Substantiation Stages of Rehabilitation at the Patients with Metaepiphyseal Osteomyelitis

Surgeons and orthopedists, which carried out medical and rehabilitative measures at the patients with metaepiphyseal osteomyelitis did not pay attention to the socio-psychological rehabilitation. Purpose of research is determination volume of methods for rehabilitation this group of patients. In our study we carried out sociological survey, using own questionnaire. On the basic question of the questionnaire – does the disease influence to the realization of vital important plans in a patient’s life, 8 (15.1%) respondents had been answered, that osteomyelitis destroyed all plans in their life. The given conclusion was shown primary among male - patients – 18.2%, than among female – only 10% (p >0.05). Volume of rehabilitation we combined with issues of abilitation – the system of therapeutic measures, which should prevent and eliminate pathological conditions at the children with metaepiphyseal osteomyelitis

Imperatyw cywilizacyjny ekonomii społecznej

In recent decades, the socialization of economic development has become one of the key trends in globalization and, at the same time, a multilevel, structured and institutionalized process. Theoretical approaches to the essential identification of the social economy are generalized and a multi-criteria format of evolution of its models is proposed, based on social justice, responsibility and solidarity, social mentality and culture, social unity and optimism, social security, climate and comfort. The current configuration of the sustainable development paradigm with its subjective determination is outlined. The results of cluster modeling according to global indices of human development, social process, economic freedom, well-being of the elderly, happy planet, happiness and gender gap are presented. Social attention is paid to the empirical comparison of countries in terms of social optimism using global indices of happiness and a happy planet. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized in the disposition of the Anglo-Saxon, Scandinavian, continental, Mediterranean and transitive models of the social economy, which need qualitative renewal in the process of their global scaling.W ostatnich dziesięcioleciach uspołecznienie rozwoju gospodarczego stało się jednym z kluczowych trendów globalizacji, a jednocześnie procesem wielopoziomowym, ustrukturyzowanym i zinstytucjonalizowanym. Uogólnia się teoretyczne podejścia do zasadniczej identyfikacji ekonomii społecznej i proponuje wielokryterialny format ewolucji jej modeli, oparty na sprawiedliwości społecznej, odpowiedzialności i solidarności, mentalności i kulturze społecznej, jedności i optymizmie społecznym, bezpieczeństwie społecznym, klimacie i komforcie. Zarysowano obecną konfigurację paradygmatu zrównoważonego rozwoju wraz z jego subiektywnym uwarunkowaniem. Przedstawiono wyniki modelowania klastrów według globalnych wskaźników rozwoju człowieka, procesu społecznego, wolności gospodarczej, dobrostanu osób starszych, szczęśliwej planety, szczęścia i różnic pomiędzy płciami. Uwagę społeczną zwraca się na empiryczne porównanie krajów pod kątem optymizmu społecznego za pomocą globalnych wskaźników szczęścia i szczęśliwej planety. Wyniki analizy empirycznej podsumowuje dyspozycja anglosaskiego, skandynawskiego, kontynentalnego, śródziemnomorskiego i przejściowego modelu ekonomii społecznej, które wymagają jakościowej odnowy w procesie ich globalnego skalowania

Opinion on the problem of academic integrity during distance learning in the quarantine conditions

In the context of Covid-19 pandemic, after announcement of quarantine, educational institutions in Ukraine were forced to move on a distance learning, which led to the search for methods of control, which are focused on the higher education products of intellectual property in the conditions of rapid development communications with other people's ideas, opinions and completed intellectual products in the form of presentations, scientific works, etc. Classical definition concept of academic integrity, according to some authors, is based on a combination of such fundamental virtues as honesty, trust, justice, respect and responsibility, later, in 2013, supplemented by a new, sixth – courage [1, p. 11]. Імплементація парадигми економіки знаньу стратегії національного економічного розвитку

У статті досліджено парадигми економіки знань і фактори її впливу на розвиток національних економік в умовах трансформації глобального конкурентного середовища. Проведено методологічну ідентифікацію базових категорій і понять стосовно визначення ключових факторів і параметрів сучасних економічних систем. На прикладі Південної Кореї доведено, що імплементація парадигми економіки знань в ініційовані і підтримувані державою довгострокові стратегії надає нові можливості соціально-економічного прогресу. Виявлено основні проблеми інноваційного розвитку економіки України через оцінку готовності її переходу до економіки знань у порівнянні з Південною Кореєю. Попри певні обмеження об’єктивного характеру, досвід останньої розглядається як приклад стратегічного успіху у створенні креативної інноваційної системи.This paper studies the knowledge of economy paradigm and the factors of its influence on the development of national economies in the context of transformation of the global competitive environment. It has been methodologically identified the basic categories and concepts concerning the determination of key factors and parameters of modern economic systems. It has been proved through the example of South Korea that implementation of the knowledge of economy paradigm in long-term strategies initiated and supported by the state provides new opportunities of socio-economic progress. The basic problems of innovation-driven development of Ukraine’s economy through the assessment of its readiness to transition to the knowledge economy, compared with South Korea. The latter’s experience, despite the objective limitations, is regarded as an example of strategic success in formation of the creative innovation system

Medical – social rehabilitation in a case of the metaepiphyseal osteomyelitis at the children

Introduction: Surgeons and orthopedists, which carried out medical and rehabilitative measures at the patients with metaepiphyseal osteomyelitis did not pay attention to the socio-psychological rehabilitation. The aim: Purpose of research is determination volume of methods for rehabilitation this group of patients. Materials and methods: We investigated contingent of persons (53 respondents), who were treated in the clinic 20 years ago with severe complications and consequences of metaepiphyseal osteomyelitis (MEO). Results: In our study we carried out sociological survey, using own questionnaire. On the basic question of the questionnaire – does the disease influence to the realization of vital important plans in a patient’s life, 8(15.1%) respondents had been answered, that osteomyelitis destroyed all plans in their life. Conclusions: The given conclusion was shown primary among male - patients – 18.2%, than among female – only 10% (p >0.05). Volume of rehabilitation we combined with issues of abilitation – the system of therapeutic measures, which should prevent and eliminate pathological conditions at the children with metaepiphyseal osteomyelitis. In the article was scientifically proved the following stages of rehabilitation of children with metaepiphyseal osteomyelitis: treatment of metaepiphyseal osteomyelitis in the acute period and clinical supervision by the surgeon and orthopedist up to 2 years (rehabilitation); recovery of the structure and function of affected segment of a limb during growth of the patient (clinical observation and correction by orthopedist); correction consequences of the metaepiphyseal osteomyelitis

Expérience d’application de méthodes d’enseignement modernes à l’école supérieure dans le domaine de la médecine lors de l’étude de la discipline éducative «chirurgie de l’enfant»

Le développement rapide des processus d'information dans la société moderne affecte directement le système éducatif. Un nouveau système d'enseignement supérieur émerge en Ukraine, axé sur l'entrée dans l'espace éducatif mondial: le paradigme éducatif est remplacé, de nouveaux contenus, approches et mentalité pédagogique sont proposés. Grâce aux technologies de l'information, de nouvelles perspectives s'ouvrent pour accroître l'efficacité du processus éducatif.
