plants, birds, insects, amphibians and fungi, we find a mosaic of change, defying simple predictions of earlier springs, later autumns and stronger changes at higher latitudes and elevations. Site mean temperature emerged as a strong predictor of local phenology, but the magnitude and direction of change varied with trophic level and the relative timing of an event. Beyond temperature-associated variation, we uncover high variation among both sites and years, with some sites being characterized by disproportionately long seasons and others by short ones. Our findings emphasize concerns regarding ecosystem integrity and highlight the difficulty of predicting climate change outcomes. The authors use systematic monitoring across the former USSR to investigate phenological changes across taxa. The long-term mean temperature of a site emerged as a strong predictor of phenological change, with further imprints of trophic level, event timing, site, year and biotic interactions.Peer reviewe
Chronicles of nature calendar, a long-term and large-scale multitaxon database on phenology
We present an extensive, large-scale, long-term and multitaxon database on phenological and climatic variation, involving 506,186 observation dates acquired in 471 localities in Russian Federation, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan. The data cover the period 1890-2018, with 96% of the data being from 1960 onwards. The database is rich in plants, birds and climatic events, but also includes insects, amphibians, reptiles and fungi. The database includes multiple events per species, such as the onset days of leaf unfolding and leaf fall for plants, and the days for first spring and last autumn occurrences for birds. The data were acquired using standardized methods by permanent staff of national parks and nature reserves (87% of the data) and members of a phenological observation network (13% of the data). The database is valuable for exploring how species respond in their phenology to climate change. Large-scale analyses of spatial variation in phenological response can help to better predict the consequences of species and community responses to climate change.Peer reviewe
Higher education services market: new trends in sustainable development
The transfer of higher education to a distance format as a new trend has increased the relevance of research on the problems of assessing the quality of higher education services and its sustainable development in the post-pandemic period. The article proposes a methodological approach that includes the authors’ modified Higher Education PERFormance (HEdPERF) model and importance–performance analysis. Testing of the methodology for the Russian university showed its advantages that is a comprehensive assessment of the higher education service quality. The transition to a mixed model of higher education caused the need to improve the methodology. The authors proposed to include in the questionnaire the characteristics of the quality of distance learning: correspondence of goals and content of online technology, the level of online interaction of students, conformity assessment procedures and the stated competence, clarity of assessment criteria students the opportunity to track the progress in the development of the online course, quality learning materials, quality of technical support the online technology, ease of use etc
The global drone market: main development trends
Research background: Many countries of the world announced increasing the use of drones for civil and military purposes. An important feature of the drone market is that it is an “ecosystem”“, which includes software developers, integrators, component manufacturers, etc. By 2025, the capacity of the global unmanned aerial vehicle market will grow by 3 times.
Purpose of the article: The aim of the study is to identify current trends in the development of the global market of unmanned aerial vehicles for commercial use.
Methods: A significant part of the necessary statistical data is closed for public access, due to the fact that most of the UAVs produced are part of the military-industrial complex or “dual-use” goods. Only 23.6% of all UAVs produced can be classified as civilian or commercial products. Market development trends using economic statistic methods were determined based on the data of the reports “The Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in International Trade and their Regulation”, Drone Industry Insights, the analytical agency Mordor Intelligence, “Global Drone Regulations Database”.
Findings & Value added: The USA, China and France are the leaders in the production of commercial and consumer drones. The rating of drone manufacturers is led by: DJI (China), SenseFly / Parrot SA (France), Yuneec (China), 3D Robotics (USA). The largest purchases are made by the USA, China, Russia, Great Britain, Australia, France, Saudi Arabia, India and South Korea. Significant growth in the use of drones is expected in medicine, logistics and delivery
RECURRENT STENOSING LARYNGOTRACHEITIS AMONG CHILDREN: CLINICAL AND IMMUNOLOGIC PECULIARITIES, THERAPY OPPORTUNITIES
Rehabilitation of the children with the recurrent stenosing laryngotracheitis (SLT) is still an urgent issue due to the pathogenesis heterogeneity of the recurrent croup cases, its clinical manifestations, effects of the applied therapy and uncertainty of the disease outcome. The article shows the peculiarities of the anamnesis and clinical symptoms of the recurrent SLT, vegetative reactivity and immune response within this category of patients. The authors stress the efficiency of the local antibacterial medication — fusafungine (bioparox) in treatment of the given disease.Key words: children, recurrent stenosing laryngotracheitis, vegetative reactivity, immunity, fusafungine.</strong

SIGNIFICANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS AND ADAPTIVE CAPABILITIES OF CHILDREN WITH RECURRENT EPISODES OF OBSTRUCTIVE BRONCHITIS
The objective of the study was to evaluate the level of significance of environmental factors (ecological and social), their interconnection with different somatic types and adaptive capabilities, as well as with peculiarities of preschoolers immunity with recurrent episodes of obstructive bronchitis (ob) to work out adequate therapy schemes for periods of exacerbation and rehabilitation. It is proven that children with recurrent ob are characterized by mesomacrosome somatotype, prevalence of vagotonia, sympathicotonia with hyper sympathicotonic type of vegetative reactivity and significant disorder of mucociliary clearance persisting after clinical recovery. The efficiency of ambroxol mugoregulator in complex therapy of ob and expedience of its long term (14–18) administration for recovery of disturbed system of mucociliary transport, were confirmed.Key words: obstructive bronchitis, children, somatotype, vegetative reactivity, immunity, ambroxol
