The increasing of electricity base rates initiate people to choose the energy saving lamp in order to decrease their electricity bill. It impacts the demand of energy saving lamps increase. Neon Electronic produces such an energy saving lamp with the electronic circuit called ballast electronic. Neon Electronic plan to develop the factory and expand the marketing area. This research is aimed to know the feasibilities of the Neon Electronic (NE) development plan. The feasibilities study covered a research on market aspects, production and operastional aspects, and financial aspects. Based on the result of market aspects, this development plan is feasible; because of the people demand. so, there is an opprtunity to implement this plan. Despite from that there is a particular interest factors such as the quality of Neon Electronic is higher than the around competitors. From the production and operational aspects, this plan is also feasible to continue because there is no barrier on the availability of the machines and tools and another production fasilities, the development fund, and human resources. With the assumption that the interest rate is 16% and all the product sold, the result of investment criteria; NPV is Rp. 167.778.623, IRR = 98% which is bigger than the interest rate, Discounted Payback Period = 1 year 3,78 months, no cash deficit, the Profitability Index above one which is 2,86, and the Break Even Point (BEP) 2004 is Rp. 307.879.319. The financial aspects point of view recommends this development plan is possible to continue. Keywords : feasibility study, ballast electronic, development plan, investment criteria

Students have difficulty in understanding mushroom material, judging by the daily test scores, there are still many students who have not reached the minimum completeness criteria that have been set, so the researchers conducted this study. The research method used was qualitative, the population in this study were all students. totaling 199 people. The subjects of this study were students of MA Negeri 1 Indramayu class X MA Negeri 1 Indramayu for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 67 people. The instruments used are questionnaires, field notes, and interviews. The sampling technique used is a random sampling technique. Data analysis used Likert scale and percentage technique (%). The results showed that the average learning difficulties of class X students at MA Negeri 1 Indramayu were generally in the very high category with a percentage of 28.5% and 71.5% with low learning difficulties. The biggest factor causing learning difficulties comes from internal factors, namely interest and motivation indicators 70.83% (low), readiness and attention 72.08% (low). Followed by external factors, namely the school environment 73.75% (low)

Fruit chips in Darsa Small and Medium Industry at Lampung products do not include an expiry date on the packaging label as important information that consumers must know. This study aims to estimate the shelf life of jackfruit, pineapple and banana chips using the Accelerated Shelf Life Test (ASLT) method with the Labuza equation critical moisture content approach model. The research was conducted by determining the initial water content, critical water content and equilibrium moisture content with other supporting variables such as packaging permeability, slope (b), product solid weight and packaging area. Based on the research results, the initial water content and critical water content of each fruit chips were 0.0348 and 0.0582 gH2O/g solid for jackfruit chips, 0.0348 and 0.0493 gH2O/g solid for pineapple chips, 0.0525 and 0.0741 gH2O/g solid for banana chips. while the equilibrium moisture content at 75% relative humidity at 30°C is -0.0537 g H2O/g solid in jackfruit chips, 0.01128 g H2O/g solid in pineapple chips and 0.0119 g H2O/g solid in banana chips. The Hasley equation model is the most suitable model to describe the water sorption isotherm phenomenon in jackfruit chips, while the Chen-Clayton equation model is suitable to describe the water sorption isotherm phenomenon in pineapple and banana chips products. The prediction of the shelf life of jackfruit and banana chips packed in nylon aluminum foil stored at 30°C with 75% RH is 2.6 months for jackfruit chips and 3 months for banana chips. While the prediction of the shelf life of pineapple chips packaged in metallized plastic paper is 4.2 months
