    Digital technologies have become firmly embedded in all spheres of our life. Presently, it is almost impossible to imagine a single day without the use of gadgets and electronic devices. An important place in the modern world is occupied by the problem of socio-psychological adaptation, which takes place in the process of digitalization. Managers pay attention to the adaptation process of new employees, but they do not always take into account that the transition to a remote format of work for most employees can cause a stressful state. Therefore, it is so important to organize comfortable conditions during the adaptation period to new working conditions. The article considers the socio-psychological features that allow them to pass most effectively the adaptation period in the conditions of the tendency to switch to a remote format of work. The most distinctive characteristics are highlighted, in which the adaptation is as successful as possible

    Self-attitude of young people using and not using makeup

    The subject of the study is the self–attitude of young people applying and not applying makeup. The relevance of the work is due to the presence of deep psychological factors that determine the use / non-use of makeup. The aim is to study the socio-psychological characteristics of self-attitude in young people who prefer and reject makeup. Research objectives are as follows: the study of scientific papers relevant to the subject of research, the formulation of the essential theoretical foundations of the research, the selection of methods that correspond to the goals of the research, the conduct of empirical research. In the empirical study, the Self-Attitude Questionnaire is used. The main result obtained by the authors is as follows: in the group rejecting makeup, self-attitude, self-esteem, self-guidance are expressed more strongly than in the group applying makeup. Makeup aversives show a more positive attitude towards themselves, are more prone to self-esteem and self-confidence, have a higher level of self-guidance. The group applying makeup is characterized by a lower self-attitude, self-guidance and self-esteem. The results obtained are important as an indicator of the psychological state of the individual during psychological counseling, psychocorrection and psychotherapy

    Due to the development of digital technologies and the accelerated digitalisation of society, problems of a socio-psychological nature are emerging. The essence, characteristic features and reaction of each generation to modern trends are considered. The risk factors of global digitalisation for all generations of modern society are identified. The ways of minimising the consequences of socio-psychological risks for each generation of modern society are proposed. The main trends of accelerated digitalisation of society and their impact on the socio-psychological aspects of personality, the structure of cognitive processes and its cognitive components are considered. The essence of each of the five generations is analysed, starting from the older generation of Baby boomers and ending with the new generation of Alpha, their distinctive features, risk factors and value orientations. The authors propose possible ways to minimise the consequences of socio-psychological risks for each generation. The purpose and objective of the study: using the example of the considered five generations to show the socio-psychological risks to which modern society is exposed and to determine ways to minimise them. Research methods: comparative and socio-cultural analysis. Research tools – the theory of generations. As a result of the conducted research, socio-psychological problems were identified and options for their minimisation with the help of scientific knowledge achievements were proposed. Organisational, economic and socio-psychological mechanisms make it possible to reduce risks with the intensive development of the digitalisation of society and maintain a harmonious relationship between different generations
