Pengaruh Pendidikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Gunung Tujuh Kabupaten Kerinci

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh tingkat pendidikan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Gunung Tujuh, dan seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat pendidikan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Gunung Tujuh Kabupaten Kerinci. Dimana tujuannya untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Gunung Tujuh, dan seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Gunung Tujuh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, untuk memperoleh data-data yang di perlukan dilakukan melalui dua cara yakni Penelitian Keperpustakaan dan Penelitian Lapangan (survey dan wawancara). Di dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan sistem penarikan sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel, jumlah populasi adalah semua pegawai yang ada pada Kantor Camat Gunung Tujuh Kabupaten Kerinci yaitu 16 orang. Alat pengumpul data digunakan kuesioner yang disusun menurut skala likert dan menggunakan teknik analisa deskriptif (menggambarkan apa adanya).Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor camat Gunung Tujuh, dimana nilai dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,92. Sedangkan dari perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh makna bahwa faktor pendidikan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 84,64 % terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor camat Gunung Tujuh

Pengaruh Jenis Dan Konsenstrasi Bahan Pengikat Terhadap Karakteristik Fisik Serta Analisa Aktivitas Antioksidan Tablet Effervescent Dari Ekstrak Buah Beet (Beta Vulgaris)

Dalam penelitian ini dibuat tablet effervescent buah beet dengan variasi jenis dan konsentrasi zat pengikat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis dan konsentrasi zat pengikat yang ditambahkan terhadap karakteristik fisik tablet serta mengetahui jenis dan konsentrasi penambahan zat pengikat yang menghasilkan karakteristik fisik tablet effervescent (Beta vulgaris) sesuai standar. Analisa yang dilakukan meliputi evaluasi karakteristik granul, evaluasi karakteristik tablet, analisa antioksidan, dan uji kesukaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode two ways ANOVA pada taraf signifikansi α = 5%. Dari hasil pengamatan diketahui penambahan zat pengikat dengan berbagai jenis dan konsentrasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sudut diam, indeks pengetapan, waktu alir, kekerasan, waktu larut, warna dan rasa namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keseragaman bobot, aktivitas antioksidan, dan aroma tablet effervescent buah beet. Nilai aktivitas antioksidan dari tablet effervescent buah beet mengalami penurunan yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan sampel control (sari buah segar). Karakteristik tablet terpilih terdapat pada penambahan zat pengikat gelatin 3% karena memiliki tingkat kekerasan yang medium, waktu larut yang singkat, bobot yang seragam, dan flavor yang baik

Bahan Bioflokulan dari Karaginan dan Agar pada Proses Pemanenan Phytoplankton Dunaliella Salina

Pemanenan mikroalga adalah bagian penting dalam sistem budaya untuk menghasilkan biomassa yang lebih tinggi. Pemanenan Mikroalga dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa teknik seperti sentrifugasi, filtrasi, sedimentasi, flokulasi, getaran ultrasonik, dan menggunakan filter. Teknik yang saat ini digunakan dalam skala industri adalah flokulasi. Teknik ini digunakan karena lebih cepat dan efisien. Bahan flokulan yang aman adalah polimer rumput laut yaitu polisakarida. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui efisiensi penggunaan flokulan dari alginat, karaginan, dan Agar pada proses flokulasi mikroalga Dunaliella salina. Proses flokulasi pada 50 menit menunjukkan flokulasi oleh bahan alginat sebesar 30,52%, 22,85% oleh karagenan, 11% oleh Agar, plankton tanpa flokulasi terjadi flokulasi hanya sebesar 3,96%. Proses flokulasi pada menit ke 240 berubah secara bermakna. Penambahan karagenan meningkatkan flokulasi menjadi 39,84%. Agar meningkat menjadi 31,48%. Penambahan flokulan alginat tidak mengalami Perubahan bermakna yang hanya berubah menjadi 30,89%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas flokulasi terbaik adalah karaginan di mana kecepatan flokulasi sama dengan alginat yang telah sering digunakan sebagai flokulan

Analisis Implementasi Sertifikasi USAha Pariwisata Bidang Perhotelan Di Kota Malang

This study to reviews and analyzes the hospitality industry. Hotel becomes one of the growing tourism industries in Indonesia. Since ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) existence in 2015, hotel certification is used by the government as one of the way to solve global market competition problem. The Indonesian government has already arranged standard of hotel business that should be obeyed by every hotel business. However, it has not responded positively by all hotel businesses in the Malang. There are only 23 hotels from 81 hotels of total amount that have already certified in Malang. There are some reasons why do some hotels in Malang do not processing their certifications yet, such as: certification fee that is assumed as too expensive, there are still some of non-star hotel business which are lack of understanding about hotel certifications, employee competency which are not sufficient yet to fulfill the minimum standard and also there are less of hotel certification socialization. Based on that fact, until this time being, the government only do socialize and provide the guidance of the importance of hotel certification. There are still no administrative sanctions for hotels which have not been certified yet

Potensi Pemanfaatan Ekstrak Etanol Alga Merah (Kappaphycus Alvarezii) Sebagai Pengawet Alami Pengganti Formalin Pada Daging Ikan [Potential Use of Red Algae Ethanol Extract (Kappaphycus Alvarezii) as Formalin Substitute Natural Preservative in Meat Fish]

