Improved limit on electron neutrino charge radius through a new evaluation of the weak mixing angle
We have obtained a new limit on the electron neutrino effective charge radius
from a new evaluation of the weak mixing angle by a combined fit of all
electron-(anti)neutrino electron elastic scattering measurements. Weak mixing
angle is found to be sin^2 theta_W=0.259 \pm 0.025 in the low energy regime
below 100 MeV. The electron neutrino charge radius squared is bounded to be in
the range -0.13 10^-32 cm^2 < r^2 < 3.32 10^-32 cm^2 at 90 % C.L. Both results
improve previously published analyses. We also discuss perspectives of future

Demographic change in the northern forest
This brief examines the population redistribution in the Northern Forest, which includes thirty-four counties scattered across northern and central Maine, New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont. Authors Ken Johnson, Susan Stewart, and Miranda Mockrin report that the population of the Northern Forest grew modestly between 2000 and 2010, and the population gains were greatest in recreational areas and least in manufacturing areas. Racial and ethnic diversity is also growing in the Northern Forest, and the population is getting older due to aging in place among current residents and net outmigration among younger populations
Effective model of the electronic Griffiths phase
We present simple analytical arguments explaining the universal emergence of
electronic Griffiths phases as precursors of disorder-driven metal-insulator
transitions in correlated electronic systems. A simple effective model is
constructed and solved within Dynamical Mean Field Theory. It is shown to
capture all the qualitative and even quantitative aspects of such Griffiths

Second Generation of 'Miranda Procedure' for CP Violation in Dalitz Studies of B (\& D \& \tau) Decays
The `Miranda Procedure' proposed for analyzing Dalitz plots for CP
asymmetries in charged B and D decays in a model-independent manner is extended
and refined. The complexity of CKM CP phenomenology through order
is needed in searches for New Dynamics (ND). Detailed analyses of three-body
final states other great advantages: (i) They give us more powerful tools for
deciding whether an observed CP asymmetry rep- resents the manifestation of ND
and its features. (ii) Many advantages can already be obtained by the `Miranda
Procedure' without construction of a detailed Dalitz plot de- scription. (iii)
