Solution of unemployment rate becomes one of the focuses of Indonesia development. The highest open unemployment rate is in Java. So it is interesting to study about factors that influence open unemployment rate in Java. The connection between area (spatial effect) are need to be considered. In this case, there is a spatial effect that can be solve with regression of area approach. Spatial regression with area approach are Spatial Autoregressive Model (SAR), Spatial Error Model (SEM), and General Spatial Model (GSM). The model selection criteria are the coefficient of determination (R2 ), value of variance estimate and the value of AIC (Akaike\u27s Information Criterion). The results show that GSM and SAR is better regression model than OLS and SEM and the factors that affect open unemployment rate are the percentage of people who did not complete primary school (SD), the gross regional domestic product constant prices for regency/city, percentage of people working in agriculture and minimum salary for regency/city

This study aimed to examine the influence partially or simultaneusly of Marketing Activity which was consisted of Marketing Expense, Company Age, and Company Size toward Profitability which was represented by Return on Sales, Return on Asset toward Market Value which is represented by Earning per Share, and Market to Book Value Ratio. This study used the annual report of Food, Baverage, and tobacco Companies listed in BEI in 2008-2013 as secondary data. The samples used in this study were 100 annual reports. The results revealed that Marketing Expense affected ROA, EPS, and MBVR significantly. Company Size only affected EPS and MBVR. Company Age affected significantly ROS, ROA, and MBVR

Collider Effects of Unparticle Interactions in Multiphoton Signals

A new model of physics, with a hidden conformal sector which manifests itself as an unparticle coupling to Standard Model particles effectively through higher dimensional operators, predicts strong collider signals due to unparticle self-interactions. We perform a complete analysis of the most spectacular of these signals at the hadron collider, pp -> 4photon and pp ->2photon,2gluon. These processes can go through the three-point unparticle self interactions as well as through some s and t channel diagrams with one and/or two unparticle exchanges. We study the contributions of individual diagrams classified with respect to the number of unparticle exchanges and discuss their effect on the cross sections at the Tevatron and the LHC. We also restrict the Tevatron bound on the unknown coefficient of the three-point unparticle correlator. With the availability of data from Tevatron, and the advent of the data emerging from the LHC, these interactions can provide a clear and strong indication of unparticle physics and distinguish this model from other beyond the standard model scenarios.Comment: 28 pages, 16 figure

    - This study aims to evaluate of plant composition andvegetation structure inas supporting development strategy ecotourism inSei . Mempura which combines elements of tourism and conservation of nature so that the emphasis on aspects of nature conservation will always be maintained in the absence of concerns about environmental degradation and exploitation . The method used in this study is a survey method of vegetation analysis techniques premises . This research was conducted in Sei . MempuraKab. Siak Sri Indrapura . Data collection was conducted in January 2014 . Based on the results of the analysis of vegetation known that species that dominates the mainstay and economic value and can be highlighted as supporting ecotourism program in the village of SeiMempura is mangosteen ( DR = 9,584 ) and durian ( DR = 8582 ) . The area is famous for its fruit nimanggisnya species that are small and have a very sweet flesh .Spessies durian is also the appeal of Sei. Mempura to attract tourists locally and nationally on a particular season to visit this village. This sector is a strength yangseyogyanya should continue to be encouraged in this are

Problematika Pembaharuan Blanko Sertipikat Bagi Pemegang Hak Atas Tanah

This renewal of certificate blank is mainly intended to obtain an orderly land administration, protection, and legal certainty either for physical or juridical data. The problem raised in the process of this renewal of certificate blank is when about to trasfer right the holder of old certificate blank is required to renew his/her the certificate blank he/she holds. The old certificate blank must be changed with the new one issued by the National Land Board (BPN). This needs time and higher cost because to renew the blank, the land owned by the holder of old certificatye blank must be remeasured to obtain a new measurement certificate, even though, various problems that are not maximally efficient where its application has positive and negative sides in terms of certificate ownership are, in fact, found. If this policy can be applied efficiently well, the legal certainty of the renewal of certificate blank can be well materialized. Therefore, the government in this case shouldpay attention to the problems occured due to the inefficiency found in the process of the renewal of certificate blank

How tight is the Lieb-Oxford bound?

Density-functional theory requires ever better exchange-correlation (xc) functionals for the ever more precise description of many-body effects on electronic structure. Universal constraints on the xc energy are important ingredients in the construction of improved functionals. Here we investigate one such universal property of xc functionals: the Lieb-Oxford lower bound on the exchange-correlation energy, Exc[n]β‰₯βˆ’C∫d3rn4/3E_{xc}[n] \ge -C \int d^3r n^{4/3}, where C≀CLO=1.68C\leq C_{LO}=1.68. To this end, we perform a survey of available exact or near-exact data on xc energies of atoms, ions, molecules, solids, and some model Hamiltonians (the electron liquid, Hooke's atom and the Hubbard model). All physically realistic density distributions investigated are consistent with the tighter limit C≀1C \leq 1. For large classes of systems one can obtain class-specific (but not fully universal) similar bounds. The Lieb-Oxford bound with CLO=1.68C_{LO}=1.68 is a key ingredient in the construction of modern xc functionals, and a substantial change in the prefactor CC will have consequences for the performance of these functionals.Comment: 10 pages, 3 figure
