The availability of highly effective chemotherapy drugs in oncology remains relevant to this day. In an experiment (tumor induction into the prostate and, therapy with a new stereoisomer CIS- Pd(Thr)2) the renal lymph nodes of NEA mice were studied. On the 18th day of the growth experiment, a sinus reaction of renal lymph nodes and significant t-zone hyperplasia were detected. After a course of treatment with the CIS-Pd(Thr)2 stereoisomer, with persistent t-zone hyperplasia, the renal lymph nodes transport function was restored.ΠΠ°Π»ΠΈΡΠΈΠ΅ Π²ΡΡΠΎΠΊΠΎΡΡΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΡΡ

Use of Laser Technologies in Oncourology
Due to the increasing use of laser technologies in oncourology, we consider it relevant to publish a review of domestic and foreign articles for 2015-2021. The range of application of various lasers in oncourology is very wide (holmium (Ho): YAG, thulium (Tm): YAG, etc.). STRUCTURE OF THE RENAL LYMPH NODE IN EXPERIMENTAL PROSTATE CARCINOGENESIS AND LASER PROSTATECTOMY
A promising and developing area in oncology is the use of high-energy laser radiation. The structure of the prostate and renal lymph nodes of mice was studied on the 18th day of the experimental prostate tumor and after its instrumental and laser resection. On the 18th day of prostate tumor growth in mice, severe T-zone hyperplasia and sinus reaction were detected in the renal lymph nodes. On the 18th day after instrumental resection of the tumor, t-zone hyperplasia persists, and the transport function of the renal lymph nodes is partially restored. On the 18th day after resection of the tumor with high-energy ND:YAG laser radiation, with a wavelength of 1064 nm, a photo-stimulating effect was detected in the peripheral heating zone, which is expressed in the restoration of the structure of regional lymph nodes
LYMPHOID ORGANS IN EXPERIMENTAL PROSTATE CARCINOGENESIS
Histological methods were used to study structural changes in the thymus and pelvic lymph nodes of SVA mice on day 18 after transplantation of ascitic Ehrlich tumor into the prostate gland. On day 18 of the experiment, a complete replacement of normal tissue with atypical cells, disorganization of the thymus structure - an increase in the volume of cortical matter, the number of epithelial reticular cells, a decrease in the number of immunoblasts in the cortical and cerebral matter was found. In the lymph nodes, on day 18, metastases were determined, follicular reaction was detected, increased transport function, against the background of an increase in the number of lymph vessels in the prostate

The aim of the study was to study the parameters of peripheral blood flow in the upper limbs in young left-handed and right-handed men. The study was carried out by the method of laser Doppler flowmetry, using a distributed system of two laser analyzers designed for individual assessment of microcirculation simultaneously on two limbs. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that asymmetry of blood microcirculation was revealed in men on the upper limb, associated with the sign of the leading hand - the value of the microcirculation index is higher on the leading hand. Histological methods were used to study the structural transformation of prostate tumor and pelvic lymph nodes of IAS mice on the 18th day after transplantation of ascitic tumor of Ehrlich into the prostate gland, as well as after the introduction of a new antitumor complex CIS-Rd(Thr)2. By the 18th day the replacement of prostate tissue with atypical cells was revealed. In the sinuses of lymph nodes revealed atypical tumor cells. A decrease in the area of the paracortical zone and an increase in the size of secondary lymphoid nodules were recorded. Purpose. To study parameters of tissue hemo- and lymphomicrocirculation in the skin and mucosa in healthy men in normal state and in circulatory hypoxia. Twenty men, aged 19-27, were examined in the study. Hemo- and lymphocirculation was examined with laser Doppler flowmetry (on the skin of palmar surface of the thumb base) and in the mucous ( on the lateral surface of middle third of the tongue). Results. It has been found out that normal hemo- and lymphocirculation parameters depend on tissue region where measurements were made. In normal conditions, hemocirculation and lymphcirculation in the skin are significantly lower than in the mucous membrane on the lateral surface of the tongue. If occlusion takes place on the limb skin and on the tongue mucous, lymph flow increases. In post-occlusion period, one can see a rapid recovery of hemocirculation in the skin, while lymphocirculation decreases. In the tongue mucous in post-occlusion period, hemocirculation became less intensive in comparison to the baseline level, while lymphocirculation parameters were higher than the baseline level. Conclusion. Different tissue regions have their specific hemo- and lymphocirculation features which depend on the structural and functional organization of their microcirculatory flow. Morphological study of lymphoid organs at early stages of experimental prostate carcinogenesis
Aim. the aim of our study was to identify of structural transformations in the thymus and lymph nodes at the early stages of the development of an experimental prostate cancer. Materials and methods. Experiments were performed on 60 adult male CBA mice weighing 28-30 g. An experimental model of a prostate cancer was created by inoculating a diluted cell strain of Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma cells into the prostatic parenchyma through midline laparotomy under ether anesthesia. The animals were divided into three groups of 20 each: 1) control (intact animals) 2) animals on the 5th day of experimental prostate tumor growth and 3) animals on the 18th day of experimental prostate tumor growth. The pathological examination of the prostate, thymus, and pelvic lymph nodes was performed. The selection of structural components and cellular elements in the thymus and lymph nodes was carried out according to the International histological nomenclature. Results. According to the results, there was an increase in the percentage of connective tissue elements and glandular tissue increased in the thymus and the number of immunoblasts increased on the 5th day of the experiment. However, disorganization of the thymus structure was detected on the 18th day as well as an increase in the cortical substance, the number of epithelial reticular cells and decrease in the number of immunoblasts. On the 5th day, paracortical hyperplasia, sinus histiocytosis and activation of the blast transformation were detected in lymphatic nodes. On the 18th day, metastases, follicular reaction and activation of the transport function were determined. Conclusion. Our data suggest that the accidental thymus involution and impairment of transport and immune functions of pelvic lymph nodes in experimental prostate cancer. All You Need Is Logs: Improving Code Completion by Learning from Anonymous IDE Usage Logs
Integrated Development Environments (IDE) are designed to make users more
productive, as well as to make their work more comfortable. To achieve this, a
lot of diverse tools are embedded into IDEs, and the developers of IDEs can
employ anonymous usage logs to collect the data about how they are being used
to improve them. A particularly important component that this can be applied to
is code completion, since improving code completion using statistical learning
techniques is a well-established research area.
In this work, we propose an approach for collecting completion usage logs
from the users in an IDE and using them to train a machine learning based model
for ranking completion candidates. We developed a set of features that describe
completion candidates and their context, and deployed their anonymized
collection in the Early Access Program of IntelliJ-based IDEs. We used the logs
to collect a dataset of code completions from users, and employed it to train a
ranking CatBoost model. Then, we evaluated it in two settings: on a held-out
set of the collected completions and in a separate A/B test on two different
groups of users in the IDE. Our evaluation shows that using a simple ranking
model trained on the past user behavior logs significantly improved code
completion experience. Compared to the default heuristics-based ranking, our
model demonstrated a decrease in the number of typing actions necessary to
perform the completion in the IDE from 2.073 to 1.832.
The approach adheres to privacy requirements and legal constraints, since it
does not require collecting personal information, performing all the necessary
anonymization on the client's side. Importantly, it can be improved
continuously: implementing new features, collecting new data, and evaluating
new models - this way, we have been using it in production since the end of
