    The product of the reaction of nanofibrous anatase with ammonia in gas phase is nanofibrous cubic titanium oxynitride, c-TiO2N3. In contrary to the preparation of cubic titaniurn oxynitride from microcrystalline TiO2, requiring temperatures above 800°C, the conversion of nanofibrous TiO2 to TiO2N3 is completed at about 500°C due to its enhanced chemical reactivity. This conversion is fully reversible; the product of the back reaction is again nanofibrous Ti02. By the thermal treatment of nanofibrous anatase in H2 flow at 800°C for 2 hours the mixture of black disordered anatase, rutile and titanium suboxides was prepared. Evidently, particular phases can be synthesized simply by tuning the temperature of the treatment, which is a subject of the further research

    Organized Nanostructured TiO2 Materials: Synthesis, Characterization, Applications

    CONCLUSIONS It has been known for a long time that material properties change on the nanoscale and are different from those of single crystals or conventional microstructured, monolithic or composite materials32. The presented thesis aimed at demonstration of the diversity in these properties for various morphologies of TiO2. Despite the fact that the chemical composition is identical, the structure of different morphologies matters and it is respon-sible for their specialty. The successfully mastered syntheses of desirable particle size materials open the pathway towards applications taking advantage of size dependent properties. DSC employing 2μm mesoporous TiO2 film as a photoanode exhibited the solar conversion efficiency as high as 4.63% due to the large surface area (roughness fac-tor). Optimized pore size together with the framework consisting of anatase nanocrystals are responsible for the high dye adsorption capacity improving the performance. Incorporating an additional inverse opal layer in DSC represents an example of its further possible upgrade. This optimized set up can increase the short circuit photocurrent effi-ciency of this device of about 26 % (Ref.39). Owing to the diffusion coefficient of an order of 10-13 cm2/s for microcrystalline spinel and even less for nanocrystalline spinel..

    Společnost McDonald's a její produkty jsou známé po celém světě, a to zejména díky kvalitní a efektivní marketingové strategii. Tato strategie však nespočívá pouze v zachování konzistentní celosvětové představy o značce; společnost se v rámci možností snaží produkty přizpůsobit lokálním trhům a preferencím zákazníků. Jakým způsobem je ale budována marketingová propagace konkrétních provozoven? Jednotlivé restaurace znají nejlépe své zákazníky, neměla by tedy marketingová kampaň být připravována na lokální bázi, dle specifikací zákazníků? Na tyto otázky jsem se snažila nalézt odpovědi ve své práci. Srovnala jsem tak úspěšnost a proces plánování stávajících národních kampaní s preferencemi zákazníků vybrané provozovny; výsledkem je tedy zhodnocení efektivnosti těchto kampaní a stanovení případných příležitostí ke zlepšení, na které by se společnost měla zaměřit, pokud chce jejich úspěšnost zvýšit.McDonald's Corporation and its product are known throughout the world, mainly due to its effective marketing strategy. This strategy, however, lies not only in maintaining consistent global image of the brand, but also in the effort to customize products to local markets and customers' preferences. But how is the marketing strategy of a specific restaurant being prepared and built? The restaurant usually knows best its customers; therefore marketing campaigns should be prepared on a local basis according to their specifications. I tried to find answers to the question within my thesis. I compared the efficiency of the national marketing campaigns with customers' preferences of a specific restaurant and the main goal was to evaluate their effectiveness and to determine potential opportunities for improvement in order to increase their success among the customers
