    Animal trampling is the most important factor that increases soil compaction beyond the soil elastic property in rangelands under heavy grazing intensities (Lull, 1959). The complicated ecological interactions in a rangeland ecosystem make it difficult to predict the impact of trampling under different conditions. However, soil properties and vegetation composition are sensitive to different grazing management practices.     We present a discrete multiscale expansion of the lattice potential Korteweg-de Vries (lpKdV) equation on functions of infinite order of slow-varyness. To do so we introduce a formal expansion of the shift operator on many lattices holding at all orders.     A Sequential Mixed Method Study of Employee Job Satisfaction in Upscale Restaurants, Malaysia

    The study determines the main factors affecting job satisfaction in upscale restaurants and their degree of comparative influence. The research initially involves qualitative data analysis of 20 interviews with restaurant employees representing five upscale restaurants in Kuala Lumpur (KL), followed by structural equation modeling of data retrieved from 368 questionnaires from 16 KL restaurants. The impact variance of four main determinants of job satisfaction are revealed, where the “working environment” has the highest impact, followed by “payment and compensation,” “promotion”, and finally, “workplace fairness”. Crucially, “workplace relationships” have a moderating effect on the relationship between the “work environment” and job satisfaction, implicating industry-applied recommendations to strengthen job satisfaction levels

    Brand love impact on the social media and stages of brand loyalty

    The primary objective of the current research is to propose and investigate a conceptual model which integrates social media activities and brand love as antecedents and brand loyalty phases as an outcome of brand love. The proposed model is analysed with a sample of 240 fast fashion’s consumers by using a self -structured questionnaire survey technique. PLS -SEM applied for statistical analysis to evaluate the hypnotized linkage between the variables. The results show that social internet marketing has a tremendous impact on brand love in the fast fashion profession. Furthermore, the finding shows that social media, has an indirect constructive effect on the various phases of brand loyalty through brand love. The current research supports the crucial role of social media in marketing and advertising which will assist internet marketers to fully realize brand love and loyalty behavior. The consequence of this particular study might assist marketers to develop the successful communication approach through social networking activities to shape good attitudes and advance brand loyalty, particularly in fast fashion profession

    Curvature operators and scalar curvature invariants

    We continue the study of the question of when a pseudo-Riemannain manifold can be locally characterised by its scalar polynomial curvature invariants (constructed from the Riemann tensor and its covariant derivatives). We make further use of alignment theory and the bivector form of the Weyl operator in higher dimensions, and introduce the important notions of diagonalisability and (complex) analytic metric extension. We show that if there exists an analytic metric extension of an arbitrary dimensional space of any signature to a Riemannian space (of Euclidean signature), then that space is characterised by its scalar curvature invariants. In particular, we discuss the Lorentzian case and the neutral signature case in four dimensions in more detail.Comment: 26 pages, 2 figure