Fish meat is more nutritious source of protein and relatively safe for human consumption. Fish meat more easily damaged than red meat product quality, so it is necessary that the process of pickling fish maintained in fresh condition and suitable for consumption. The ethanol extract of red algae Kappaphycus alvarezii been known have antioxidant and antimicrobial effects, so need some research on the use of red algae extract as a preservative. Red algae extract with a concentration of 400 ppm, 500 ppm, 600 ppm and 1 % formalin, each sample is used as a meat preservative for tilapia fillets as 40 grams. Samples of tilapia meat is soaked in an preservative solution as long as 60 minutes. During immersion, the samples of tilapia meat stored at room temperature. Observation of tilapia meat quality is done about six hours after meat removed from the preservative solution. Fish meat quality were analyzed to describe the organoleptic quality, methods of the TPC, and proximate analysis. The results showed that the ethanol extract of red algae Kappaphycus alvarezii 600 ppm has potential as a natural preservative based on test results of TPC, proximate and organoleptic test

Pengaruh PH dan Waktu Kontak pada Adsorpsi Ion Logam Cd2+ Menggunakan Adsorben Kitin Terikat Silang Glutaraldehid

Pada penelitian ini dibahas tentang pengaruh pH dan waktu kontak pada adsorpsi ion logam Cd2+ menggunakan adsorben kitin terikat silang glutaraldehid. Kitin yang digunakan berasal dari kulit udang dibuat melalui proses deproteinasi dan demineralisasi. Penambahan NaOH, NaCl dan glutaraldehid dilakukan pada proses pembuatan kitin terikat silang glutaraldehid. Karakterisasi kitin dilakukan dengan menggunakan spektrofotometer FTIR, kemudian dilakukan SEM-EDX. Spektra FTIR digunakan untuk menentukan derajat deasetilasi dan gugus fungsi dari kitin terikat silang glutaraldehid. Adsorpsi ion logam Cd2+ oleh kitin terikat silang glutaraldehid dilakukan pada variasi pH 2, 3, 4, 5, dan 6, serta variasi waktu 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, dan 120 menit. Hasil karakterisasi kitin terikat silang glutaraldehid menunjukkan penurunan derajat deasetilasi dari 35,35% menjadi 8,7294%, dan bentuk morfologi lebih rapat dibandingkan dengan bentuk morfologi kitin kulit udang biasa. Kondisi optimum dari proses adsorpsi terjadi pada pH 4 dengan prosentase adsorpsi sebesar 91,75% dan waktu kontak 120 menit dengan prosentase adsorpsi sebesar 91,64%

This research was conducted in January precisely on 21 January until 10 February 2015 atLampulo fishing port, Banda Aceh. the purpose of this study is to obtain data and informationabout contribution of the Lampulo fishing Port for fishing catch in Banda Aceh. Variousinformation is needed namely, the number of fishermen, the number of fishing gear and boats,total production of fishery products and the Port Lampulo income which is then compared withthe fisheries sector Banda Aceh, Lampulo fishing port contribution to the fisheries sector is 72-78% the number of fishermen, number of fleets 56-76%, 56-75% the amount of fishing gear, fishproduction contributes 74-99% and contributions PP Lampulo for 42-53% of regional revenue, ifthe contribution of the port of> 5%, then there is an opportunity to continue to develop in apositive direction if <5%, it is unlikely the port will increase its revenue in the future

Pengaruh Harga Tembakau Internasional, Jumlah Produksi Domestik Dan Nilai Tukar Terhadap Nilai Ekspor Tembakau Indonesia (Studi Ekspor Tembakau Indonesia Tahun 1985-2014)

The main objective of this study is to understand and to explain the influence of International tobacco prices, number of domestic production and exchange rate against Indonesian tobacco export value. This type of research study is explanatory research with quantitative approach. This study used secondary data time series from the years from 1985 to 2014. Data was analyzed further by multiple linear regression analysis with the support of IBM SPSS Statistics program 20. The results of this study Is, International tobacco prices, number of domestic production and exchange rate simultaneous affected the value of Indonesia's tobacco exports significantly. Partial test in this research study showed that the International tobacco prices, number of domestic production and the exchange rate significantly affected of Indonesia tobacco exports value. Based on the results, it is recommended for Indonesia to sign and participate in FCTC Treaty in order to protect the tobacco industry in the country and improve the competitiveness of Indonesia tobacco in in the global market

The objective of this research is to describe how to implement the business contract in Japan and the connection with the cross cultural nation from other countries outside from Japan. This research is conducted using pure descriptive qualitative methods or phenomenology approach. This research reveals five steps to contracting as the implementation in Japan as; (1) Creating information, (2) Offer, (3) Negotiation, (4) Accepting, and (5) Completing contract. Afterwards, each country has their own custom, way, and idea which are different in the steps of implementations. Cultural approaches under this study include; (1) Individual vs collectivism to see how people make decision of negotiation; (2) Masculinity vs feminity to see the custom of tenants and company when they have to protect the consideration of contract; (3) Uncertainty avoidance to see how the behavior of people when they have to face ambiguous situation. (4) High vs low context to see how details is the contract. (5) Universalism vs particularism to see the power or position each party in the contract and; (6) internal vs external orientation to see the behavior each parties when they negotiating
