Development and Research of Technology Manufacturing of Semi-Finished Products from Solder Alloys Based on Silver

Proposed new compositions of solder alloys based on silver. Developed technological schemes of production of wire diameter 1,2 mm. Developed scheme of production of wire diameter 1,2 mm from alloy SAg-40I with operation combined casting, rolling and extruding. Modeling of temperature-rate parameters of the process of combined casting, rolling and extruding has been made. Designed and constructed the installation CCRE-80. The analysis of the structure and properties of semi-finished solder alloys based on silver has been done.Предложены новые составы припойных сплавов на основе серебра. Разработаны технологические схемы производства проволоки диаметром 1,2 мм. Разработана схема производства проволоки диаметром 1,2 мм из сплава ПСр-40И с применением операции совмещенного литья, прокатки и прессования. Проведено моделирование температурно- скоростных параметров процесса совмещенного литья, прокатки и прессования. Спроектирована и изготовлена установка СЛИПП-80. Проведен анализ структуры и свойств полуфабрикатов из припойных сплавов на основе серебра

INVESTIGATION OF THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF MAGNESIUM AND ITS ALLOYS AFTER THERMAL DEFORMATION TREATMENT BY COMBINED ROLLING – EXTRUSION

В данной работе представлены исследования влияния процесса совмещенной прокатки-прессования на свойства прутков из магния Мг90 и сплава МЛ5. Установлено, что принятые технологические параметры процесса обеспечивают стабильный процесс деформации литых заготовок квадратного сечения с обжатием при прокатке 50% и значениях вытяжки при прессовании 3,5 – 11,8. Определены механические свойства и твердость полученных прутков различного диаметра, полученных методом совмещенной прокатки-прессования.This paper presents studies of the effect of the combined rolling-extrusion process on the properties of magnesium Mg90 and ML5 alloy rods. It is found that the technological parameters of the process ensure a stable deformation process of square cast blanks with 50%of rolling compression and extraction values during pressing of 3.5 - 11.8. The mechanical properties and hardness of the obtained bars of various diameters obtained by the combined rolling-extrusion method are determined

Study of Effect of Nickel and Rare-Earth Metals on the Structure and Properties of Cast and Deformed Semi-Finished Products Made of Aluminum Alloys

Technology for making electrical aluminum alloys with different contents of rare-earth metals and nickel was developed. Cast and deformed semi-finished products made of new alloys were obtained as a result of experimental studies. The structure and mechanical properties of metal were studied as well as electrical resistivity measurements of rods and wires were carried out. The effect of nickel and rare-earth metals on these characteristics was found out and alloy compositions with the most favorable combination of strength and electrical properties were determined.Разработана технология приготовления сплавов алюминия электротехнического назначения с различным содержанием редкоземельных металлов и никеля. В результате экспериментальных исследований получены литые и деформированные полуфабрикаты из новых сплавов. Изучены структура, механические свойства металла, а также проведены замеры удельного электросопротивления на образцах прутков и проволоки, произведенных из них. Установлено влияние содержания никеля и РЗМ на указанные характеристики, и определены составы сплавов с наиболее выгодным сочетанием прочностных и электрофизических свойств

Clinical Case of Unilateral Laterothoracic Exanthem

Unilateral laterothoracic exanthem (ULE) is relatively rare self-limited pediatric skin inflammatory disease; its etiology still remains unknown. The diagnosis can be established due to specific clinical findings: presence of spotted and papular rash on one side of the body, more often in the axillary or inguinal area with possible generalization. This article presents the clinical case of ULE in the girl (4 years 8 months), it shows the dynamics of exanthematous syndrome at this pathology on different stages of the disease course
