Objectives: Occlusion is a critical and very important component for the clinical success and longevity of dental implants. This review article focuses on the various aspects of implant protective occlusion. Our scientific literature regarding implant occlusion, particularly in implant-supported fixed dental prostheses remains controversial.Materials and methods: A search strategy was performed in MEDLINE/PubMed, Scopus and Google Scholar with keywords – ‘implants’ and ‘occlusion’, ‘implants’ and ‘fixed prosthesis, ‘implants’ and ‘fixed dental prostheses’, ‘implants’ and ‘partial edentulism’, ‘implants’ and ‘complications’, ‘implants’ and ‘failures’, ‘implants’ and ‘cantilever’, ‘implants’ and ‘occlusal load’.Results: 135 articles were retrieved. After hand search a total of 290 articles were identified. Ultimately, 30 articles were selected and summarized and discussed as they met the selection criteria. Conclusion: Most of the available clinical data are controversial. Implant-protected occlusion can be accomplished by decreasing the width of the occlusal table and improving the direction of force. By doing these things, we can minimize overload on bone-implant interfaces and implant prostheses, to maintain an implant load within the physiological limits of individualized occlusion, and ultimately provide long-term stability of implants and implant prostheses. Current clinical practices rely heavily on principles extracted from the natural dentition or removable dental prostheses on complete edentulous patients and on expert opinions

Current research had focused on the synthesis of the novel pyrazole ethanone linked compounds with improved biological activity. In this synthetic process 1st step was to synthesize the intermediate chalcone and 2nd step was the synthesis of final compound pyrazole derivative containing ethanone moiety. This procedure is the type of cyclization reaction using proton transfer mechanism.  By using this method 8 derivatives synthesized.  After synthesis these were subjected to identification tests by using various methods like melting point study, thin layer chromatography, solubility study and characterization by using UV, IR and NMR Spectroscopy. Keywords: Selective COX-2 inhibitor, anti-inflammatory, pyrazole ethanone linked compounds, pyrazole derivatives, inflammatio

    MGR HASH FUNCTION

GOST-R is a Russian Standard Cryptographic Hash function which was first introduced in 1994 by Russian Federal for information processing, information security and digital signature. In 2012, it was updated to GOST-R 34.11-2012 and replaced older one for all its applications from January 2013. GOST-R is based on modified Merkle-Damg\aa rd construction. Here, we present a modified version of GOST-R (MGR-hash). The modified design is based on wide pipe construction which is also a modified Merkle-Damg\aa rd construction. MGR is much more secure as well as three times faster than GOST-R. AES like block cipher has been used in designing the compression function of MGR because AES is one of the most efficient and secure block cipher and it has been evaluated for more than 12 years. We will also analyze the MGR hash function with respect to its security and efficiency

Potential of Synthetic and Natural Compounds as Novel Histone Deacetylase Inhibitors for the Treatment of Hematological Malignancies

Histone deacetylases (HDACs) and histone acetyltransferases (HATs) are enzymes that remove or add acetyl groups to lysine residues of histones, respectively. Histone deacetylation causes DNA to more snugly encircle histones and decreases gene expression, whereas acetylation has the opposite effect. Through these small alterations in chemical structure, HATs and HDACs regulate DNA expression. Recent research indicates histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACis) may be used to treat malignancies, including leukemia, B-cell lymphoma, virus-associated tumors, and multiple myeloma. These data suggest that HDACis may boost the production of immune-related molecules, resulting in the growth of CD8-positive T-cells and the recognition of nonreactive tumor cells by the immune system, thereby diminishing tumor immunity. The argument for employing epigenetic drugs in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients is supported by evidence that both epigenetic changes and mutations in the epigenetic machinery contribute to AML etiology. Although hypomethylating drugs have been licensed for use in AML, additional epigenetic inhibitors, such as HDACis, are now being tested in humans. Preclinical studies evaluating the efficacy of HDACis against AML have shown the ability of specific agents, such as anobinostat, vorinostat, and tricostatin A, to induce growth arrest, apoptosis, autophagy and cell death. However, these inhibitors do not seem to be successful as monotherapies, but instead achieve results when used in conjunction with other medications. In this article, we discuss the mounting evidence that HDACis promote extensive histone acetylation, as well as substantial increases in reactive oxygen species and DNA damage in hematological malignant cells. We also evaluate the potential of various natural product-based HDACis as therapeutic agents to combat hematological malignancies

