Relationship of personal and professional identity in high school students

Background. Connected with the changes that have taken place in the labour market in the last decades, psychologists are faced with the scientific and practical task of improving vocational guidance work with high school students using new programs to develop their personal and professional identity. Objective. Based on the epigenetic theory of development the objective is to generalize and systematize the theoretical and empirical studies of personal and professional identity in adolescents aged 15–16, establish new empirical facts, verify the results already obtained and develop practical recommendations for improving vocational guidance counseling for high school students. Design. Some features of the relationship between personal and professional identity of high school students aged 15–16 were studied. First of all, the relationship of personal identity with age was studied. In the course of the research, such methods as studying personal identity of D. Marcia modified by V.R. Orestova and O.A. Karabanova and methods of professional identity of A.A. Azbel and A.G. Gretsov were used. The methods were disseminated among 158 respondents, and the questionnaires filled by 132 respondents turned out to be suitable for processing. Research Results. Several hypotheses were put forward: 1. The level of personal identity development is significantly associated with the age of high school students. 16-year-old 10th-graders outnumber 15-year-old 9th-graders. Between the age groups, significant differences were identified (p = 0.048), so the hypothesis is confirmed. 2. The majority of 15-year-old 9th-graders (63.3%) and 16-year-old 10th-graders (62.2%) who go to Moscow schools have a status of a moratorium. The hypothesis is confirmed. 3. For the age of 15-16 years, the dynamics of professional identity is absent. The hypothesis is confirmed. The differences between adolescents of 15 and 16 years in this parameter are not statistically significant (p = 0.993). 4. The level of personal and professional identity development is higher in females than in males. The hypothesis was not confirmed as the differences between females and males are not significant (p = 0.122), (p = 0.928). Conclusion. As a result of generalization of theoretical and empirical data, an author’s approach to improving vocational guidance work with high school students is proposed

Dynamics of the quality of life of patients with urolithiasis after treatment

The article presents the results of the questionnaire, 156 patients with urolithiasis, with application forms - a questionnaire developed by the Department of Urology of the Urals State Medical Academy. The purpose of this study sought to compare the quality of life of patients undergoing shock wave lithotripsy remote and rehabilitated in a spa treatment with a control group underwent standard rehabilitation on an outpatient basis. As a result of questioning it was found that the quality of life of the main group, held spa treatment, higher than in the comparison group by reducing the severity of pain, as well as reducing the period of disability.В статье представлены результаты анкетирования 156 больных мочекаменной болезнью, с применением анкеты - опросника, разработанного кафедрой урологии Уральской Государственной медицинской академии. Целью данного исследования является оценка качества жизни пациентов, перенесших дистанционную ударно-волновую литотрипсию в СОКБ № 1, проходивших реабилитацию в условиях санатория «Обуховский» по сравнению с контрольной группой пациентов, проходивших реабилитацию в амбулаторных условиях. В результате проведенного анкетирования было установлено, что качество жизни основной группы больных, получавших санаторно-курортное лечение, выше, чем в контрольной группе за счет снижения выраженности болевых ощущений и положительной динамики в анализах мочи и крови, уродинамических показателей, а так же сокращения периода нетрудоспособности

