Modal Sosial Pada USAha Penangkapan Ikan Dengan Purse Seine Di Aertembaga Kota Bitung
This study aims to: 1) Identify the social capital in the venture with Purse seine fishing in Aertembaga Bitung City. 2) Describe the aspects of social capital in businesses with Purse seine fishing in Aertembaga Bitung City. The method used in this research is a survey method. Data collection techniques focused on in-depth interview technique (in-depth interview). In-depth interviews, will use language and terms that apply in the community with a family approach, so as to understand the context of the social capital impact business continuity Purse seine. The data were then processed and analyzed descriptively. Descriptive analysis method is the method used to analyze data in ways that describe or depict the data that has been collected as it is without intending to apply to general conclusions or generalizations.Results of research and discussion can be concluded: 1) Social capital on respondents Aertembaga Purse seine in Bitung: trust, social norms and social interaction. 2) Social capital plays an important role in efforts to purse seine fishing in terms of access to capital resources, human resources and sales of catches, in social interactions rely on the trust that has been built to form a social norm
Effect of Intraduodenal Bile and Na-Taurodeoxycholate on Exocrine Pancreatic Secretion and on Plasma Levels of Secretin, Pancreatic Polypeptide, and Gastrin in Man
The effect of intraduodenally administered cattle bile (CB) and Na-taurodeoxycholate (TDC) on basal pancreatic secretion and plasma levels of secretin, pancreatic polypeptide (PP), and gastrin were investigated on two separate days in 10 fasting volunteers. Doses of 2-6 g CB and 20&600 mg TDC were given intraduodenally at 65-min intervals. Volume, bicarbonate, lipase, trypsin, amylase, and bilirubin were measured in 10-min fractions of duodenal juice, and GI peptides determined by radioimmunoassay. CB and TDC enhanced significantly and dose-dependently volume, bicarbonate and enzyme secretion, and plasma secretin and PP levels. In contrast, plasma gastrin showed only a marginal increase. We conclude that the hydrokinetic effect of intraduodenal CB and TDC is at least partially mediated by secretin. Gastrin could be ruled out as a mediator of the ecbolic effect, whereas other GI peptides, primarily CCK, and/or neural mechanisms must be considered possible mediators. Both pathways may also play a role in the PP release
Studi Kinetika Reaksi Pirolisis Makroalga Hijau (Eucheuma Cottonii) Dengan Analisis Termogravimetri Menggunakan Metode Friedman
Studi kinetika reaksi pirolisis makroalga Eucheuma cottonii secara termogravimetri dengan metode Friedman telah dilakukan. Proses pirolisis dilakukan dengan variasi laju pemanasan (5-20 ℃/menit) menggunakan instrumen Thermogravimetric Analyzer. Makroalga hijau E. cottonii memiliki kandungan kimia yaitu karbohidrat (13,38 %), protein total (59,29 mg/g), lipid (0,05 %) dan serat kasar (10,75 %). Rentang suhu pirolisis aktif E. cottonii berkisar di suhu 140-610 ℃. Kenaikan laju pemanasan meningkatkan suhu awal dan akhir pirolisis. Nilai energi aktivasi rata-rata pirolisis E. cottonii sebesar 204,55 kJ/mol
