This article is dedicated to the expansion of mathematical tools used to solve the problems of thermodynamics, in particular, problems in the theory of thermal shock. Study of vaginal microbiota in postmenopausal women with surgical correction of genital prolapse
The study of the vaginal microflora of women with genital prolapse (GP), who are ref erred to surgical treatment, is of particular importance. Infectious and inflammatory complications after the surgical correction of GP significantly increase the recovery time, the length of the patientβs hospital stay and the cost of treatment. It is important to be able to change the qualitative composition of microflora, thereby exerting a beneficial effect on the course of the postoperative period, affecting the outcome of surgical treatment. Evaluation of the vaginal microbiota by real-time polymerase chain reaction in postmenopausal women with surgical correction of genital prolapse against the background of using low-dose local therapy regimens with a drug containing estriol, progesterone and Lactobacillus culture
FEATURES OF IMMUNE RESPONSE IN PRETERM BABIES WITH BRONCHOPULMONARY DISPLASIA OF VARIOUS SEVERITY
To evaluate the immunity indexes in the children who were born with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) of varying severity at very early delivery terms (22-27 weeks), dynamic examinations were performed in 35 infants: 17 children were with severe BPD; 18, with mild-severity and moderately severe BPD. The comparison group consisted of seven children born at 22-27 weeks of gestational age without signs of BPD. Relative numbers of lymphocyte subpopulations (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD19+, CD16+CD56+, CD4+CD25+), and monocytes (CD14+CD64+, CD14+HLA-DR+) were determined by flow cytometry. The level of cytokines (IL-6, IL-8, IL-4) was measured by enzyme immunoassay technique. The features of immune status in children with BPD of severe, mild and moderate severity were discerned. It was found that the predictors of severe BPD development in the children born at very early terms, are: increased content of IL-8 at birth and at the age of 1 month, reduced level of expression on monocytes (CD64, HLA-DR) on the 1 month of life, and CD14+CD64+ cells at 38-40 weeks post conception. The revealed features of immune status in newborns with BPD can be used to assess the effectiveness of the therapy, which requires further research in this direction
Effect of the antihypertensive therapy used during pregnancy on features of the adaptation period in the infants
The aim of the research: to evaluate the effect of the different variants of the antihypertensive therapy during pregnancy on clinical features of the adaptation period and the state of the metabolic parameters in the infants. The study, including 65 infants of women with chronic hypertension used during pregnancy antihypertensive therapy. Higher anthropometric measures, the low percentage of LUGR, the low incidence of disease, the earlier statements were typical for infants of women who received monotherapy dopegyt during pregnancy. The low anthropometric measures, the high percentage of LUGR, the high incidence of disease, the trend toward more frequent neurological disorders are occurring in the newborns of the mothers who received combination therapy dopegyt and calcium channel blockers. Clinical and immunological characteristics children extremely low birth weight
By results of a prospective study of 51 children with extremely low birth weight risk factors of birth of such children is a complicated course of pregnancy, manifested by severe pre-eclampsia and chronic fetoplacental insufficiency, abnormalities of the endocrine system and blood-forming organs. In this category of preterm high incidence of severe intraventricular hemorrhage, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, retinopathy, patent ductus arteriosus-functioning, a high percentage of lethality. Against the background of leukopenia and neutropenia in all children with extremely low birth weight, an increase of NK-cells and Π cells. All preterm infants showed a reduction in the level of acute phase proteins, indicating a deficit of humoral factors. Comparative characteristic of parameters of umbilical and peripheral blood in dependence on type of delivery
Clinical-immunological adaptation was analyzed of 28 newborn delivered by cesarion section and 42 neonatal infants born by vaginal delivery. At operation general anesthesia was used with nitrous oxide.