Оценка влияния запрета турецкого импорта на рост производства одежды в Армении

Armenia imposed a temporary ban on imports of Turkish apparel in 2021, and lifted it on January 1, 2022. The government gave manufacturers a chance to capture that market share. In this article, the role of domestic and foreign sales of various groups of firms in explaining real changes in industry output for various periods in the short run was estimated based on industry-level monthly data for June 2011-September 2021 and using the least squares estimation method. The study identified the priorities of various groups of manufacturers and revealed that industry domestic and foreign sales (mainly exports to Russia) are complements. It was determined that large firms engaged in cut-make-trim (CMT) manufacturing were not and would not be interested in capturing that market share, while large own-brand manufacturers are and will be interested in doing so; however, exports to Russia could be preferred to domestic sales. Micro and small-sized firms managed to capture the market segment of items included in Category 6114 of Harmonised System (HS) codes. However, the firms will meet tougher competition in the future than in 2020, with importers re-switching to Turkish suppliers and Russia emerging as a key player. Hence, the exports will drive the industry growth, regardless of a possible decline in domestic sales. The research results can be used by the Ministry of Economy of Armenia, and the Eurasian Economic Commission in creating various industry development strategies, and implementing import substitution strategies for member-states of the Eurasian Economic Union. Further research on firm-level upgrading strategies will be required to reinforce the obtained results.В 2021 г. Армения ввела временный запрет на импорт турецкой одежды, который отменила с 1 января 2022 г. Правительство предоставило армянским производителям возможность освоить эту часть рынка. На основе использования реальных статистических данных помесячной динамики в отрасли за период с июня 2011 г. по сентябрь 2021 г. произведена оценка объемов внутренних и зарубежных продаж различных групп фирм с целью определения изменений с использованием метода оценки наименьших квадратов. Выявлены приоритеты различных групп производителей и установлено, что внутренние и зарубежные продажи (в основном экспорт в Россию) в данной отрасли дополняют друг друга. Определено, что крупные фирмы, занимающиеся производством продукции по технологической цепочке «cut-make-trim» (CMT), не были и не будут заинтересованы в освоении этой доли рынка, в то время как крупные производители собственных торговых марок рассматривают такую возможность. Установлено, что экспорт продукции в Россию может быть более предпочтителен, чем продажи на внутреннем рынке. Малые и микропредприятия сумели освоить рыночный сегмент товаров, включенных в категорию 6114 кодов Товарной номенклатуры внешнеэкономической деятельности (ТН ВЭД). Однако в будущем фирмам придется столкнуться с более жесткой конкуренцией, чем в 2020 г., поскольку часть импортеров вернется к турецким поставщикам, а Россия станет ключевым игроком. Следовательно, экспорт будет стимулировать рост объемов производства, несмотря на возможное снижение продаж на внутреннем рынке. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы Министерством экономики Армении, Евразийской экономической комиссией при разработке различных стратегий развития отрасли и реализации стратегий импортозамещения для стран — участников Евразийского экономического союза. Для подтверждения полученных результатов в дальнейшем потребуется проведение исследований стратегий модернизации на уровне отдельных фирм

Several New Active Galactic Nuclei Among X-ray Sources Detected by INTEGRAL and SWIFT Observatories

We present the results of the optical identifications of a set of X-ray sources from the all-sky surveys of INTEGRAL and SWIFT observatories. Optical data were obtained with Russian-Turkish 1.5-m Telescope (RTT150). Nine X-ray sources were identified as active galactic nuclei (AGNs). Two of them are hosted by nearby, nearly exactly edge-on, spiral galaxies MCG -01-05-047 and NGC 973. One source, IGR J16562-3301, is most probably BL Lac object (blazar). Other AGNs are observed as stellar-like nuclei of spiral galaxies, with broad emission lines in their spectra. For the majority of our hard X-ray selected AGNs, their hard X-ray luminosities are well-correlated with the luminosities in [OIII],5007 optical emission line. However, the luminosities of some AGNs deviate from this correlation. The fraction of these objects can be as high as 20%. In particular, the flux in [OIII] line turns to be lower in two nearby edge-on spiral galaxies, which can be explained by the extinction in their galactic disks.Comment: 9 pages, 3 figures, accepted for publication in Astronomy Letters, the original text in Russian can be found at http://hea.iki.rssi.ru/~rodion/poptid.pd

Balneotherapy of patients with urolithiasis after remote shock wave lithotripsy in the second stage of medical rehabilitation

"Stone path" is a condition in which there is accumulation in the ureter of sand and small fragments of stone after a session of remote shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). The formation of an extended "stone path" (more than 1.5 cm) depends on the internal and transitional type of the pelvis structure, as well as on the density of the calculus. We have studied the possibility of using balneological treatment, including ingestion of mineral water for the purpose of controlled stimulation of diuresis in patients who underwent ESWL, who had a risk of forming a "stone path" in the postoperative period. The study involved 97 patients who underwent clinical rehabilitation in outpatient and sanatorium-resort conditions between 2015 and 2017.«Каменная дорожка» - это состояние, при котором наблюдается скопление в мочеточнике песка и мелких фрагментов камня после сеанса дистанционной ударно-волновой литотрипсии (ДУВЛ). Формирование протяженной «каменной дорожки» (более 1,5см) зависит от внутреннего и переходного типа строения лоханки, а также от плотности конкремента. Нами изучена возможность применения бальнеологического лечения, включающего прием внутрь минеральной воды с целью контролируемого стимулирования диуреза у пациентов, перенесших ДУВЛ, у которых наблюдался риск формирования «каменной дорожки» в послеоперационном периоде.
