PENGARUH PENGELUARAN PEMERINTAH TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI PROVINSI JAMBI

Positive economic growth indicates an increase in the economy of a country or region, whereas negative economic growth indicates a decline in the economy of a country or region. The indicator used to measure regional economic growth is the growth rate of Gross Regional Domestic Product at constant prices (real GDP). In increasing the economic growth of a region, not apart from the role of government in providing funds to finance regional economic development activities. Costs incurred for public service activities and development both economic and non-economic are often referred to as government expenditures. These government expenditures are allocated annually in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Excavation of potential sources of income to support local expenditure and regional independence needs to be intensified, especially those originating from local revenue sources optimally will be able to contribute significantly to the improvement of Jambi Province's Regional Income and Expenditure Budget. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial capacity of regions derived from local revenue in supporting the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, and to determine the rate of regional economic growth and analyze the influence of regional spending on economic growth in Jambi Province. This research was conducted in the scope of government of Jambi Province. The research method used qualitative descriptive method and linear regression analysis of econometric model of Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The results show that during the period from 2010 to 2016, the financial capacity of regions originating from local own revenues has not been fully reliable in sustaining the Jambi Provincial Revenue and Expenditure Budget, as its contribution is still relatively low at an average of 34.13 percent per year . The economic growth of Jambi Province during the same period grew by 6.28 percent per year. Government expenditures significantly and positively affect the Economic Growth of Jambi Province. The conclusion is that an increased regional government spending will lead to increased economic growth of the region concerned.Keywords: Regional Finance, Government Expenditure, Economic Growth

Analisis Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Belanja Daerah di Provinsi Jambi

Local Own Revenue (PAD) is an important source for the formation of regional finances to be allocated for regional expenditure. This study aims to analyze the potential sources of regional own-source revenues and their effects on capital expenditure in Jambi Province. This research was conducted in Jambi Province. The data used in the form of secondary data in the period 2010 – 2018. The research method uses descriptive and quantitative methods. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with t test. The results showed that the potential source of PAD came from local taxes, which provided the largest contribution in realizing PAD, while the smallest contribution was regional retribution. Empirically, the original regional income has a significant influence on regional expenditure, meaning that the higher the PAD income, the higher the regional expenditure for regional development activities and public services. 

PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DI PROVINSI JAMBI

Economic growth has always been one indicator of improving the welfare of the population of a region or country. Regional development as an integral part of national development is essentially an effort to increase the capacity of regional growth so as to run the government well.Local revenue is an important benchmark for determining the level of regon capacity in implementing real autonomy and responsibility. In the local government's efforts to increase revenue can not be separated from efforts to boost economic growth. Areas that positive economic growth can boost local revenue. This study aimed to analyze the influence of economic growth on local revenue in Jambi Province. Analyses were performed with a simple regression model. While the data used is the time series data for the period 2004 - 2013. The results of the analysis concludes that economic growth is significant and positive effect on local revenue in the province of Jambi.Keywords : Autonomy, Economic Growth, Local Revenu

ANALISIS KEPUASAN MAHASISWA TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN DI UNIVERSITAS BATANGHARI

Student satisfaction is the result (outcome) over its perceived merit, equal or exceed desired expectations. Services at the University of Batanghari ideally more polite, fast and accurate. This means that the service orientation at the University of Batanghari must be based on student needs.The study was conducted to determine the level of student satisfaction with quality of services at the University of Batanghari (UNBARI), look for the determinants of satisfaction and are the dominant factors of service quality and seek UNBARI indicators making up the dominant factor. Data obtained by randomly distributing questionnaires to students 100 students are active in the sample.Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and factor analysis to obtain a description of the factors that affect student satisfaction on the quality of services provided UNBARI. The results showed that there were 3 deminsi quality of service that is Reliability, Confidence, Emphaty, has been able to satisfy students. While deminsi Responsiveness and Tangibles, are still inadequate or unsatisfactory student because the score is categorized quite satisfied. Pengaruh Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah terhadap Belanja Modal di Kota Jambi