Background: Polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD) is a complex heterogeneous disorder with involvement of endocrinopathies. Ayurveda does not correlate the condition to a single disease or syndrome but the symptoms bears a resemblance to involvement of Vata and Kapha Doshas. Ayurveda treats Poly Cystic Ovarian Disorder by correcting basic disturbances in metabolism, by restoring ovulation naturally by speeding up growth of follicles. The line of treatment for PCOS patient depends on the body constitution of patient, causative factors and symptoms shown. Case report: A 25-years female patient with her husband aged 28 years reported the OPD of Prasuti Tantra evam Streeroga, with the complaints of dysmenorrhoea, scanty menses, delayed menses, acidity, hairfall, and general weakness. Her ultrasonography reports revealed poly cystic like appearance of ovaries. Her menstrual cycle was 2 days/ 45 days, scanty, painful with few clots. Obstetric history was nil. Patient was given Kuberaksha vati, Kalaonji powder, Rasapachak kwatha, Granthiraja powder, and Navayas Churna for 4 months with followup taken every month. Result: After treatment, patients menstrual cycle was set gradually to normal i.e. 28 days. Her interval between menses was reduced. Significant relief was achieved in complaints of dysmenorrhoea and clots. Even her USG findings showed normal appearance of ovaries after treatment. Conclusion: This case supports the importance of personalised medication in management of poly cystic disorder. It also emphasizes the significance of Kuberaksha vati, Kalaonji powder, Rasapachak kwatha, Granthiraja powder, and Navayas Churna in reducing subjective ad objective signs and symptoms of Poly Cystic Ovarian Disorder. Further large scale clinic trial scan be helpful for drawing further conclusions

Sutika is very delicate stage of women life. She needs to be given special care during this stage. Acharya Sushruta and Vagbhat have said that after one and half months of regulated or restricted specific dietics and mode of life the women becomes free from epithet of Sutika roga developing due to use of direct air, dietics and mode of life likely to aggravates dosas, incompatible food and indigestion are very serious. Kashyapa has described puerperal disorders at 2 places once in dusprajata chikisaadhaya without giving exact number but numbering 35 and again 64 disorders in sutikoprakramaniya adhaya. Among the described disorders yoni sopha (inflammation) was one which noted in this case. In this case a primi patient had underwent full-term normal delivery with right mediolateral episiotomy without any obvious complications. Thenafter Yonisopha (inflammation) was noted noted in right side of episiotomy which could have been converted to Rakta Vidhradhi (Haemotoma) which has been explained by our classics Indu and Vhagbhat- “external and internal Rakta Vidhradhi can be seen in women after childbirth during sutikakala. A married women G1P0A0L0 came with POG 39 weeks 4 days since 7 pm 17/04/2021. We received her in NIA PTSR IPD at 1am on 18/04/2021. There was no history of leaking and bleeding p/v. Patient was admitted and further evaluation was assessed. Then, FTND with RMLE as vertex presentation an alive male child of weight 3.25 kg delivered at 4:20 am on 18/04/2021. Patient stood the procedure well. When the patient was taken for perineal care at 5pm in the evening on the same day, sign of inflammation (reddish bluish in colour) was noted on the right lateral side of episiotomy wound. On examination, severe tendernesss was noted with raised temperature locally. Oral drugs were prescribed as Triphala guggulu, Jwarhara Kashya, Kaishore Guggulu. Ice fomentation was done. Perineal care was done with Panchvalkala kwatha churna. Shatdhouta Ghrita was applied. Then the wound was completely resolved
