PENGARUH KREDIBILITAS MEREK TERHADAP NIAT BELI KONSUMEN DENGAN VARIABEL DECISION CONVENIENCE SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI PADA MASKAPAI PENERBANGAN AIRASIA DI BANDA ACEH

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kredibilitas merekterhadap niat beli konsumen dengan variabel decision convenience sebagaipemediasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 respondenyang merupakan konsumen maskapai penerbangan AirAsia Banda Aceh.Purposive Sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Metodeanalisis Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) di gunakan sebagai metodeanalisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas merek berpengaruh signifikanterhadap niat beli. Selain itu, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel decision conveniencememediasi secara parsial pengaruh kredibilitas merek terhadap niat beli. Semakintinggi kredibilitas merek yang dirasakan, semakin tinggi decision convenience,maka semakin kuat pula niat beli yang dimiliki konsumen. Behavioral model modification theory of planned behavior considering factors of religiosity and awareness of purchasing halal cosmetics: a case study in yogyakarta

The assurance of the certainty of halal products needs to be considered, given the large Muslim population. Currently, the use of cosmetics is part of the main needs, this is indicated by the increasing growth rate of cosmetic sales in Indonesia. The behavior of purchasing cosmetic products with guaranteed halal product certainty is interesting to note. We can discuss the magnitude of the influence between product needs, religious principles, concerns, intentions, and behavior of Muslim consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence consumer intentions and behavior in buying halal cosmetic products using a modification of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model by considering the factors of religiosity and awareness. The results showed that attitudes, subjective norms, perception control, and religiosity had a positive and significant influence, while the awareness factor was not significant on consumer intentions to buy halal cosmetic products. Tinjauan Pelaksanaan Evaluasi Pelaporan Program P2 Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) Puskesmas di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Tahun 2019

Pelaporan bulanan Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Puskesmas wajib di kirimkan ke Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu agar dapat di evaluasi untuk mengurangi angka kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah evaluasi pelaporan bulanan  Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) sudah dilakukan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Jenis penelitian ini  adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan menggambarkan dan menjelaskan tentang Pelaksanaan Evaluasi Pelaporan Program P2 Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) Puskesmas di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian mengenai pelaksanaan Evaluasi pelaporan P2 DBD yaitu, masih ada beberapa Puskesmas yang isi laporan P2 DBD masih belum lengkap, masih ada beberapa Puskesmas yang mengantar laporan lewat dari periode yang di tentukan, evaluasi pelaporan program P2 DBD di Puskesmas yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dalam bentuk pertemuan dalam kurun waktu triwulan di Dinas Kesehatan membahas seluruh program, namun evaluasi khusus pada program P2 DBD belum berjalan dengan efisien, dan kebijakan tertulis belum ada untuk Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu maupun Puskesmas. Kebijakan tersebut masih dalam rencana pembuatan.   Kesimpulan pelaksanaan evaluasi pelaporan program P2 DBD di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu sudah dilakukan, namun belum maksimal. Evaluasi yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Kesehatan adalah evaluasi seluruh program yang ada di Puskesmas, untuk evaluasi khusus pada pelaporan P2 DBD belum ada. Dikatakan belum maksimal karena evaluasi yang dilaksanakan belum konsisten, karena terkadang evaluasi dilakukan dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan, atau dalam kurun waktu empat bulan, dan belum ada kebijakan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan evaluasi tersebut. Maka disarankan untuk membuat kebijakan dan melaksanakan sosialisasi tentang melaksanakan evaluasi laporan bulanan DBD Puskesmas.The monthly reporting of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) at the Puskesmas must be sent to the Indragiri Hulu District Health Office so that it can be evaluated to reduce the number of cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The purpose of this study was to find out whether the evaluation of monthly reporting of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) was carried out at the Indragiri Hulu District Health Office. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, namely by describing and explaining the implementation of the Puskesmas Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever P2 (DBD) Evaluation Program at the Indragiri Hulu District Health Office in 2019.The results of the study on the implementation of the P2 DBD Evaluation report, namely, there are still a number of Puskesmas whose content of P2 DBD reports is still incomplete, there are still a number of Puskesmas that deliver reports past the specified period, evaluation of DHF P2 reporting programs in Puskesmas conducted by the District Health Office Indragiri Hulu in the form of meetings in the quarterly period at the Health Office discusses all programs, but special evaluations on the P2 DBD program have not run efficiently, and written policies have not been available for the Indragiri Hulu District Health Office or the Puskesmas. The policy is still under construction.The conclusion is the evaluation of the P2 DBD program reporting at the Indragiri Hulu District Health Office has been carried out, but it has not been maximized. Evaluation carried out by the Health Office is an evaluation of all programs in the Puskesmas, for special evaluation on the P2 DBD reporting not yet available. It is said to be not maximal because the evaluations carried out have not been consistent, because sometimes evaluations are carried out within three months, or within four months, and there is no policy to carry out the evaluation activities. So it is advisable to make a policy and carry out a socialization about evaluating the Puskesmas DHF monthly report
