This study aims to determine the problem of character education (Comparative Study of the Thinking of KH Hasyim Asy’ari and KH Ahmad Dahlan) it’s implementation in education in the global era. The problem faced is finding the moral attitude of a student who is not good, theoretically in terms of learning he is able to understand well, but in the process he is not able to carry out the theory well, like a child who is not educated in morals properly. This study uses the method used by the author is a qualitative descriptive approach and the type of research used is library research, namely collecting data or scientific writings that aim directly at the object of research or collection of library data. Data collection is done by collecting data from various journals and printed books which will then be analyzed again. Marriage is a sunnah of Allah SWT that is recommended to His servants. Of course, in marriage, each region has its own customs or habits, in Javanese traditional society, before marriage, they will carry out the weton tradition or determine the wedding day with the date of birth of the bride and groom. PERAN KUA KECAMATAN PURWOREJO KOTA PASURUAN DALAM MEMBENTUK KELUARGA SAKINAH

This article attempts to answer the question of how the strategy is carried out by the KUA of Purworejo District, Pasuruan City in forming a sakinah family and what factors support and hinder this strategy. To get the answer, the author conducted a qualitative research with the type of empirical juridical research (field research). The author gets the answer that the KUA of Purworejo District Pasuruan City in forming a sakinah family has three strategies, namely (1) Premarital Guidance; (2) Mediation; and (3) Routine Recitation. as for the three strategies each has supporting and inhibiting factors. The author recommends for the people of Purworejo District to be more active in participating in regular recitations so that they are close to Allah SWT so that their spiritual hearts can be calm and a sakinah family is formed.Key Words: The Role of KUA, Strategy, Sakinah Family

Marriage dispensation is a concession or waiver granted by the Religious Courts to prospective husbands and wives who do not meet the material requirements in marriage, namely they have not met the maximum age limit.The purpose of this study was to determine the basis of judges' considerations in determining marriage dispensation due to pregnancy outside of marriage at the Malang Regency Religious Court, Knowing the contents of the determination of the Malang Regency Religious Court Judge Council class in granting marriage dispensation applications due to pregnancy outside of marriage, What are the functions and duties of judges at the Court Religion. And the researchers took the research location at the Malang Regency Religious Court. In this research, the method used is descriptive method and qualitative approach. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Judge of the Religious Court of Malang Regency in determining the Marriage Dispensation is in accordance with existing regulations and has been guided by Law No. 48 of 2019 and uses the legal basis in accordance with Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage, fiqiyah rules and the Compilation of Islamic Law

As in Q.S Al-Baqarah verse 233, that the husband's obligation is to provide a living for his wife and family. Whereas in Q.S Al-Ahzab verse 33, that the main task of a Muslim wife is at home. However, there are several wives in the market of Malang who work to earn a living to meet the needs of their family, with the excuse that their husbands do not work. so that there is a discrepancy between the facts in the field and the arguments of the Qur'an and Hadith. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of case study research. Techniques Data collection is done through in-depth interviews (in-depth interview), and the method of observation. Sources of data in this study were carried out with primary data directly from informants, namely wives who worked at Pasar Besar Malang, while secondary data used supporting sources of data in this study such as articles, books, Al-Quran and hadith, etc. The results of This study concludes that the law of the wife working outside the home according to the Islamic view is permissible, in accordance with the arguments of the Qur'an and hadith. The wife works only to help the family's economy, not as a breadwinner for the family, because the husband's law provides a living for his wife and family is obligatory. And a working wife must follow the conditions determined by Islamic law, such as permission from her guardian or husband, maintain appearance, work according to the profession, and not forget the main duties of a wif

A witness is a person who has met the formal and material requirements and his testimony is given in court from what he has seen and experienced by himself, but what if the witness does not see it directly but only hears it from someone else ? in the witness's civil law it is called testimonium de auditu. As for the problems of the statement above is as follows : How about the strength of the witness testimonium de auditu in the divorce case at Religious court in Malang city ? and How is the consideration of judges about the witness testimony de auditu at Religious court in Malang city ?. To answer the questions above, the researcher uses a qualitative approach, The data is collected using documentation interview techniques with three judges as informants, and library research about testimonium de auditu. From the results of the research that has been done it can be concluded that according to the judge, the strength of the witness testimony de auditu at the Religious Court in malang city is not recognized as a tool of evidence, but rather in practice The judge has the authority to examine the witness, and it is not wrong for the judge to hear the witness' testimony, The not as direct evidence. But the testimony can beoconstrued asoa tool of proof of hypothesis with objective and rational judgment and it can serve as a basis fot proving something. STRATEGI KUA KECAMATAN BANGIL KABUPATEN PASURUAN DALAM PELAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELUARGA SAKINAH DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

One of the efforts made by the government to achieve the goal of a sakinah marriage is to carry out sakinah family guidance services for prospective brides. The purpose of this study was to describe the Service Strategy, the guidance process, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the guidance process for the Sakinah Family during the Covid-19 Pandemic for prospective brides who were married at the KUA, Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research with the type of field research. The results of this study are: 1) the guidance process is carried out offline and is not treated online, but in the implementation of guidance for the sakinah family during the Covid-19 pandemic, they must still comply with the prokes that have been implemented. 2) supporting factors include a separate room, the existence of a guide book for the Sakinah family in the form of a module, the instructor provides education about the problem and solves a problem to be faced, the supervisor can understand the characteristics of the bride and groom. 3) Inhibiting factors include inadequate guidance service facilities, insufficient room or place to meet guidance participants due to avoiding crowds, lack of implementation time and limited implementation of Sakinah family guidance during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Kata kunci: Strategi, KUA, Pelayanan Bimbingan Keluarga Sakinah, Covid-19.
