Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Sarinira Hotchocolate Dengan Metode BCG (Boston Consulting Group), Swot Dan Benchmarking (Studi Kasus: CV. Sari Nira Nusantara)

CV. SARI NIRA NUSANTARA merupakan industri kecil dan menengah (UKM) yang memproduksi Sarinira Hotchocolate, merupakan serbuk minuman kemasan perpaduan antara gula aren kristal dengan dark chocolate premium, berkualitas dan anti diabetes. Sarinira Hotchocolate termasuk produk yang baru, karena belum dikenal masyarakat luas. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan berdaya saing dengan mengidentifikasi dari menilai factor-faktor internal perusahaan dan eksternal lingkungan yang mempengaruhi pada perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis strategi pemasaran yaitu Matrik BCG (Boston Consulting Group), analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Treath) dan Benchmarking. Matrik BCG untuk mengetahui tingkat pertumbuhan pasar dan pangsa pasar relatif. Analisis SWOT untuk menganalisis yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Benchmarking digunakan sebagai perbandingan antara Sarinira Hotchocolate dengan pesaing. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran yang baik agar produk dapat dikenal masyarakat dan dapat bersaing dengan produk sejenis lainnya. Hasil penelitian matrik BCG, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tingkat pertumbuhan pasar adalah 15 % dan hasil perhitungan pangsa pasar relatif adalah 0,31< 1 sehingga berada di posisi quetion mark (tanda tanya). Pada posisi ini perusahaan harus memutuskan apakah akan memperkuat divisi ini dengan menjalankan strategi intensif (pengembangan pasar atau pengembangan produk) atau menjualnya. Hasil penelitian Analisis SWOT dari penilaian IFAS adalah 3,3 dan EFAS adalah 3,2. Maka posisi diagram SWOT adalah Growth (perkembangan), yaitu menggunakan strategi SO (Strength Opportunies) berupa Meningkatkan keunggulan produk, Menjaga pelayanan yang sebaik mungkin terhadap konsumen, Memperluas jaringan pemasaran di wilayah Yogyakarta dan kota-kota lainnya, Mengikuti pameran, dan Memperbarui informasi pada website dan jejaring sosial sebagai media promosi dan pengakuan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian Brenchmarking, produk Sarinira Hotchocolate memiliki keunggulan pada cita rasa coklat yang pekat dan aman dikonsumsi penderita diabetes. Namun, perlu adanya perbaikan dalam kemasan agar dibuat semenarik mungkin sehingga menambah nilai jual pada konsumen. Harga jual yang ditawarkan cukup terjangkau tetapi jika dibandingkan dengan harga produk perusahaan sangat berbeda harganya jauh lebih murah. Pada pemasaran juga perlu adanya strategi dan penambahan distirbutor agar penjualan Sarinira Hotchocolate meningkat

Pengaruh Nilai Sand Equivalent Terhadap Karakteristik Marshall Dan Durabilitas Pada Campuran AC (Asphalt Concrete)

Likewise sand that has been on the suppliers, although it has been tested equivalent sand but sand that has been collected and placed in the room is open will be contaminated with dirt or dust, so that the sand equivalent value will also change. This study aimed to determine the influance of sand equivalent value against Marshall characteristics and durability at a mix of AC (Asphalt Concrete), as well as sand equivalent value can be tolerated within the framework of reviews specification Marshall characteristics and durability. The method used in this study is an experimental method that is carried out in the Laboratory of Civil Engineering University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta . Variations used bitumen content of 5% , 5.5 % , 6 % , 6.5 % , 7 % of the total weight of the aggregate to determine the optimum bitumen content . Having obtained the optimum bitumen content it created specimens with variations of sand equivalent value of 80% , 60 % , 40 % , 20 % and then soaked for 24 hours and 48 hours . Further testing specimen Marshall and durability . Based on the results showed that the variation of sand equivalent affect the Marshall characteristics and durability of AC the mixture. At the optimum bitumen content results obtained (5.73%), clay particles contained in the fine aggregates act more as a filler, clay particles contained in the fine aggregates act more as a filler, so that the value of stability actually increases with decreasing value of sand equivalent, flow tends to rise in line with the declining value of sand equivalent, VFWA tends to decrease with increasing sand equivalent value, VIM tends to decrease with decreasing sand equivalent value, MQ tends to decrease with decreasing sand equivalent value, the greater density along with the reduced sand equivalent value. Sand equivalent value that can be tolerated is 48.31% - 80% for a 24-hour immersion and 54.86% - 80% for immersion of 48 hours. Based on the density and VIM parameter values can be seen that the sludge contained in the mixture to act more as filler. All specimens with variations of sand equivalent value indicates the value of r (a decrease in the stability index) ≤ 1%, which means that the resulting durable pavement materials