This study aims to analyze: (1) Effect of Regional Tax and Local Retribution on Capital Expenditure in Jambi City. (2), Effect of Regional Tax on Capital Expenditure in Jambi City. (3) Effect of Regional Retribution on Capital Expenditure in Jambi City.The object of research was conducted in Jambi City, with observation during the period 2003 - 2017. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, with data processing tool through SPSS 20 software. The result of the research shows that: (1) Regional Tax and Regional Retribution have significant effect to Capital Expenditure, it means that the increasing of Regional Tax and Regional Retribution will increase the allocation of capital expenditure. (2) Regional Tax has significant effect to capital expenditure, meaning that with increasing of local tax revenue, it will increase capital expenditure (3) Levy does not have significant effect to capital expenditure, it means that the increase of local retribution revenue has not been able to increase the allocation of capital expenditure

PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN INFLASI TERHADAP UPAH MINIMUM PROVINSI JAMBI

Wage is one of the leading indicators to assess needed for decent living from labor who works in a company. The importance of providing wages to labor in accordance with his handiwork as well as the magnitude of the needs is a thing that must be considered by a businessman. This research is based on the phenomenon, whereby the granting of wage is for workers rights/labour in return to work, on the other hand employers saw the wage is cost. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the variables of economic growth and inflation against the minimum wage province of Jambi. The Data used in this study is secondary data during the year 2000-2013 sourced from BPS, Disnakertransos, Bappeda of Jambi province. Model analysis used is the regression equation is linear of multiple, being to the testing of hypotheses used test f and test t. The results were obtained regression coefficient of 2,538 variable economic growth. This means that if there is an increase in the economic growth of 1%, the provincial minimum wage will result in an increase of 2,538%. The while variable inflation of – 0,202. This means that if there is an increase in the inflation of 1% will result in the value of the minimum wage declined by 0,202%. The value of f count 6,054 > f table 3,98, and a significant degree 0,017 < alpha 0,05%. It means the independent variable (economic growth and inflation) influential positive and significantly affect the minimum wage jambi. Based on partial test (t test), variable economic growth and a significant positive effect on the Jambi provincial minimum wage, inflation variable is not significant and is worth a negative coefficient. This fact, indicate inflation can reduce the value of the money received by workers. Because even though the nominal value of the provincial minimum wage will increase but the value of the goods the purchasing power of workers will decrease, consequently the needs of everyday working life are not met.Keywords: economic growth, inflation, the provincial minimum wag

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Insentif terhadap Motivasi Serta Dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Bungo

The performance of organization can be seen to the extent of work productivity has been produced. Generally, productivity is defined as the influence between real  and physical  results with actual input. This study  discusses the influence of leadership style and intensive on motivation and its impact on performance in the Bungo District Livestock and Fisheries Office. Data were obtained using questionnaire and literature review methods, with 54 respondents. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive and statistical methods through path analysis. This study resulted in a leadership style, incentives, motivation and performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office, both for the leadership style with a score of 1930, for incentives with a score of 1438, for motivation with a score of 804 and performance at a score of 2342 in the very high category. Leadership style towards the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office has a direct or indirect influence with a value of 20.35%. The incentives for the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have a direct or indirect influence with a value of 0.205%.  The  leadership  style  and incentives for the  motivation  of the Bungo Regency  Animal  Husbandry  and  Fisheries  Office  have  a  direct  or  indirect influence with a value of 2.86%. There is an influence of leadership style on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 1.43%. There is an incentive effect on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 2.65%. The leadership style and incentives for the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an influence of 2.471%. The influence of motivation  on  the  performance  of  the Bungo  District  Animal  Husbandry  and Fisheries Office is at 4.057%. Leadership styles and incentives through motivation on the performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an effect of 1.478%
