    Design and Implementation of Deep Learning Method for Disease Identification in Plant Leaf

    In the whole agriculture plays a very important in country’s economic condition specially in Indian agriculture has a crucial role for raising the Indian economic structure and its level. India’s frequent changing climatic situation, various bacterial disease is much normal that drastically decreases the productivity of crop productivity. Most of the researcher is moving towards into this topic to find the early detection technique to identify the disease in small green leaves plants. A single, micro bacterial infectious disease can destroy all the agricultural small green leaves plants get damaged overnight and hence must be prevented and cured as earliest as possible so that agriculture production. In this research work, we had tried to developed a green small green leaves plants bacterial disease early detection system based on the deep learning network system which will detect the disease at very earlier state of symptoms observed. Deep learning technique is has various algorithms to detect the earliest stage of any of the procedural processing of any bacterial infections or disease. This paper consists of investigations and analysis of latest deep learning techniques. Initially we will explore the deep learning architecture, its various source of data and different types of image processing method that can be used for processing the images captured of leaf for data processing. Different DL architectures with various data visualization’s tools has recently developed to determine symptoms and classifications of different type of plant-based disease. We had observed some issue that was un identified in previous research work during our literature survey and their technique to resolve that issue in order to handle the functional auto-detection system for identifying the certain plant disease in the field where massive growth of green small green leaves plants production is mostly done. Recently various enhancement has been done in techniques in CNN (convolution neural network) that generates much accurate images classification of any object. Our research work is based on deep learning network that will observe and identifies the symptoms generated in leaflet of plant and identifies the type of bacterial infection in progress in that with the help of plant classification stated in the plant dataset. Our research work represents the implementation DCGAN and Hybrid Net Model using Deep learning algorithm for early-stage identification of green plant leaves disease in various environmental condition. Our result obtained shows that it has DCGAN accuracy 96.90% when compared withHybrid Net model disease detection methodologies

    An avian influenza A(H11N1) virus from a wild aquatic bird revealing a unique Eurasian-American genetic reassortment

    Influenza surveillance in different wild bird populations is critical for understanding the persistence, transmission and evolution of these viruses. Avian influenza (AI) surveillance was undertaken in wild migratory and resident birds during the period 2007–2008, in view of the outbreaks of highly pathogenic AI (HPAI) H5N1 in poultry in India since 2006. In this study, we present the whole genome sequence data along with the genetic and virological characterization of an Influenza A(H11N1) virus isolated from wild aquatic bird for the first time from India. The virus was low pathogenicity and phylogenetic analysis revealed that it was distinct from reported H11N1 viruses. The hemagglutinin (HA) gene showed maximum similarity with A/semipalmatedsandpiper/Delaware/2109/2000 (H11N6) and A/shorebird/Delaware/236/2003(H11N9) while the neuraminidase (NA) gene showed maximum similarity with A/duck/Mongolia/540/2001(H1N1). The virus thus possessed an HA gene of the American lineage. The NA and other six genes were of the Eurasian lineage and showed closer relatedness to non-H11 viruses. Such a genetic reassortment is unique and interesting, though the pathways leading to its emergence and its future persistence in the avian reservoir is yet to be fully established

    COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF THERAPEUTIC POTENTIAL OF VACHADI AND HINGWADI GHTRITA IN PATIENTS OF DEPRESSION

     Objective: Present exploratory clinical study dealt with comparative assessment of therapeutic effect of medicated ghee formulations i.e. Vachadi [VG] and Hingwadi Ghrita [HG] in patients of mild to moderate depression.Methods: Open label nonrandomized standard controlled clinical trial was carried out. Using Hamilton scale test total twelve patients of mild to moderate depression were grouped in two groups[A and B]. Patients of group A and group B received HG and VG along with standard antidepressants respectively for sixty days. Pre, mid and post HAMD scores of both group patients were recorded and compared. Data was analyzed with Friedman and Mann Whitney statistical test.Results: Statistical analysis showed a significant gradual change in HAMD values for both study groups after sixty days of treatment [P< 0.05]. However, when pre and post HAMD scores of both groups are statistically analyzed, Hingwadi Ghrita demonstrated significant positive result in reduction of HAMD scores compared to Vachadi Ghrita [P=0.003]. Beneficial effects on patients appetite, bowel movement was seen for both group patients.Conclusion: Thus it is concluded that along with antidepressants Hingwadi Ghrita would be the better choice as an adjuvant drug than Vachadi Ghrita for mild to moderate depression patients. More studies with larger number should be done to validate this result