Ahmad Yani Airport is an International Airport located in Semarang City, Central Java Province. During 2013-2017, the movement of passengers at Ahmad Yani Airport has increased to 3-4 million passengers per year, causing density in the passenger terminal and impacts on the quality of service provided to passengers. The purpose of this research project evaluate is to capacity and performance of services at airport terminals. This research project using survey and observation method. To evaluate service performance, service time calculation based on passenger arrival rate on check in counter and baggage claim area, then the data obtained is processed by using queuing theory and the result is compared with the standard in PM 178 Year 2015, while to know the quality of service according to the perception of passengers conducted the questionnaire distribution, from the questionnaire data is processed by using the method of Importance And Performance Analysis (IPA). For capacity evaluation, it is done by analyzing the terminal area including check in area, domestic departure waiting room, and baggage claim area based on passenger data obtained from the airport by using SNI 03-7046-2004, then forecasting passengers for 2022 using Arithmatic method straight line method. The results of the research analysis show that service time at check in counter is less than 2.5 minutes and service time on baggage claim area less than 20 minutes, while for service quality according to passenger perception there are 9 service attributes which require major priority improvement and the remaining 25 service attributes need improvement on the performance that has been done. For the width of calculation, 255 m² check in area, 1458 m² departure lounge area and baggage claim area 894,96 m², from forecasting calculation for the year 2022 obtained the number of passengers as much as 5,321,414 passengers with a check-in area of 1350 m², departure lounge area 7967 m² and baggage claim area 4889 m². Experiments in this study were conducted at the Hydraulics Laboratory of Civil Engineering Study Program Faculty of Engineering, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This research uses flume tool with size 30 cm × 60 cm × 1000 cm, slope base 0,0058 channel. Mercu dam using ogee type. Studi Eksperimen Gasifikasi Menggunakan Fluidized Bed Gasifier Berbahan Bakar Sekam Padi, Serbuk Gergaji Kayu Jati Dan Serbuk Gergaji Kayu Sengon Penghasil Syngas

Di Indonesia yang hampir sebagian besar wilayahnya merupakan sektor pertanian mempunyai potensi akan biomassa yang sangat melimpah salah satunya adalah sekam padi, serbuk gergaji kayu dari kayu seperti kayu jati dan sengon pemanfaatan bahan sisa produksi tersebut belum maksimal salah satu cara pemanfaatan yang bisa dilakukan dengan proses gasifikasi menggunakan fluidized bed gasifier sebagai sumber energi berkelanjutan bagi Indonesia. Pengujian ini dimulai dengan memasukkan 10 kg pasir silika ukuran 40 mesh dan bahan bakar biomassa 5 kg yang mengalami reaksi oksidasi parsial dengan udara, oksigen, atau campurannya. Reaksi heterogen antara gas dan padatan di dalam reaktor gasifier. Reaktor Fluidized bed tersusun oleh padatan terfluidisasi sehingga padatan bergerak seiring dengan gerakan fluida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui performance gasifikasi dengan metode fluidized bed gasifier. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan jenis bahan bakar berpengaruh terhadap temperatur reaktor, temperatur pembakaran, waktu lama pendidihan air, nyala efektif dan efisiensi thermal. Didapatkan Kalor sensible pada sekam padi sebesar 603,718 Kj. Bahan bakar serbuk gergaji kayu sengon campuran sekam padi 603,676 Kj dan bahan bakar serbuk gergaji kayu jati campuran sekam padi 603,670 Kj dan Kalor laten pada bahan bakar sekam padi sebesar 975,74 Kj, bahan bakar serbuk kayu sengon campuran sekam padi sebesar 627,61 Kj dan bahan bakar serbuk gergaji kayu jati campuran sekam padi sebesar 394,63 Kj. Sedangkan untuk temperatur tertinggi pada percobaan ini yaitu pada serbuk kayu sengon campuran sekam padi sebesar 337°C. Sedangkan bahan bakar sekam padi campuran serbuk gergaji kayu jati memiliki temperatur rata-rata tertinggi 306°C dan sekam padi mencapai rata-rata tertinggi 296°C. Bahan bakar sekam padi memiliki nyala efektif 90 menit, bahan bakar serbuk kayu jati campuran sekam padi 88 menit dan serbuk kayu sengon campuran sekam padi memiliki lama nyala efektif 68 menit
