    Corporate Policy Peculiarities of Higher Professional Educational Institutions Necessitating Educational Space Modernization

    The subject of study in the given paper is the processes of corporate culture formation viewed as a social and cultural phenomenon under the conditions of higher professional education modernization. The objects of study are two higher educational institutions in Siberian Federal district: Tomsk Polytechnic University and Omsk State Pedagogic University. The given universities operate in the same territory, and they are cooperating in some scientific projects. The authors put forward the idea that in the given higher educational institutions, the corporate culture was formed on the intuitive, accidental basis. The local regulatory acts reflecting corporate values are not always based upon purpose-oriented monitoring of internal and external environment of the universities. On the base of analysis of theoretical approaches to determining the basic notions and processes within the studied phenomenon as well as on the base of local regulatory acts analysis, SWOT analysis, the authors distinguish a number of contradictions in the approaches towards corporate culture formation, develop recommendations to eliminate them

    Juvenile technologies as a system of organisation of social partnership of the state and society

    The article presents the analysis of different approaches to the definition of "juvenile technologies", presented both in scientific publications and in the activities of institutions engaged in the work with minors, including those who have found themselves in difficult situations and/or in conflict with the law. The analysis of the organization of interdepartmental cooperation between governmental bodies of Omsk Region and social institutions, as well as educational organizations on the implementation of juvenile technologies in Omsk region has been conducted. The study allowed posing the problem of inconsistencies in the understanding of juvenile technologies, which does not allow establishing an effective juvenile system. The authors propose an alternative vision of the concepts. It is proposed to increase the efficiency of the use of juvenile technologies at the expense of the organization of continuous monitoring of the implementation of juvenile technologies in the region, where pedagogical, psychological, legal, financial valuation criteria would be presented

    PRACTICE-ORIENTED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES OF THE CHILDREN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSOCIATION AS A TOOL TO FORM THE SEVENTH AND EIGHTH-GRADERS’ ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

    The Article covers the problem of forming form the seventh and eighth-graders’ environmental responsibility in additional (informal education), which is caused by focus of the modern education on forming  the environment-orientated moral personality qualities, which can assure the switching of the society over to the sustainable development; by significant possibilities of the children environmental associations in developing the  environmental responsibility, and the lack of scientifically substantiated, approbated practice-oriented programs favoring the solution to this problem. The article is aimed at substantiating the specificity of a goal, content-related, procedural and technological components of the program of activities of the children environmental association “My environmental responsibility: to the co-creation with the nature”; opening of the pedagogical раскрытие педагогического tools of diagnostics of its efficiency, presentation of results of the program implementation in the educational practice.   As the leading theoretical methods, simulation and designing were used, which make it possible to develop the key structural components of the program.     The basic empirical method of the research is a pedagogical experiment, during which the program efficiency was diagnosed in terms of criteria and indicators of maturity of the environmental responsibility components with 210 members of the children environmental associations at the age from 11 to 14 years old.    The article considers the theoretical and methodological basis of the program, which includes the ideas of ecohumanism, coevolution and sustainable development; an axiological, personal-activity and ecopsychological approaches, which provide for an organization of the developing ecology-оriented educational environment of the children association as a tool of  forming the environmental responsibility. The article presents the program content, which consists of two components (external and internal components), discusses the succession of forming the environmental responsibility, which includes four stages and substantiates a technology of forming the environmental responsibility in the children association, which is presented by a system of environmentally responsible businesses. The article materials are of practical value to school teachers, additional education teachers, students of pedagogical specialties and advisers of children environmental associations.