In this paper the main purpose is shown to make the recharging of mobile phones anywhere you want without charger this is done only when there is a use of microwave, the microwave signal transmitted from transmitter using a special kind of antennas called slotted wave guide antennas at a frequency is 2.45GHZ. We have to add a sensor, rectenna circuit in our mobile phone to do this job successfully. This is one of the best technologies and for this purpose we are proposing wireless charging of mobile using microwave

    The method or process of delivering a pharmaceutical ingredient to create a therapeutic effect in people or animals is referred to as drug delivery. Nasal and pulmonary routes of medication administration are becoming increasingly important in the treatment of human illnesses. These methods, especially for peptide and protein therapies, provide potential alternatives to parenteral drug administration. Several medication delivery methods have been developed for this purpose and are being tested for nasal and pulmonary delivery. Chitosan, Alginate, vanilline oxalate, zinc oxalate, cellulose, polymeric micelles, Gliadin, and phospholipid are examples of these. Multidrug resistance, a key issue in chemotherapy, can be reversed with these nanoparticles. Surgery, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation are all well-established treatments used in cancer treatment.     Context: Host modulation with omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (ω-3 PUFAs) has anti-inflammatory and pro-resolution actions through replacing and inhibiting metabolism of arachidonic acid (AA). Aim: This study was aimed at evaluating clinical parameters and salivary levels of interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) after scaling and root planing (SRP) in chronic periodontitis patients, with and without dietary supplementation of ω-3 PUFAs. Settings and Design: Forty otherwise healthy participants with severe chronic periodontitis were included. Full-mouth periodontal examination and scaling and root planing were done for test and control group (20 participants each). Materials and Methods: The control group received SRP alone while test group received daily dose of 700 mg ω-3 PUFA capsules for 3 months. All clinical parameters were checked at baseline, 1 month, and 3 months' duration, whereas levels of IL-1β were checked in saliva at baseline and 3 months after therapy. Statistical Analysis Used: T-test and repeated measure analysis of variance were used with Statistical Package for the Social Science Windows software. Results: Improvements in all clinical outcomes were similar in both groups over 3 months. Improvements in clinical parameters were not statistically significant on intergroup comparison, except for improvement in Bleeding Index and reduction in levels of IL-1β, which were statistically significant in test group as compared to control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Even though adjunct therapy with ω-3 PUFAs can modulate cytokine levels and show proresolution properties, its importance on clinical outcomes may be controversial. Thus, this may be used as an adjunctive management of chronic periodontitis

    Clinical profile of HIV infected patients attending a HIV referral clinic in Pune, India

    Background & objectives: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) has infected several million individuals in India. Various interventions have been implemented for early detection and prevention of transmission of HIV infection. This has progressively changed the clinical profile of HIV infected individuals and this study documents the clinical presentation of individuals positive for HIV in 2010, in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Methods: This cross-sectional study included subjects who had come to the HIV referral clinic for HIV testing from January to December 2010. c0 hildren as well as individuals with indeterminate HIV result were excluded from the study, and data for 1546 subjects were finally analysed. Results: The HIV positivity rate among all referred cases for the year 2010 was 35 per cent (male 55% and females 45%). The median age (Q1, Q3) was 31 (25.75, 39) yr. The median CD4 cell count for all HIV infected individuals (whose CD4 count was available n= 345) was 241 cells/µl and for asymptomatic HIV infected individuals was 319 cells/µl. There were 673 (43.5%) symptomatic and 873 (56.5%) asymptomatic participants. Fever, breathlessness, cough with expectoration, weight loss, loss of appetite, generalized weakness, pallor and lymphadenopathy (axillary and cervical) were found to be associated ( p0 < 0.001) with HIV positivity. On multivariate analysis, history of h0 erpes zoster [AOR 11.314 (6.111-20.949)] and TB [AOR 11.214 (6.111-20.949)] was associated with HIV positivity. Interpretation & conclusions: Signs and symptoms associated with HIV positivity observed in this study can be used by health care providers to detect HIV infection early. Moreover, similar to HIV testing in patients with tuberculosis, strategies can be developed for considering Herpes zoster as a predictor of HIV infection
