РОЛЬ ВНУТРИПОПУЛЯЦИОННЫХ И АГРОМЕТЕОРОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ФАКТОРОВ В ДИНАМИКЕ ПЛОТНОСТИ ПОПУЛЯЦИИ ЗОЛОТИСТОЙ КАРТОФЕЛЬНОЙ НЕМАТОДЫ GLOBODERA ROSTOCHIENSIS

Objective of research: to identify the role of intra-population and agro-meteorological factors in dynamics of populations of potato cyst-nematodes Globodera rostochiensis in potatoes grown as monoculture on loamy soil, and create the predictive mathematical models. Materials and methods: Dynamics of population density of potato cyst-nematodes Globodera rostochiensis in soil were studies over 15 years (from 1979 to 1993) on three fields with highly susceptible potato cultivars grown as monoculture. Sampling, phytohelminthological analysis of soil samples were performed by standard methods. Correlation between the agro-meteorological factors and population density of potato cyst-nematodes Globodera rostochiensis was investigated by the time-series analysis and the program Eviews 7.0.Results and discussion: The correlation analysis of agro-meteorological factors carried out for a monoculture of highly susceptible potato cultivar (average monthly soil temperature at the depth of 10cm, oC: March, June, July, August, September, December, January, February, air temperature, oC: May, June, July, August, maximum depth of soil freezing, cm, freezing period, days, depth of snow cover, cm, amount of precipitation, mm: annual average , April, May, June, July, August, September, amount of days with precipitation: May, June, July, August, September), based on the effect on the population density of potato cyst-nematodes Globodera rostochiensis, revealed that the most meteorological factors have no significant effects  (r=0,01-0,6).The following factors have a slight effect (r=0,3-0,4) on the population density of potato cyst-nematode Globodera rostochiensis : air temperature, oC in August, soil temperature at the depth of 10cm, oC in September, average effect (r=0,5-0,6), air temperature, oC in June, soil temperature at the depth of 10 cm,  in March and June, precipitations, mm: annual, May, June, July. Mathematical models for forecasting population densities of potato cyst-nematode Globodera rostochiensis based on agro-meteorological and intra-population factors in growing potatoes as monoculture on soils with low, medium and high level of fertility were developed.Цель исследований: установление роли внутрипопуляционных и агрометеорологических факторов в динамике плотности популяции золотистой картофельной нематоды (ЗКН) в суглинистой почве при выращивании картофеля в монокультуре и разработка прогностических моделей.Материалы и методы. Изучение динамики плотности популяции ЗКН в почве проводили в течение 15 лет (1979-1993 гг.) на трех участках картофеля восприимчивого сорта, на которых картофель выращивали в монокультуре Отбор образцов, фитогельминтологический анализ почвенных проб проводили по стандартной методике. Корреляционный анализ агрометеорологических факторов и плотности популяций ЗКН (ПП ЗКН) был проведен методом анализа временных рядов и программы Eviews 7.0.Результаты и обсуждение. Для монокультуры восприимчивого сорта картофеля был проведен корреляционный анализ агрометеорологических факторов (среднемесячная  температура почвы на глубине 10см, oC: март, апрель, май, июнь, июль, август, сентябрь, декабрь, январь, февраль, температура воздуха, oC: май, июнь, июль, август, максимальная глубина промерзания почвы, см, период промерзания, дней, высота снежного покрова, см, количество осадков, мм:  среднегодовое, апрель, май, июнь, июль, август, сентябрь, количество осадков, мм: среднегодовое, апрель, май, июнь, июль, август, сентябрь, количество дней с осадками:  май, июнь, июль, август, сентябрь) в зависимости от влияния на ПП ЗКН показал, что большинство метеорологических факторов не оказывают существенного воздействия (r=0,01-0,6). Слабое воздействие (r=0,3-0,4) на ПП ЗКН оказывает: температура воздуха, Со  в  августе, температура почвы на глубине 10 см, Со в сентябре, среднее воздействие (r=0,5-0,6) температура воздуха, Со в июне, температуры почвы на глубине 10 см, Со в марте и июне, осадки, мм: годовые, май, июнь, июль.Разработаны математические модели прогноза ПП ЗКН в зависимости от агрометеорологических и внутрипопуляционных факторов при выращивании картофеля в монокультуре для участков с низким, средним и высоким плодородием почвы

ЭФФЕКТИВНОЕ ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ МОНОКЛОНАЛЬНЫХ АНТИТЕЛ К TNF Α — АДАЛИМУМАБА — КАК ПРЕПАРАТА ПЕРЕКЛЮЧЕНИЯ У ПАЦИЕНТА С ЮВЕНИЛЬНЫМ ИДИОПАТИЧЕСКИМ ПОЛИАРТРИТОМ И УВЕИТОМ

The article presents a case of severe juvenile idiopathic arthritis associated uveitis in a patient who contracted the disease at the age of 10 year. Uveitis developed 9 months after manifestation of the articular syndrome in the event of etanercept therapy. Switch to adalimumab induced remission of the articular syndrome and uveitis. By the 8th week of treatment, an inactive disease stage (6 months) was diagnosed in a child.Представлен случай тяжелого течения ювенильного идиопатического артрита, ассоциированного с увеитом, у пациента, заболевшего в возрасте 10 лет. Увеит дебютировал через 9 мес после манифестации суставного синдрома на фоне терапии этанерцептом. Переключение на адалимумаб индуцировало ремиссию суставного синдрома и увеита. К 8-й нед лечения у ребенка констатирована стадия неактивной болезни, длительность которой составила 6 мес.
