    The library has a very important meaning to the intellectual life of the nation in accordance with paragraph 4 of the opening of the constitution of 1945. The presence of libraries in each educational unit in the formal education is a necessity to function as a source of information on teaching and learning activities. Whether or not a library, is closely related to how the circulation of services provided to users. Services circulation is one of the first library services directly related to library users.Library SMAN 4 of Ternate in the business, to support their parent institutions in achieving the goal of providing various kinds of services kapada educators and students including circulation services. Circulation services include a variety of activities, namely lending and pegembalian collection, determining fines, the maintenance of a library membership and billing collection is past time limit borrowing.From the research results obtained by the students of SMAN 4 Ternate only occasionally emnggunakan circulation services, and assume that the system has good circulation. 26.6% were satisfied with the service circulation, 33.3% feel quite complete library collection, 40% still having trouble finding the collections, and 46% said the service was very helpful in finding the circulation of library collections.Expected circulation services can better help the students to find a collection that is needed in the library so that the means of retrieval should be considered

    Leaching of Ibute-Nze kaolin iron-oxide impurity with oxalic acid process optimization of dissolution conditions using response surface methodology

    The goal of this research was to remove iron oxide from Ibute-Nze kaolin by dissolving the clay mineral in an aqueous oxalic acid solution and optimizing the process. The chemical composition of the raw and modified clay was determined using x-ray fluorescence, and the morphology of the solid sample was determined using a scanning electron microscope. The best conditions for the oxalic acid leaching of iron-oxides impurity from Ibute-Nze kaolin were determined using response surface methodology based on Box-Behnken design. The studies were carried out within the following process parameter ranges: 40–90 leaching temperature; 0.075-0.355mm particle size; 1–6 mol/dm3 acid concentration; 0.02–0.12 g/cm3 kaolin sample to acid ratio and 30-240 min contact time. The characterization revealed that Ibute-Nze clay is kaolinitic in nature and calcination at 750 opens more pores for its leaching. According to the analysis of variance, a second-order polynomial regression equation provided the best fitting for the experimental data. The predicted and experimental response values were shown to be correlated (R2 = 0.9276) in the experimental runs. The following were found to be the best conditions for the leaching process variables: 83.2051 leaching temperature, 0.0827mm particle size, 3.6179mol/dm3 acid concentration; 0.0287g/cm3 kaolin to acid ratio and 217.932min reaction time. The chemical leaching process was 92.6035 per cent under these conditions, which made the clay good for industrial applications

    Factors can affect student learning outcomes is internal factors and external factors. Learning strategy is one of the internal factors that can affect student learning outcomes. Because of this, the main objective of this research is to know the a significant relationship between the learning strategy with learning outcames of science grade V in elementary school gugus I of tampan district of pekanbaru city. The type and method used in the research is quantitative with correlationl method. This research is carried out In Elementary School Gugus I of Tampan District of Pekanbaru City 4 elementary school. The elementary school that is, the elementary school 136 pekanbaru, the elementary school 37 pekanbaru, the elementary school darul hikmah, and the elementary school teknologi, with total sample as many as 169 students, using the technique of simple random sampling. The data collecting technique used is the technique questionnaire and documentation. Research data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation test, coefficient determination test, significance test with significant level Ξ± = 0.05. the results of the analysis of data obtained tcount of 19,37 and ttable of 1,960. the results show that there is a significant relationship between the learning strategy with learning outcames of science grade V in elementary school gugus I of tampan district of pekanbaru city. Then rcount of = 0,832 which means it has a degree of relationship that is very strong and its contribution of 69,22%

    Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Assure Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas IV C Sdn 37 Pekanbaru

    The objectives of this research is to improve learning outcomes IPS academic year 2015/2016. Subjects in this research all fourth grade students of grade IV C SDN 37 Pekanbaru by the number of students as many as 32 students. This research is a classroom action research conducted by two cycles. The results showed after applying the learning model ASSURE in learning IPS learning outcomes increased. This can be evidenced by the value of the acquisition of the activities of teachers in the first cycle of the first meeting with an average of 75% of both categories increased in the first cycle of the second meeting as much as 5,54% to 79,16% with the good category and the second cycle of the first meeting with the price increases both categories increased 83,33% in the second cycle the second meeting as much as 5,26% to 91,66% with very good category. Activities of students in the first cycle of the first meeting with an average of 75% of both categories increased in the first cycle of the second meeting as much as 11,10% to 83,33% with the good category and the second cycle first meeting increased by an average of 87,5% category good and at the second meeting of the second cycle increased by 9,52% to 95,83% with very good category. The results of social studies has increased, before action is ASSURE learning model application data on the basis of the complete score of 6 (18,75%) with an average of 70,78. Which completed the first cycle increased 26 votes (81,25%) with an average of 79,5 and the second cycle increased the complete 29 people (90,62%) with average 87,13 this indicates that the application of ASSURE learning model can improve the results of IPS grade IV C SDN 37 Pekanbaru