    The article deals with the problem of introduction of the main ideas of sustainable development into the practical training of personnel in the Russian higher education institutions. The theoretical basis of the article is the works of famous American and British psychologists (Guilford, Maslow, Torrance, etc.). The authors also relied on the proceedings of the international summits on sustainable development issues. The principles of education for sustainable development which determine the crucial tasks for higher education system in the light of close links with innovations, economy and social sphere have been clarified. The authors have established the role of the innovative approach as a modern educational paradigm which makes changes in objectives, content, methods and tools, forms of organization of collaborative activities of students and instructors, monitoring system and qualitative assessment of educational progress for the benefit of sustainable development. They have substantiated the necessity of achieving two main objectives in the education system: to provide an algorithm for the application of knowledge and prepare students to function in ever-changing unpredictable environment.     El desarrollo de la cultura de gestión ambiental en estudiantes de secundaria en educación no formal con enfoque cultural y ecológico

    The purpose of the article is to develop the educational paradigm of the culture of environmental management for advanced education aimed at sustainable development. The methodological foundations of the research are established, presented by cultural-ecological, axiological, personal-activity, integral-situational methodological approaches. The key research methods are defined: system-structural analysis, generalization, systematization, design, and pedagogical experiment. Criteria, indicators and methods for diagnosing the formation of the components of the culture of nature management are revealed. Because of the research, a methodology for the formation of a culture of environmental management in the context of non-formal education was developed, including the goal, content, stages and technology of culturally oriented integral situations. To implement this methodology in educational practice, a program of activities for school “green teams” was developed: “We are in the cultural landscape of estates of our native land”, its purpose, content is revealed, the interconnection of the sections of the program with the technology of culturally oriented integral situations is shown. The results of a pedagogical experiment organized at the experimental sites of Minin University are presented. The results of the experiment, in which 360 high school students took part, made it possible to draw a conclusion about the effectiveness of the formation of a culture of environmental management among students in the context of non-formal education of cultural and ecological orientation.El propósito del artículo es desarrollar el paradigma educativo de la cultura de la gestión ambiental para una educación avanzada orientada al desarrollo sostenible. Se establecen los fundamentos metodológicos de la investigación, presentados por enfoques metodológicos culturales-ecológicos, axiológicos, de actividad personal, integrales-situacionales. Se definen los principales métodos de investigación: análisis sistémico-estructural, generalización, sistematización, diseño y experimentación pedagógica. Se revelan los criterios, indicadores y métodos para diagnosticar la formación de los componentes de la cultura de gestión de la naturaleza. A partir de la investigación se desarrolló una metodología para la formación de una cultura de gestión ambiental en el contexto de la educación no formal, que incluye el objetivo, el contenido, las etapas y la tecnología de las situaciones integrales de orientación cultural. Para implementar esta metodología en la práctica educativa, se desarrolló un programa de actividades para “equipos verdes” escolares: “Estamos en el paisaje cultural de las fincas de nuestra tierra natal”, se revela su objetivo, contenido, se muestra la interconexión de las secciones del programa con la tecnología de situaciones integrales culturalmente orientadas. Se presentan los resultados de un experimento pedagógico organizado en los sitios experimentales de la Universidad de Minin. Los resultados del experimento, en el que participaron 360 estudiantes de secundaria, permitieron sacar una conclusión sobre la eficacia de la formación de una cultura de gestión ambiental entre los estudiantes en el contexto de la educación no formal de orientación cultural y ecológica

    A Quantitative Analytical Method to Test for Salt Effects on Giant Unilamellar Vesicles

    Today, free-standing membranes, i.e. liposomes and vesicles, are used in a multitude of applications, e.g. as drug delivery devices and artificial cell models. Because current laboratory techniques do not allow handling of large sample sizes, systematic and quantitative studies on the impact of different effectors, e.g. electrolytes, are limited. In this work, we evaluated the Hofmeister effects of ten alkali metal halides on giant unilamellar vesicles made of palmitoyloleoylphosphatidylcholine for a large sample size by combining the highly parallel water-in-oil emulsion transfer vesicle preparation method with automatic haemocytometry. We found that this new quantitative screening method is highly reliable and consistent with previously reported results. Thus, this method may provide a significant methodological advance in analysis of effects on free-standing model membranes
