INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF THE HEALTH RESORT AND TOURIST COMPLEXES OF KRASNODAR TERRITORY: THE SPECIFICITY AND INTRA REGIONAL FEATURES OF CITIES AND REGIONS

The aim is to reveal the investment attractiveness of sanatorium and tourist complexes of Krasnodar region as well as to identify the specifics and intraregional peculiarities of investment projects.Methods. We have used comparative and geographical methods, statistical processing and analysis of the rating of investment attractiveness of Russian regions.Results. We give the analysis of the place of the Krasnodar Territory in the investment rating of attractiveness of the Russian Federation regions. We also provide the data on development trends of health resort and tourist complexes of Krasnodar region. We note significant differences in conditions of development of Krasnodar territory from other Russian regions and the high internal differentiation of its territory.Conclusions. Despite the availability of existing and prospective investment projects, the economic crisis has had a negative impact on investment. Investment projects in the health resort and tourist complexes are represented mainly on the Black Sea coast of Krasnodar region, the possibility of which is nearing the limit

Comparison of different methods for antihypertensive therapy edema PNDS crises complicated for hemorrhagic stroke type

Objective: То study the hypotensive (antihypertensive) effect of the intravenous form of Adalat (calcium antagonist — dihydropyridine series) in patients with CC complicated by hemorrhagic stroke type. Materials and methods: survey included patients with a diagnosis of HA complicated stroke, they were treated by intravenous form of Adalat (dihydropyridine calcium antagonist) and Enap. Typed group comprised 61 people (average age 57 ~ 6.1). Patients with GK complicated with the stroke were divided into 2 groups using envelopes for the comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of two types of antihypertensive tearpii (Adalat and Enap). In the main group included 30 patients who were treated with intravenous 5 mg Adalat (50 ml) in order to relieve GK complicated by stroke. Of these, 17 men and 13 women. The groups were evaluated by the following indicators: blood pressure monitoring, ECG monitoring around the clock, monitoring indicators of central and peripheral hemodynamics, doppler ultrasound of neck vessels and brain vessels.Цель работы: изучить гипотензивный (антшпертензивный)эффект внутривенной формы адалата (антагонист кальция -дигидропиридиновый ряд) у больных с ГК осложненный ОНМК по гемморагическому типу. Материалы и методы: в исследование включенные пациенты с диагнозом ГК осложненный ОНМК, они получали терапию внутривенной формой адалата (дигидропиридиновый антагонист кальция) и знала Набранная группа составила 61 человек (средний возраст 57-6,1). Пациенты с осложненным ГК в виде ОНМК были разделены на 2 группы методом конвертов для сравнительной оценки эффективности двух видов гипотензивной теарпии (адалата и энапа). В основную группу вошли 30 больных, которые получали терапию внутривенным адалатом 5 мг (50 мл) с целью купирования ГК осложненного ОНМК. Из них 17 мужчин и 13 женщин. В группах были оценены следующие показатели: мониторирование АД крутосуточное мониторирование ЭКГ, мониторирование показателей центральной и периферической гемодинамики, УЗДГ сосудов шеи и головного мозга

Comparative analysis of von wiliebrand factor and brain natriuretic peptide in patients with acute coronary syndrome

The aim of our study was to investigate the dynamics of changes in biomarkers von Wiliebrand factor, BNP in patients with ACS without ST-segment elevation and with ST-segment elevation, including patirnts with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The study included 207 patients, including 124 men and 83 women. According to the results of investigation is we concluded that the definition of the FIB, BNP, is essential for the correct therapy and to determine the prognosis.Целью нашего исследования являлось изучение динамики изменения биомаркеров фВ6, МНУП у больных с ОКС без подъема сегмента ST и с подъемом сегмента ST, в том числе подвергающихся чрескожным коронарным вмешательствам (ЧКВ). Experience of application ivabradine at patients with astable stenocardia in the combination to the metabolic syndrome

Aim: to estimate efficiency of application ivabradine at patients with an astable stenocardia in a combination to a metabolic syndrome in the presence of hyperdynamic type of blood circulation. 90 patients have been included in research with established diagnosis an astable stenocardia. Haemodynamics type evaluated by integrated rheovasography method with ‘Diamant M’ device. Conclusions: 1. Ivabradine it is represented a perspective drug for the control of frequency of heart rate at patients with an astable stenocardia in a combination to a metabolic syndrome in the presence of hyperdynamic type of blood circulation. 2. The combination p-blockers with ivabradine allows to lower a dose p-blockers for achievement of optimum frequency of heart rate.Цель работы: оценить эффективность применения ивабрадина у больных ИБС нестабильной стенокардией в сочетании с метаболическим синдромом при наличии гипердинамического типа кровообращения. В исследование были включены 90 пациентов с установленным диагнозом ИБС нестабильная стенокардия. У пациентов определялся тип гемодинамики методом интегральной реовазографии аппаратом «Диамант-М». Выводы: 1. Ивабрадин представляется перспективным препаратом для контроля частоты сердечных сокращений у пациентов с ИБС нестабильной стенокардией в сочетании с метаболическим синдромом при наличии гипердинамического типа кровообращения. 2. Сочетание p-адреноблокатора с ивабрадином позволяет снизить дозу p-адреноблокатора для достижения оптимальной частоты сердечных сокращений

Analysis of the Face Mask Use by Public Transport Passengers and Workers during the COVID-19 Pandemic

(1) Background: The use of face masks and gloves in public places directly shows the commitment of the population to the established regulations. Public transport is one of the most-at-risk places of contamination. The aim of the study was to analyze the face mask use by public transport passengers and workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. (2) Methods: Public transport passengers and workers were surveyed. Periodic intermittent selective observation was used to gauge the level of adherence to the established regulations among public transport passengers. Factor analysis was used to identify factors determining the face-mask-wearing comfort. (3) Results: The majority of passengers (87.5%) and all transport workers (100%) used face masks and gloves. Most of the users wore only face masks. Only 41.6% of passengers and 74.7% of transport workers wore face masks correctly. Motivational attitudes at the implementation of preventive measures were determined: established regulations in the public place (55.8%) and the protection of one’s own health and the health of family members (44.2%). Only 22.5% of those wearing face masks believed that doing so will have any effect on the spread of an infectious disease, and 10.8% wore masks to maintain the health of people around themselves. A low level of social responsibility was demonstrated. For 53.4% of workers, face mask wearing was uncomfortable. The majority of workers had adverse reactions to mask wearing: feeling short of breath (52.8%), hyperemia of face skin (33.8%), and facial hyperhidrosis (67.4%). (4) Conclusions: The comfort of wearing a mask is determined by adverse reactions occurrence, the properties of the mask, working conditions, and the duration of wearing the face mask. It is necessary to develop recommendations to reduce wearing discomfort. These recommendations, along with methods of raising the social responsibility of the population, can contribute to a greater commitment of the population to non-specific prevention measures
