Factors Affecting Income of Ornamental Fish Seller in Mina Restu Market Purwanegara Village in North Purwokerto Subdistrict

This research takes the title Factors Affecting Income of Ornamental Fish Seller in the Mina RestuFish Market inPurwanegara Village in North Purwokerto Sub-District. Beginning with the difference of income obtained by the sellers and the existence of data showing the decrease in the number of visitors, therefore the purpose of this study is to determine factors have an influence on the income of sellers and to deterimine factors have a dominant influence on income. this study is the primary data taken from 37 respondents by using census method and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of regression shows that capital, working hours, business experience and the number of visitors has influence to the income of sellers, while other factor is education level does not have influence to the income of sellers. This study also shows that capital is the most influential factor on the income of the sellers compared to other factors. Based on the above results, to increase the income of ornamental fish sellers need additional capital and working hours. Needs of assistance from the government in providing training, coaching and counseling so that sellers are able to provide excellent service to visitors. The government is expected to help improve the existing facilities and infrastructure in the market in order to increase the number of visitors coming to the market

PENGARUH MODAL, JAM KERJA DAN LAMA USAHA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG DI PASAR IKAN HIAS MINA RESTU PURWOKERTO UTARA

Penelitian ini mengambil judul Pengaruh Modal, Jam Kerja, dan Pengalaman Bisnis terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang Ikan Hias di Pasar Ikan Mina Restu di Desa Purwanegara Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara. Dimulai dengan selisih pendapatan yang didapat oleh para penjual dan dan menciptakan persaingan yang ketat antar penjual dalam memperoleh penghasilan, oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan penjual dan untuk faktor deterimine memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap pendapatan. Penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diambil dari 37 responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa modal, jam kerja dan pengalaman bisnis memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan penjual. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa modal merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan para penjual dibandingkan dengan faktor-faktor lain. Untuk meningkatkan pendapatan para penjual ikan hias perlu tambahan modal dan jam kerja. Kebutuhan bantuan dari pemerintah dalam memberikan pelatihan, pembinaan dan konseling sehingga penjual dapat memberikan layanan yang sangat baik kepada pengunjung.
