Banking activities conducted based on the Principle of Fiduciary between the bank and its customers. Society will entrust his money to the bank if the bank can provide a guarantee that all the information about the customer can be kept confidential by the bank. To maintain customer confidence in the bank in carrying out business activities must also apply the principle of confidentiality. The principle applied by the bank secrecy is a form of commitment and bank protection in keeping customers' personal data. However, what happens today is that many people who complain of financial institutions that offer their products through long-distance phone lines (telemarketing). This is a big question that customers experiencing financial services product offerings through the phone line. Customers generally concluded unilaterally that the banks where they deposit funds, have provided their personal data to other parties (financial institutions). This is of course contrary to the principles of fiduciary and confidentiality that must be firmly held by the bank as a financial institution that is dependent on the source of funds from the public (depositors). Protection of confidentiality of customers' personal data, in addition to the duty of the bank, also the responsibility of policy makers in the banking business. Birth of Law Number 21 Year 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority, authorizes the protection of the confidentiality of customers' personal data, which had previously been the Bank Indonesia's duty, then switching function to the Financial Services Authority. Financial Services Authority as an agency that has the task of regulating and supervising the financial services institution, is able to provide legal protection for the consumer in this case bank customers, so as to foster consumer confidence in the financial institution.  Keywords: Financial Services Authority, Confidentiality Principles/Bank Secrecy Principle, Customer Personal Dat

Television broadcasters that use the public property has a very important role in the process of delivering information to the public. Informing it must be done in a fair and balanced in order to function as a medium of social control and political education for the community. However, what happens when the television is nothing more than a political mouthpiece and owners of capital. This phenomenon is extremely worrisome, because in fact the media should be fair and impartial to any political interest. For that, we need a regulation governing the activities of the general election campaign for president and vice president on television. In addition, the implementation of regulatory oversight should also be carried out by various parties related to news and election campaign ad for president and vice president on television.                                                                                                                                                      Keywords: Broadcasting Agency, Campaign Presidential Electio

Nature-inspired Cuckoo Search Algorithm for Side Lobe Suppression in a Symmetric Linear Antenna Array

In this paper, we proposed a newly modified cuckoo search (MCS) algorithm integrated with the Roulette wheel selection operator and the inertia weight controlling the search ability towards synthesizing symmetric linear array geometry with minimum side lobe level (SLL) and/or nulls control. The basic cuckoo search (CS) algorithm is primarily based on the natural obligate brood parasitic behavior of some cuckoo species in combination with the Levy flight behavior of some birds and fruit flies. The CS metaheuristic approach is straightforward and capable of solving effectively general N-dimensional, linear and nonlinear optimization problems. The array geometry synthesis is first formulated as an optimization problem with the goal of SLL suppression and/or null prescribed placement in certain directions, and then solved by the newly MCS algorithm for the optimum element or isotropic radiator locations in the azimuth-plane or xy-plane. The study also focuses on the four internal parameters of MCS algorithm specifically on their implicit effects in the array synthesis. The optimal inter-element spacing solutions obtained by the MCS-optimizer are validated through comparisons with the standard CS-optimizer and the conventional array within the uniform and the Dolph-Chebyshev envelope patterns using MATLABTM. Finally, we also compared the fine-tuned MCS algorithm with two popular evolutionary algorithm (EA) techniques include particle swarm optimization (PSO) and genetic algorithms (GA)
