A note on Hermite matrix based Narumi polynomials

    Get PDF
In this article, the 2-index 2-variable Hermite matrix based Narumi polynomials are introduced by means of generating function. Some important properties including operational representation and quasi-monomiality of these polynomials are established. For suitable values of indices and variables, the 2-index 2-variable Hermite matrix polynomials yield several special matrix polynomials. Consequently, the results for the corresponding new special polynomials related to Narumi polynomials are presented.Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)MathScinetScopu

    ON CLAUSEN SERIES 3F2[m,α,λ+3;β,λ;1]_{3}F_{2}[-m, \alpha, \lambda+3; \beta,\lambda;1] WITH APPLICATIONS

In this paper, a summation theorem for the Clausen series is derived. Further, a reduction formula is obtained for the Kamp\'{e} de F\'{e}riet double hypergeometric function. Some special cases are given as applications. A generalization of the reduction and linear transformation formulas is also given in the form of the general double series identity

In this paper, a general quadruple series identity is established. By using general quadruple series identity, a Laurent type hypergeometric generating relation is derived. Certain explicit expressions of some hybrid special functions related to the Tricomi functions introduced by Dattoli et al. and Khan et al. are established as applications. This work has been sponsored by Dr. D. Abstract The aim of the present study was to determine and compare the health status of thalassemia and healthy children, to measure the adiposity in the body and eating habits of children and to check the influence of diet on the body using 24 hour dietary recalls technique. The nutritional status of the children was determined by anthropometric measurements and compared by calculating body weight, height, body mass index (BMI) and by conducting 24 hours recall method. In this study, the cumulative comparison (both boys & girls) of body mass index (BMI) between thalassemia and healthy children was highly significant (P0.001) as well as individually by gender (boys and girls) was also highly significant (P0.001). It was concluded from the consumption pattern of different food products in thalassemia and healthy children the parents or their caretakers must take positive steps to improve the quality of life of thalassemia children. Also, parents or their caretakers of thalassemia children need guidance in selecting food, clothing and education for their future. Finally, the parents or caretakers must watch their child's growth and development critically
