Difference equations for the higher rank XXZ model with a boundary

The higher rank analogue of the XXZ model with a boundary is considered on the basis of the vertex operator approach. We derive difference equations of the quantum Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov type for 2N-point correlations of the model. We present infinite product formulae of two point functions with free boundary condition by solving those difference equations with N=1.Comment: LaTEX 16 page

The BPPPAKB is one of the leading institution of Riau Province in realizing justice and gender equality in all development in Riau Province. The application of the gender mainstreaming is instructed to all ministries of national government. The aim of this research is to know and analyze the function and factors which influence the BPPPAKB of Riau province in executing the Presidential Instruction No. 9 Year 2000 About Gender Mainstreaming In National Development. The result of this research show that the function of BPPPAKB of Riau province in executing that presidential instruction is not maximal yet. From the data it can be seen that there wewe a gap in fulfiling the basic right between male and female also, it ca be clearly seen that some of government buildings are gender bias meanwhile, the factors that influence the BPPPAKB of Riau province in executing that presidential instruction were the existanc of patrialism culture in our society, especially on those who took policy; weak socialization about gender mainstreaming from the chairperson to the staff, the existence of ego sectoral; disaggregated data; and the stereotype that gender mainstreaming is identical to the female. Last, the lack of chairpersons commitment to realize the gender mainstreaming.Key word: function, gender mainstreamin

Vertex operator approach for correlation functions of Belavin's (Z/nZ)-symmetric model

Belavin's (Z/nZ)(\mathbb{Z}/n\mathbb{Z})-symmetric model is considered on the basis of bosonization of vertex operators in the An−1(1)A^{(1)}_{n-1} model and vertex-face transformation. The corner transfer matrix (CTM) Hamiltonian of (Z/nZ)(\mathbb{Z}/n\mathbb{Z})-symmetric model and tail operators are expressed in terms of bosonized vertex operators in the An−1(1)A^{(1)}_{n-1} model. Correlation functions of (Z/nZ)(\mathbb{Z}/n\mathbb{Z})-symmetric model can be obtained by using these objects, in principle. In particular, we calculate spontaneous polarization, which reproduces the result by myselves in 1993.Comment: For the next thirty days the full text of this article is available at http://stacks.iop.org/1751-8121/42/16521

Vertex operator approach for form factors of Belavin's (Z/nZ)(Z/nZ)-symmetric model

Belavin's (Z/nZ)(\mathbb{Z}/n\mathbb{Z})-symmetric model is considered on the basis of bosonization of vertex operators in the An−1(1)A^{(1)}_{n-1} model and vertex-face transformation. Free field representations of nonlocal tail operators are constructed for off diagonal matrix elements with respect to the ground state sectors. As a result, integral formulae for form factors of any local operators in the (Z/nZ)(\mathbb{Z}/n\mathbb{Z})-symmetric model can be obtained, in principle.Comment: 24 pages, 4 figures, published in J. Decision support system based on BWM for Analyzing success factors affecting the quality in the Iraqi construction projects

    Get PDF
Creating a balance between cost, time, and quality in construction projects is always expected. It is possible to have a project with excellent quality and minimal cost, but at the expense of time, or vice versa. The goal of this paper is to discover, evaluate and prioritize the factors that most influence the desired construction projects' level of quality (success factors) in Iraq. Over a comprehensive review of literature, 11 potential quality-related factors were found to fall into the following five categories: client, contractor, design, materials, and project related factors. These factors' significance was determined using fuzzy Best Worst Method (BWM). Result shows the most three significant success factors influencing quality in the construction projects were related to contractor, client, and designer. These factors were financial competence of contractor, technical capability of client, and designer suitable selection with weights (30.84%, 15.58%, and 10.05%) respectively. These results conclude that maximization of the success factors will guarantee that the building sector achieves its quality objectives

The aim of this research is to determine the uranium concentration and its distribution in many sheep organs that live in different region of Iraq. The uranium concentration in tissue samples is measured by using fission tracks registration in CR-39 detector that caused by the bombardment of U235 with thermal neutrons from (241Am-Be) neutron source of thermal flux (5x 103 n.cm-2. s-1). The results show that the maximum uranium concentration in bronchiole tissues of the animals was found in Karbala city (3.706ppm) while the minimum concentration (0.127 ppm) was found in Al-Faluja city, also the same result in lung tissue the maximum value was found in Karbala city (2.313ppm) and the minimum concentration in Al Fluja (0.082). Otherwise, the maximum concentration in liver tissue was found in AdDiwaniyah city (1.156ppm) while the minimum concentration in Al Fluja city (0.153ppm). The uranium concentrations in heart tissues were found various than the previous results. The results of average uranium concentration in each animal were ranged from 0.149 to 1.675 ppm, the maximum values were found in the cities in south region of Iraq

Form factors of the XXZ model and the affine quantum group symmetry

We present new expressions of form factors of the XXZ model which satisfy Smirnov's three axioms. These new form factors are obtained by acting the affine quantum group Uq(sl2^)U_q (\hat{\frak s \frak l_2}) to the known ones obtained in our previous works. We also find the relations among all the new and known form factors, i.e., all other form factors can be expressed as kind of descendents of a special one.Comment: 11 pages, latex; Some explanation is adde

Benchmarking of deep learning algorithms for skin cancer detection based on a hybrid framework of entropy and VIKOR techniques

    Get PDF
Skin cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide caused by excessive development of skin cells. Considering the rapid growth of the use of deep learning algorithms for skin cancer detection, selecting the optimal algorithm has become crucial to determining the efficiency of computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) systems developed for the healthcare sector. However, a sufficient number of criteria and parameters must be considered when selecting an ideal deep learning algorithm. A generally accepted method for benchmarking deep learning models for skin cancer classification is unavailable in the current literature. This paper presents a multi-criteria decision-making framework for evaluating and benchmarking deep learning models for skin cancer detection based on hybridisation of entropy and VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) methods. Twelve well-known convolution networks are evaluated and tested on eleven publicly available image datasets to achieve the target of the study. Several criteria related to deep convolutional neural networks (CNNs) architectures, including optimisation technique, transfer learning, class balancing, transfer learning, data augmentation, and network complexity, have been considered in the multi-criteria evaluation. The decision matrix (DM) is designed based on a crossover of the five evaluation criteria and twelve (CNNs) classificationmodels on different datasets. Subsequently, in the benchmarking and ranking of deep learning classification models, multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques are used. The MCDM uses a scheme that involves the integration of entropy with VIKOR approaches. For the weight calculations of evaluation criteria, entropy is applied, while VIKOR is used to benchmark and rank the models. The obtained results reveal that the InceptionResNetV2 model gained the first rank and is selected as the optimal architecture for skin cancer detection considering the five criteria investigated in our study. The presented framework achieves a significant performance in selecting the best algorithm, which could provide substantial guidance to the researcher working in the field

We consider the recently obtained integral representation of quantum Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation of level 0. We obtain the condition for the integral kernel such that these solutions satisfy three axioms for form factor \'{a} la Smirnov. We discuss the relation between this integral representation and the form factor of XXZ spin chain.Comment: 14 pages, latex, no figures
