Strategi Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Pada SMP Negeri Di Kecamatan Masjid Raya Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Strategi kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu USAha untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran, Judul penelitian adalah Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Masjid Raya Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, dan pengawas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru melalui pembinaan kemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, 2) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin guru yaitu : a) Menegakkan kedisiplinan guru, b) Meningkatkan standar prilaku guru, c) Melaksanakan semua peraturan, 3) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru yaitu menciptakan situasi yang harmonis, memenuhi semua perlengkapan yang diperlukan serta memberikan penghargaan dan hukuman, 4) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan komitmen guru adalah: mengadakan pelatihan, mendatangkan tutor ke sekolah dan memberikan kesempatan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan, menempatkan guru sesuai dengan bidangnya, dan mengadakan rapat setiap awal semester. 5) Hambatan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah: a) kurang tegas dalam menerapkan kebijakan b) guru kurang motivasi dan domisili guru yang jauh. c) fasilitas sekolah yang belum memadai, d) rendahnya partisipasi warga lingkungan sekolah

Pembelajaran Kompetensi Menulis Cerpen Melalui Metode Show Not Tell

This study aims to describe the application of the method show not tell in the process of learning to write short stories for the improvement of learning outcomes to write a short story using the Show Not Tell the students of class XI High School DDI Alliritengae Maros. This research is an action research conducted in two cycles. The data source of this research is an Indonesian teacher and students as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques used were observation and tests. The data in this study of the data and the data of the learning process of learning to write short stories using the Show Not Tell. Data were analyzed with the learning process qualitative descriptive techniques, while learning outcome data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative techniques. Learning outcomes through the method of writing short stories Show Not Tell in the first cycle reaches an average value of 59.17, while in the second cycle reached an average value of 80.37. Difference in the average value of 21.1 students. The average value of higher students in the second cycle than the first cycle, the results indicate an increase in learning to write short stories
