Existing developments in the field of biosensor technologies with the possibility of practical application for establishing food safety indicators were considered. The classification of biosensors is described depending on the physical phenomena underlying its work, the essence and examples of specific developments for the determination of microorganisms, heavy metals and antibiotics in food products are presented. Prospects of biosensor technologies in the food industry are estimated.Рассмотрены существующие разработки в области биосенсорных технологий с возможностью практического применения для установления показателей безопасности продуктов питания. Приведена классификация биосенсоров в зависимости от физических явлений, лежащих в основе его работы, суть и примеры конкретных разработок для определения микроорганизмов, тяжелых металлов и антибиотиков в пищевой продукции. APPLICATION OF THE DIAGRAM OF KAORU ISHIKAWA FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF FOOD

In article one of the known instruments of quality management, Ishikawadiagram is considered. It represents a graphic way of research and definition of the most essential cause and effect interrelations between factors and consequences of the studied problem. In our work we used this method for identification of the factors promoting emergence of defect of firm cheese -the formation of cracks on its surface. Importance of this research is that damage of a crust of cheese can lead to product infection with harmful microorganisms, bringing it into unfitness. Having studied the main factors of production - raw materials, the production technology, a human factor, the equipment and the environment - we have come to a conclusion that high quality of production and lack of defects in it could be reached by continuous improvement of the monitoring system of quality at the enterprise and observance of requirements of normative documents imposed to food

Role of media rumors in the modern society

The article examines the using of media rumors as pragmatic influence mechanism in the modern communication. The printed and electronic messages with rumors make the material of research. The complex methods of analysis of the rumors role in the modern society are used. The inductive, descriptive and comparative, cognitive and discursive, semantic, definitional, functional and stylistic analysis is carried out. For the complex analysis of rumors in the modern media discourse, verbal means of rumors impact on the addressee in modern foreign-language and Russian mass media linguacultural, linguapragmatic, discursive approaches are applied. In the article, we realize the aim of the study. We identify the role of media rumors in the modern society. The ways of analysis are useful for development of rumorology, communication theory, linguapragmatics, sociolinguistics, cultural linguistics, media linguistics. In the article, we establish that mass media trying to realize the function of estimation and critics create and spread rumors themselves, use actively pseudo arguments and lie instead of exposure of various rumors, pseudo arguments, lies. © 2016 Zheltukhina et al
