Psychological Engagement in Choice and Judgment Under Risk and Uncertainty.

Theories of choice and judgment assume that agents behave rationally, choose the higher expected value option, and evaluate the choice consistently (Expected Utility Theory, Von Neumann, & Morgenstern, 1947). However, researchers in decision-making showed that human behaviour is different in choice and judgement tasks (Slovic & Lichtenstein, 1968; 1971; 1973). In this research, we propose that psychological engagement and control deprivation predict behavioural inconsistencies and utilitarian performance with judgment and choice. Moreover, we explore the influences of engagement and control deprivation on agent’s behaviours, while manipulating content of utility (Kusev et al., 2011, Hertwig & Gigerenzer 1999, Tversky & Kahneman, 1996) and decision reward (Kusev et al, 2013, Shafir et al., 2002)

Electron detachment from negative ions in bichromatic laser field

Negative ion detachment in two-colour laser field is considered within the recent modification of Keldysh model which makes it quantitatively reliable. The general approach is illustrated by calculation of angular differential detachment rates, partial rates for particular ATD (Above Threshold Detachment) channels and total detachment rates for H$^-$ ion in bichromatic field with 1:2 frequency ratio. Both perturbative and strong field regimes are examined. Polar asymmetry and phase effects are quantitatively characterized with some new features revealed. Creation, doubling, and splitting, of vortices in intracavity second harmonic generation

We demonstrate generation and frequency doubling of unit charge vortices in a linear astigmatic resonator. Topological instability of the double charge harmonic vortices leads to well separated vortex cores that are shown to rotate, and become anisotropic, as the resonator is tuned across resonance

Polarization-dependent transformation of a paraxial beam upon reflection and refraction: a real-space approach

We analyze the paraxial beam transformation upon reflection and refraction at a plane boundary. In contrast to the usual approach dealing with the beam angular spectrum, we apply the continuity conditions to explicit spatial representations of the electric and magnetic fields on both sides of the boundary. It is shown that the polarization-dependent distortions of the beam trajectory (in particular, the "longitudinal" Goos-H\"anchen shift and the "lateral" Imbert-Fedorov shift of the beam center of gravity) are directly connected to the incident beam longitudinal component and appear due to its transformation at the boundary.Comment: 10 pages, 1 figure. Adiabatic Theory of Electron Detachment from Negative Ions in Two-Color Laser Field

The latter represents a recent modification of the famous Keldysh model for multiphoton ionization which makes it quantitatively reliable. We calculate angular differential detachment rates, partial rates for particular ATD (Above Threshold Detachment) channels and total detachment rates for the Hydrogen ion in a bichromatic field with 1:3 frequency ratio and various phase differences. Methodology and Practical Tools for Digital Transformation of High-tech Enterprises

Purpose: the aim of the article is to develop a methodology and practical tools for effective digital transformation of high-tech enterprises. To achieve this goal, a concept of enterprise transformation by means of innovative modernization, affecting changes in products, technological operations and organizational and production structures, was developed. For this, a number of tasks were solved, including the development of original economic and mathematical models that describe the change in the functional business strategies of a high-tech enterprise; selection and formalization of model variables; development of organizational design methods for flexible robotic structures and models for determining the parameters of flexibility and productivity of a robotic structure; software development of digital transformation processes.Methods: in preparing the article, methods of systems theory, project management of an innovative focus, mathematical modeling and a number of other methods were used.Results: a set of information systems for decision support in the areas of design and economic activities of a high-tech enterprise has been developed. The design of such systems was due to a number of circumstances. Firstly, the need to transform traditional information technologies used in the practice of a high-tech enterprise into digital information technologies. Secondly, the need for a high-tech enterprise in original applied software applications that provide solutions to innovative and economic problems, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise. To do this, an analysis was performed and models of data collection and storage were proposed for solving the problems of information support of the economic activity of a high-tech enterprise. The possibility of using a consistent data model in organizing the management of receivables and payables is shown. Cross-platform software was developed for the support system for decisions made by a high-tech enterprise, and a convenient user interface was implemented.Conclusions and Relevance: the study showed that it is advisable to create information systems as hierarchical structures covering the strategic, tactical and operational levels of management. ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПОДАЧИ НОВОСТНОГО КОНТЕНТА НА РЕГИОНАЛЬНОМ ТЕЛЕВИДЕНИИ РОССИИ

The article investigates the peculiarities of news content on regional television in Russia. In order to identify these aspects, the authors reviewed the news materials of two TV channels: «Moscow 24» of the Moscow region and GTRK «Tver» of the Tver region. The object of the research is news programs on regional television. The subject of the study is the specifics of news on regional television. Special attention is paid to the specifics of news materials and their requirements. Peculiarities of news content presentation in information programs of regional TV channels were revealed.El artículo investiga las peculiaridades del contenido de las noticias en la televisión regional en Rusia. Para identificar estos aspectos, los autores revisaron los materiales de noticias de dos canales de televisión: «Moscú 24» de la región de Moscú y GTRK «Tver» de la región de Tver. El objeto de la investigación son los programas de noticias en la televisión regional. El tema del estudio son los detalles de las noticias en la televisión regional. Se presta especial atención a los detalles de los materiales de noticias y sus requisitos. Se revelaron las peculiaridades de la presentación del contenido de las noticias en los programas de información de los canales de televisión regionales.В статье исследовано особенности подачи новостного контента на региональном телевидении России. С целью выявления данных аспектов авторы рассмотрели новостные материалы двух телеканалов: «Москва 24» Московского региона и ГТРК «Тверь» Тверской области. Объектом исследования являются новостные программы на региональном телевидении. Предмет исследования – специфика новостей на региональном телевидении. Особое внимание уделено специфике новостных материалов и предъявляемым к ним требованиям. Выявлены особенности подачи новостного контента в информационных программах региональных телеканалов
