ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ГЕМОМИКРОЦИРКУЛЯЦИИ НА ВЕРХНИХ КОНЕЧНОСТЯХ У ЗДОРОВЫХ МУЖЧИН ЛЕВШЕЙ И ПРАВШЕЙ

Abstract

The aim of the study was to study the parameters of peripheral blood flow in the upper limbs in young left-handed and right-handed men. The study was carried out by the method of laser Doppler flowmetry, using a distributed system of two laser analyzers designed for individual assessment of microcirculation simultaneously on two limbs. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that asymmetry of blood microcirculation was revealed in men on the upper limb, associated with the sign of the leading hand - the value of the microcirculation index is higher on the leading hand. Based on the analysis of the modulation index of blood flow in the upper extremities, it can be concluded that the mechanisms of its modulation in left-handers are different than in right-handers.Целью исследование являлось изучение параметров периферического кровотока на верхних конечностях у молодых мужчин левшей и правшей. Исследование проводилось методом лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии, с использованием распределенной системы двух лазерных анализаторов предназначенных для индивидуальной оценки микрокровотока одновременно на двух конечностях. На основании полученных данных можно заключить что на верхней конечности у мужчин выявлена асимметрия кровомикроциркуляции, связанная с признаком ведущей руки - значения показателя микроциркуляции выше на ведущей руке. На основании анализа показателя модуляции кровотока верхних конечностей можно заключить, что у левшей механизмы его модуляции отличаются, по сравнению с правшами
